The photos they use to promote themselves on booking.com are FAR away from reality. The room was on a BIG ROAD, very noisy all night! The rooms are crammed, ours was stuffy and humid smelling, the airco was so old that it made noise all night and we had to change rooms at 1 am.....there weren't even a cupboard to put our bags or clothing! The breakfast was made from only the cheapest things that are kept in plastic, there was *nothing fresh or natural*. The rooms were reslly cold and not cosy, no atmosohere at all. I felt like I was sleeping in a hospital. I would rate this hotel as a 2-star hotel with the only focus on making money, instead of giving a good guest experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Hotel centrally located, as public transport readily available in any of the city’s directions. The place is very well known for its churros!

The Staff is so rude. They act as of u cannot "live".. it was a problem for everything... staff complained about us (blk) being in the pool. Some man came out & started yelling & pointing at the pool signage.. snatched my cup & continued to point angerly while trying to scold us... the breakfast staff walk right pass you when trying to ask for what u need.. BTW the breakfast is cold cuts, pastry & bread 0/10, do not reccomend. The supermarket down the street is a better option! The phones don't work so u cannot call reception for help (which i believe is intentional).. No batteries in the remote.. no iron in the room. No available ice.. wifi sucks & the name/connection process was as if they didn't want u to have it... jus don't waste ur time!!

Stayed for 2 nights in June 2024. New, modern, well maintained. Friendly staff. Spotless. Perfect for the RENFE San Justa train station - 14 minutes easy walk over flat streets. Rooms are large. Bathrooms excellent. Pool area is nice but small. 35 minutes walk to the Cathedral but more competitive prices here as opposed to the old city.

I was very happy with my stay here, and highly recommend it.
Pros: Near the Sevilla Santa Justa train station (1km / 20 mins walk). Spacious room. Modern design. Friendly check-in. Well-equipped amenities. Clean.
Cons: A bit of a distance from the city centre (old town; 2.5km, 45 mins walk), but there is a bus stop nearby that can take you close to the old town.

Walls made of paper, you can hear your neighbors. A sheet to cover yourself. It was cold so we found blankets in the closet. They certainly weren't washed after each guest. It was disgusting.

Booked it because it was meant to be close to the train station as we had a train to catch the next day. Incidentally , it's also just 10 minutes from the airport too. Good value for money overall.

We went to the restaurant for breakfast (churros) the churros were delicious, not 4 stars because the chocolate was a bit liquid and I personally prefer a thicker consistency
