We came as a family of 4 our first holiday with 2 babies under 2, The apartment was spacious and modern had everything we needed provided travel cott and room cleaned daily, all the staff are welcoming, happy and helpful, the splash park, pool, play ground and football pitch is amazing for the kids was better than any 5 star hotel I've stayed at, the food was always fresh something different daily...

Just returned from a lovely stay! Our room was very clean, modern, and spacious. We were in a ground-floor room. There were plenty of sunbeds around the complex; nobody was fighting over them or leaving towels to reserve them. The pool was lovely, just slightly smaller than I'm used to, but still great. They have fantastic children's pools for those with young children, and a small arcade area as well...

Absolutely amazing place ! I was a little worried when I booked due to some of the bad reviews however it was one of the best places I have stayed. Felt more than a 3 star. Nice, small family hotel in the middle of nowhere, clean rooms, bidets in the bathrooms. I was surprised. The bathroom could do with a little TLC but still had everything that needed. I love the cook, the receptionist and the karaoke guy. only the location is poor because the nearest shop is about 2.5 km away and the beach is over 3. however, you can get to the city by a little expensive bus or go for a quiet walk of a few dozen minutes along a beautiful path leading off from the road. The food is not outstanding, there is not a lot of it, but you can always eat a good breakfast...

We booked through Tui and it was excellent value. We had a studio on the 5 th floor (there are lifts) with a balcony on the poolside of the building (which from other reviews is the best side to have a room). Just returned from 2 weeks at the Esmereldaswhat an excellent hotel. We stayed in a 1 bedroomed apparent the seperate bedroom suits us well as i tend to wake early and can sit on the balcony and have a cuppa without disturbing the wife . Stayed here for a week in a one bedroome apartment. Had a great room (505), top floor overlooking pool, very quiet. Nice sized balcony with table, chairs and footstools, clothes drier etc Kitchen area stocked with adequate utensils/crockery and complimentary washing up supplies. Comfy beds. Wifi good. A real home from home at amazing value for money. We are here currently in a one bedroom apartment. Plenty of space with lounge/kitchen diner, bedroom and bathroom.
