Sant Jaume Design Hotel

A truly wonderful and authentically 5 star experience at this hotel nestled within the narrow streets of old town Palma. Service from everyone was impeccable. Genuinely friendly and always helpful. Sun bathing deck on the roof with a small pool and a much larger subterranean spa complete the facilities. Cocktails at the bar were tip top and the breakfast was extremely good. Order from the hot menu to your hearts content.

Our family room was tastefully decorated. Mattress super comfortable. It all smacked of effortless style.

And the location? Well you’re about no more than a 10 minute walk from anything and everything in the city..

Not cheap but you most certainly get what you pay for here.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Glòria de Sant Jaume!! The service was perfect - all staff were extremely helpful, thoughtful and kind. They helped us park our car, sent us with breakfast when we left early one morning and even gave us an umbrella for the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful and has great amenities - bar, dining, spa. The bartender makes excellent drinks and breakfast was delicious! It’s located on a great, centrally located street that’s clean and has plenty of restaurants!

Absolute perfection of a hotel - unbeatable location in Palma and options to see the rest of the island that the incredibly helpful concierge team is happy to set up. Rooms are beautiful and the service exceeded all expectations. Hotel amenities are fantastic. The staff truly make you feel at home and think of every detail. Each morning, I woke up to a delightful breakfast spread, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and pool area, are top-notch and provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Palma.However, what really sets this hotel apart is its restaurant. Dining at their in-house restaurant was an unforgettable experience. The culinary team has crafted a menu that is both innovative and true to the local flavors. Every dish I tried was a masterpiece, from the appetizers to the desserts. We had the warmest welcome of any hotel I have ever experienced. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. Our room was superb as were the facilities. The spa pool is amazing. The hotel is a very nice conversion of an old house with many architectural features preserved. Breakfast provided plenty of delicious and freshly prepared options from the menu. I forgot to ask where the hotel gets its tea - it was really nice! The location of the hotel is great too; it is so easy to get to good shopping, the marina area and it is ideally located to explore the cathedral and the many narrow streets of the old city. There's a few superb restaurants very close by (Taste Club recommended - just a minutes walk from the hotel). A huge thank you to the hotel staff for a wonderful and memorable stay.

This was our 2nd visit and we loved it more than our first! The staff are exceptional coupled with a beautiful environment, it is extremely hard to find any constructive feedback.
The spa is one of the best with a gorgeous underground pool. Breakfast is served until 11 which means you can have a lie in and little touches for turn down service make this one of the best if not the best 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. I can’t really sing the hotels praises enough.
If you visit palma and don’t stay at this hotel you haven’t stayed at the best!

Really lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Pool area is lovely, and the spa too. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had - so many wonderful options and juices available. Thank you!
