Gran Hotel

I was immediately impressed by the ambiance of the hotel from the moment I walked in. The host greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. Our room was immaculate—clean, well-organized, and inviting. The breakfast exceeded expectations, even better than many local restaurants. Barbara, our waitress, was fantastic. She took the time to explain all the options and made excellent personalized recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly.

Fantastic experience from the amenities to the service. Beautiful hotel, location is ideal in the center of Soller, and having a place to park eliminated a lot of headache. We were allowed to check in early, The staff were all friendly and offered us excellent recommendations around town for activites and restaurants, the amenities were top-notch, and the hotel even provided a bagged breakfast when we checked out hours earlier than the breakfast opened. Morning breakfast was great as well. Overall amenities, facilities, staff, and service were 10/10. Could not ask for better.

If you’re looking for a historic grand hotel in the center of everything Soller has to offer, this is it.
The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and gave us lots of ideas and local insights.
The music they offered two nights was lovely and definitely added to the hotels charm.
Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and who doesn’t love a good robe, slippers and fully stocked amenity kit waiting for you?
The rooftop pool and view was the perfect place to relax after a day of touring. And the sauna & steam bath (with indoor pool) was a nice option too.
Oh! And the famous Soller Saturday market begins right in front of the hotel! Great fun!
All in all, great stay!

Wonderful hotel. Rooms are slightly dated but still quite nice and luxurious, fits the vibe of the hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful, from the front desk to the breakfast staff. Location is fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.

My grandparents stayed here for my wedding in Sóller (neither of them have social media to write this review so they asked me to post for them). They both were in awe of this hotel and complimented the staff, the beautiful decor and most importantly, the breakfast. My grandfather raved about the breakfast every single morning :). Thank you all for taking such great care of them, we definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff.
We had a suite with huge rooms and lovely views. Breakfast was relaxed, seating in or outdoors with a mix of cold buffet and made to order hot dishes. The rooftop pool and bar was a nice escape from the busy town, but the pool/spa in the basement was best as we had that to ourselves! I can usually find something to complain about if I have to... but not this time, even the price was reasonable considering our rooms and hotel facilities.
Definitely staying here again the next time we're in Soller.

It's quite a nice hotel. I can't say too much more than that. I do feel the room was missing a little something, perhaps some cosmetic updating. The bed was great, air-conditioning worked and the shower pressure in the bathroom was decent. Service was good. We did have an issue with booking a taxi. Apparently booking a taxi early in the day doesn't guarantee it will arrive ( limited taxis in the town) so I'd have appreciated this advice at the time of the booking rather than later when we are 20mins waiting and 5 mins from the start of a wedding. If I had known, I'd have booked the taxi for earlier..... Anyway, they were apologetic and did provide us with a late check out to compensate which is an indication of good service. The breakfast was good too. Everything you'd want with eggs and pancakes cooked to order. A little bit of control could be applied to the 'towels on the loungers' booking system, but that's everywhere really. The only solution is to join in and do the same ! Lucky we are early risers.

The gym is good for a hotel gym. The spa is a little under utilised. I did enjoy the sauna ( it fits 1 person max or 2, if you're a couple!!) but the steam room doesn't work!! (That should be looked into)

The location can't be beaten and everyone was friendly.

I'd stay at the hotel if I was to return to Soller.

My sister and I had a great stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, the spa is amazing and the breakfast buffet was fantastic!! Sóller is beautiful and has many things to offer; we went hiking, to the beach, had great food and drinks, and lounged at the pool and spa! We loved it!!!

Great location just a minute from the central square. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. Breakfast was amongst the best I've enjoyed in 50 years of travel. Outstanding views from the rooftop pool.

Spacious rooms, excellent service and good breakfast buffets were eggs of your choice are served additionally. Since you will be in the centre of soller, you can choose between lots of cafes and restaurants. It about 500 meters to get to the bus station where 2 people can go to Palma for about 10 euros or to port de soller for about 4 euros. Or, expensive but funny, you can take the historical tram to port de soller right in front of the hotel.
