Aparthotel Tropic Garden

Good hotel to spend a holiday in Ibiza if you seek peace and relax. It is a familiar hotel with lots of facilities for children. The room was good, although a bit shabby. Swimming pools are great, and ground floor rooms have a kind of a private swimming pool. The food was correct. Service was very good at the restaurants, and at reception. A funny fact is that they offer like a fortune teller service like tarot card reading and cleaning auras massage.

We recently stayed at the hotel for our first overseas family holiday and were delighted with it. We were impressed by the cleanliness and number of staff who were constantly on the go - there was never a time when a member of staff wasn’t around. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

We were all inclusive and enjoyed the variety of the hotel buffet, where they had different theme nights (eg Italian, Greek, American, Mexican etc) and a very good selection inc lots of local dishes. I tried to try a bit of everything and there were no dodgy tummies for any of us during our stay.

The swimming pool was a touch on the cold side but the weather wasn’t exactly boiling every day (we stayed in early May). Not sure if this is typical for early May or if we were a bit unlucky with the weather.

We enjoyed the evening entertainment and our young daughter particularly enjoyed the shows the entertainment team put on.

My only slight gripe is there was no lock on the bathroom door - anyone who is a parent knows you need a lock on the door or you’re constantly interrupted in there!!

We would definitely return again.

Food tasty, plenty choice for fish dishes lovers. Restaurant, rooms and sun beds area nice and clean all time.

We loved our stay here, perfect for families, with a choice of indoor and outdoor pool areas, good location with a park and supermarket at hand! We would love to come back!

I love this hotel!
Good location, well equipped, nice rooms and food selection. breakfast was very good. Enough to choose from everything, especially sweets and pastries.
The best was our room. There is microwave, coffee machine, even kettle!
We had the bath tub on the terrace and a gazebo. Total comfort, and privacy. Excellent sea view. Book this room, you won’t be sorry. It’s great!

I would recommend you to buy bottled water.

the property was very neat and clean and staff were lovely, specially cleaning staff who did a great job with the rooms. Spacious room which had a separate kitchenette area. Good location just a few minutes walk away from the beach and restaurants… good price of the drinks etc.

Could have had different breakfast buffet options though, they had exactly the same thing everyday. Also the tv dint seem to connect to the smart apps - YouTube / Netflix / prime video and when we asked the reception there wasn’t much follow up from their end so we gave up.

Our room was clean and spacious and the additional space of the terrace was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food provided was of a very good standard with plenty of selection at breakfast and dinner. The only downside I felt was the bar area in the evenings. There was always a queue for sevice and the room itself was totally devoid of any atmosphere.
