The weather was bad and we didn't care, amazing experience, beautiful hotel, nice staff and elegant decor. They changed our room to a better one :) :) We want to go back right now!

Very nicely restored hotel. The rooms were clean and the people were friendly. Great view and the food was good. The bartenders loved the challenge and if they weren't sure they faked it. Made me laugh. Short walk to the beach and far enough away from the noise to get a good night's sleep.

If Mallorca, then again this unique hotel Es Port! We stayed there for 12 days in June 2021 and recovered from all the corona stress. We can only agree with the many positive reviews, but soon we will rent another room (417), as it is very noisy there (elevator and stairs)! We wish the whole team further success and health!

All inclusive relaxing resort with lots of activities and gorgeous views! We enjoyed our stay very much. The inside of the room had gorgeous handmade wood furniture. The pool was relaxing with a nice poolside restaurant to get something to eat. They even had clay tennis courts and an indoor pool, so much to do you never have to leave the resort if you’re looking for a nice relaxing vacation. The dining area is also gorgeous located right next to the gardens - really nice place for breakfast and dinner. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

Warning not kid friendly lots of stairs no disabled access and cactus. This hotel is for insagramers or historical buffs. Looks nice but the rooms are very basic ketle fridge and small wardrobe. Our balcony was facing the outside towards the street in room 107 we could hear everything. The aircon is weak at best. So if you like to stay kool stay away from here. Every room is different. As a hotel this place is pretty s*** there is of nice Vibe but it is very hard to relax with the lack of amenities. No lifts and not much car access. Everything in the grounds is a abit of a walk and there are stairs everywhere and none of the payment is smooth. Plus they have a stinky pond next to the pool.wich ruined the vibe because of the horrible smell. Our tub was rusty and the bathroom was small.

Lovely location, magnificent building, and gardens. But, all of the beauty is nothing without the service.
As a drop-in guest (we have our own apartment in Port de Soller), we asked at the reception about lunch or dinner and if we could also use any facilities. This was met with a very poor aloof attitude - not a smile or welcome in sight!
We then asked about a coffee on the terrace and after sitting and waiting in a clearly visible (to staff) area for 20+ minutes there was no approach to take a drinks order - and even after mentioning it at the bar then waiting again, no waiter appeared to take an order. Some of this we could have understood if the staff were busy, but it was 11am, there was an abundance of staff and not very busy.
We'd previously (several years ago) dropped in for a coffee and were slightly more successful, and although the service was again poor so we put it down as a one-off.
Such a shame to have to give a low rating, but as we also had friends with us who had interest in staying at the hotel, it gave a very poor impression of the service. Today's casual visitor is a future valued guest.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Gorgeous property, unique rooms, incredible and helpful staff, everyone is so kind. Spa services were amazing. I got both a massage and manicure. Pool was beautiful and also right near the port so easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Pro tip: go down at 8 am to put your pool towels on a chair and save it for the day, they fill up fast and people reserve them by putting their things on the chairs.
The old rooms are SO cool. Stay in one of the old rooms if you can. I had read some reviews about the beds and AC but our bed was so comfortable and the AC worked well throughout our stay. I asked for a mattress topper in advance so that also may have helped. The staff even treated us with champagne for our honeymoon and a welcome drink voucher. I can’t wait to return to this hotel for one of our anniversaries! Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!!!

The best thing about this establishment, without a doubt, is its environment, unequalled for its peace and tranquility. Truly worth a visit!!! There are 3 tennis courts, Spa, an outdoor pool and a private access to the street leading the port, which is very convenient. There are some points that, in my humble opinion, should be improved. You could hear the guests going up and down the iron stairs( in the middle of the night is very unpleasant). Another one to be improved( or at least modified) is the dinner reservation system. What's the point to do it if, when you come down, there's no table free and the answer is...we are busy. And, please, do not pass by with a cart full of dirty glasses and cups, making noise, with dishes with the leftovers of other diners. It is no a 4 stars standards. And last but not least, the lack of kindness of some of the staff( bar and, above all, reception...please, smile a little bit more, trust me, it costs nothing and it really helps). In short, a magnificent property but, in the hotel business, is not everything. I forgot to mention it, the mallorcan " tumbet" was just inedible.

Beautiful hotel, gardens, pool & great food. Some of the rooms are a bit basic (& the decor a bit 1970's). The pool bar staff don't all appear to know what they're doing (struggling to pour a beer without it being half foam) & even with 5 members of staff on duty I gave up waiting to be served after 5 minutes when there was no one else waiting! The coffee is very poor & everything is quite expensive - I found the service & prices far better at the port bars. There also seems to be a bit of a problem with non-residents just tipping up when they feel like it & using the pool & sun loungers.
