Beautiful lobby, interesting hallways and a very nice room. service - very nice and helpful even if we didn't speak the same language. hotel breakfast tasty. Location - fantastic. At check-in we even got a map and instructions on how to get to interesting places in the city by public transport. I would give more stars if it was possible

Terrible stay… the 4 stars hotel is a Scam. It almost destroy my experience in Seville. The gym room and indoor pool charge extra fee…which is not aligned with my understanding about a so-called 4 star hotel.

We got a super smoky room in the beginning, the smell is far away beyond my tolerance. There is no coffee maker and kettle inside the room… the room service lady told us no kettle in room is a standard practice. Thanks to Trip.com helpful customer service team, we finally got a kettle on the 2nd day.

We didn’t ask for house keeping for green purpose, so we only make call to ask if we could get bottle water refill, one day they delivered them to our room, the other day they told us we must go down to the reception to take the water… I don’t really know what’s the standard.

The hotel overall give me a feeling of Cost reduction… just like the hanger design in the wardrobe.

Best hotel in Spain we have stayed in. Near 5 star like, rooms, services, breakfast all top notch. Location best to metro so easy to old town, parking is good. Most highly recommended!

We book a suite so size is not an issue.
Since walking to Spanish square is doable, but it is still more than 30 mins away.
There is no loading zone for this hotel, just park the car and pay for parking for unloading.
Restaurants are plentiful, but more open 2000hrs for dinner

If you are looking forward having a good night sleep, don’t stay there. The air conditioning didn’t work, only the heating, even though in the hotel’s website it was mentioned that they had BOTH facilities. Due to this, we ended up sleeping 4 days in a very uncomfortable temperature (the room was extremely hot and stuffy and the only time we tried to open the windows, to see if we could “solve” this situation, there were lots of mosquitos and when i woke up i had several mosquitos bites) 🫥. Also, the cleaning could be better (specially on floor) but they changed towels everyday! The breakfast and parking was great though.

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location surrounding with shops and restaurants. My room is spacious and very clean. The breakfast bar is great with so many varieties of food choices, you can't find the same in the States. I didn't try the hotel restaurant next door, but heard the food is very good.

The hotel has nice decorations but it is located not very near to all tourist spots. One has to take bus or train from near the hotel to the destinations which will take easily take 15-30 mins. There is only one restaurant nearby.
The counter staff is not very helpful in offering local tour information apart from asking us to consider joining the local tour..
Luggage storage is provided free though and

Brilliant stay! Great location, comfortable bedroom with clean bathroom. Breakfast was a generous buffet. We did read before that the spa pool and gym were an additional cost at the next door , 'Metropolitan' but in my opinion, it was worth the €15 day pass (bring flip flops and swimming cap).

It’s in easy accessible area,very close to metro and bus to central area.
The hotel services are fair,front desk spoke good English to communicate.
The rooms are very generous and clean.
