Muy buen hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, can fully recommend. It wasn’t perfect but it was close. We were with TUI but we had zero interaction with them except for the airport transfers, there was no need. Rep was there everyday, almost always alone. We were greeted nicely at check in and all was smooth. One of our rooms had very strong sewage smell from the bathroom and we were given another room immediately. Breakfast was good but sadly (same for all of Spain in my experience except for 4x cafes that I know about) coffee was terrible. Lucky I found a wonderful cafe on the promenade where a German lady makes great coffee. All the staff were kind and friendly, except for one man who was not. Towels for the pool are given freely by the front desk, and I like that if the bed is not occupied for a while then towel is removed. Pool is wonderful and there are many beds, we always found ones available. No topless bathing at all, strange for Spain. Bar service was amazing but the prices were expensive compared to outside of the hotel, and I liked that all drinks were in glasses (except when they break and cause some issues that staff then have to resolve). You were allowed to take your own food and drink to the hotel and pool which helped on the budget. Food looked great but we never tried. In the evening they have a DJ party but it was not popular. Daughter lost her sleeping pacifier in the laundry but staff did a great job and recovered it. Wi-Fi worked great. Hotel is located well and you can walk along the promenade to find bars, restaurants and shops. Shower was good, beds were comfy and air conditioning worked well. Sound insulation was acceptable. Hotel was impeccable clean. No cats or mosquitoes or flies etc. It’s a nice hotel for nice people, no loud music or noisy people

First off the hotel has a great location opposite the marina & an easy walk into town. The hotel is immediately on the promenade & is in a very quiet area. Quite a few years ago we were a regular holiday maker here, but unfortunately since then the hotel has changed from a super half board hotel to a rather strange self service breakfast & in the evening a slow waiter service very limited mostly fish ala carte menu & each expensive item priced separately. A rather strange breakfast can be eaten.... Cold fried eggs with green beans (not baked beans), or broccoli every morning, (no sausages) as an example amongst other strange food on offer. Both my wife & i settled for toast & marmalade each morning, (a first for us both). The drinks both in the restaurant & at the bar are the most expensive that we have ever paid in a hotel in the many years of holidaying abroad ! Needless to say we ate & drank out each evening as did many others ! It's such a shame that this lovely hotel has for a number of years now changed from a lovely half board hotel with a varied menu to what it's become. After reading about how the food & drink had changed we decided to see for our self if it was so & regretted it. The staff with the exception of the Maitre d who at times was rude & surly were at all times polite & helpful. Needless to say we won't be returning unless the hotel changes back to to it's former format. Such a shame as the location is perfect.

Beautiful hotel and a great location. Came here for a week with my son. I was very poorly whilst I was here but they were very helpful and kind. Massive shout out to Laura, Jenni, Dani and co at reception. The whole team work so hard. Our first room on arrival was very small but they kindly let us upgrade to a beautiful sea view room. Room was lovely but can be nosey when the DJ is in residence. If you want a quieter room opt for the garden view. Try a THAI Massage too! The hotel will arrange it for you and it’s amazing. Pool bar is expensive so be warned. Food is lovely but again very expensive. Wish I’d been well enough to enjoy it more .

Room 101, clean but really noisy and smelt of drains constantly. Breakfast buffet was of standard and the grounds/pool were great. Great location, plenty of free parking close by.

This hotel is a 4star hotel and it lives up to its rating. This hotel is the best hotel we ever stayed in . The view of the marina was beautiful. The food for breakfast was excellent I never saw so much food and drink display like that anywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was to much for them

3rd time back and would return again. Location is perfect and the hotel is really chilled this time of year. Staff are all so lovely. Rooms remain lovely with comfy bed and amazing house keeping. standard of cleaning is high but it's time to invest in the bathrooms. Communal areas are very nice but leaving the quality of the rooms and bathrooms behind now.

Very nice hotel on the edge of main town overlooking the marina. Staff were very friendly especially Jessica who greeted us with a nice smile every day even when some guests were moody. Cleaning staff were very efficient cleaning every day of our 10 night stay. Only criticism was that the breakfast was always served Luke warm. Will be back though.
