Don Juan hotel was an amazing place to stay. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are modern, clean and really comfortable for our stay. We had breakfast and evening meal. So varied and really delicious

If het Teamleader reads this then I think you should reward her employee of the month with a extra paid day of or something. TIP: bring a beach/pool towel or sheet as they don’t provide these

The restaurant itself is very nice and clean, in the lunch and dinner service you feel as if you are in a real restaurant as you get seated by the host and the amazing waiters come around asking for your drinks orders and bring them to you which is a really nice touch

Excellent value for the price The place is very nice, big with many facilities. I missed gym/spa, but with opened pool you could do some exercises. Breakfast was nice with big variety also for vegetarians

The rooftop pool bar wasn't open for the duration of our holiday so we did have to get our drinks from the main bar downstairs, however there is a lift or escalators to and from this get to the pool

The pool area was lovely, although it lacked nearby toilets, which was a bit inconvenient. One major issue was the location of my room

There was perfect place for children : pool with perfect slides (even safe for small children), mini club (I saw, that kids love girls from golden club, because they were very involved ;))

It is just out of the centre but only about 10 minutes to the beach. Also Tossa itself is a lovely town which has avoided the over commercialism of many holiday resorts

Very well organized, kids friendly, plenty of things for the adults too, we had a lovely week! We appreciate the staff of the hotel, the restaurant/buffet staff did a very good job, overall great place with decent prices

Current family out there are enjoying every second, food still amazing as ever, cleanliness is impeccable, house keeping are so polite and wonderful. Brilliant place! Can’t wait to be back soon 🙏🏼

Comfortable quiet room, extremely wide range of very good food, clean, spacious lounges with reasonably priced drinks and varied entertainment. In fact this hotel has a great deal to recommend it

We just LOVE Golden Bahia, honestly the staff are incredible. Recently having to cancel our holiday last minute due to a very poorly baby, the hotel could not have been anymore accommodating

We stayed in Tossa Beach hotel with family 5 people the hotel was basic rooms clean. The one pool was very closed in and felt like you were imprisoned

Bring your own beach towel (or buy from one of the shops) If you are taking the bus to here, it is a cheap alternativ, but it does take up to 3 hours depending on the drop offs in the towns prior to this town

The hotel has a small to medium sized pool which is in shadow most of the day, and a small pool which is in sun all day. Food was buffet style with a good variety and tasted great

Very nice place, very kind stuff. The breakfast is also great, but personally I missed more vegetables. The hotel is very close to beach, the city center and also to chastle.

Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating when we used the pool on the opposite site we asked for a brolly and staff brought one

I had a great stay there, the personnel was really helpful and had an answer to all my questions about the city, restaurants and popular places to visit. The hotel is very close to the beach, which is very convenient

Room was light and airy, bed and shower first class, pool good but unheated and staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again when we return to Tossa

Good hotel with perfect location The hotel has a great location — two beaches are just a short walk away. One is smaller and perfect for families with young kids, and the other is bigger

Fabulous place to stay in Tossa just outside the main area but 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the centre of town, 15 minutes to the castle

The beach is a short distance, but there is a larger beach which is a little further but its a beautiful walk. Pretty large room considering its Europe

Doors were slamming all night long and the guests were very noisy. Personally, a big minus for the water in the pool, which is freezing cold

The only fresh vegetable available was tomato, and the cheese was not always fresh — although the staff replaced it immediately when we mentioned it. Overall, we had a good experience

Fantastic resort, has a little acuatic park, and pools, the apartments are really nice and with beautiful views of the beach, and the bar is good

Btw Gym is also very well equipped

The facilities are more than you could ask for, big outdoor pool, a water slide that is bigger and better than it looks on the pictures, a kids pool that my toddler loved! alongside good tennis courts, volleyball area, 5 aside football pitches and crazy golf

All these things would be expected on a holiday, but it is the staff at Pola Giverola that really make the place shine. Kind friendly and helpful regardless of what is needed 👍

We stepped out of the humid spanish heat, into a perfectly chilled modern apartment, set open plan over 2 levels with a balcony that boasted a sea view

I was tempted to score this place down, just so as not to draw the crowds in, but then I realised nobody knows me, or is in the slightest bit interested in my opinion! For anyone reading, give this place a go, you will be amazed

The room itself was large enough & the hotel is very close to the beach & all the best restaurants. The restaurant is highly recommended. We really enjoyed the break buffet which offered a lot of options

The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk from the bus station. There are shops downstairs where you can go shopping. It is not far from the Castle Beach, which is convenient and affordable

My family traveled by car and booked the hotel while driving. We found it very good when we checked in. The sofa bed was made in advance. The beach is just across the commercial street

A bit pricey but understandable given it was peak tourist season. Spent most of my mornings in their rooftop bar which is really great with great views & service

A hotel in a small town, the swimming pool on the top floor is great! You can see the deep blue ocean not far away!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the beach and has good hygiene

We enjoyed very much the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly and always very helpful. We will definitely come back to stay here next time we are in Tossa

I really like this hotel. It is in a great location near the town centre of Tossa de Mer and the beach. Very nice friendly staff and a very good breakfast!

The hotel looks nice for the price, room and breakfast was good, we also had parking and it was close to the beach (10 min ) and a lot of shopps and restaurants, but I can't recomand it because of the NOISE, it was extremely difficult to sleep when you hear everything from the kitchen, hallway or cleaning stuff room

If you are a good sleeper maybe it will do for you

Actually our first room was not properly cleaned so they gave us another room, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The pools are way smaller than on the pictures - we did not felt like staying there

Downstairs pool full of kids, upstairs pool is like a 3 meter pool

Came here in June with my school on a water sports trip. Air conditioning could be better but location was perfect. 10 minute walk from the beach made it easy to get to our activities, and rooms were always clean

This is an amazing little hotel. It's a short walk from the main centre and beach. Price of other meals and drinks very reasonable. Managed to pick up a great deal in October

For the price, you will be amazed at the standard you get. Can't speak for peak season as haven't stayed so will probably be more expensive which is understandable

The property itself was well maintained and smelled REALLY GOOD haha. The hotel itself is within walking distance to everything and the beach

We were really tired from our exploration and were recovering from being sick, so the overall place, the ocean, and the hotel added to our overall rest and the needed "calmness" of our entire trip

However, I feel that the customer service from all the employees of the hotel was outstanding. I have nothing but good words to say. I would stay here again if I were in the area

We loved this quaint little hotel, it is very charming with AC and has a at home type atmosphere. It’s Right on the beach, next to the castle and walking distance to everything

Can't beat the location - right on the beach and under the old town. Relatively speaking, not too expensive

It is surrounded by great little restaurants and of course the historical and breathtaking views. The best part of this stay was the service provided by the hotel staff. Wonderful staff and the breakfast was AMAZING

I got lost trying to find parking (somewhat difficult with normal GPS), and when I called the hotel she told me to stay put and she ran from the hotel to my location and then guided me back to the hotel

I have been staying at the Cap d'Or since the mid 1980s. The size of the hotel and its location cannot be beat. Yes, it's a bit distant from parking, but the walk through town is enjoyable

Great place to stay, with yummy food and good service. Do not follow Google directions to the hotel. Park in the public parking lot by the beach.

Besides the very small room that I wasn't expecting, the only area that could have been better was the breakfast that is included in the price

Great hotel for a romantic getaway. Good view of the castle walls and right on the beach. The breakfast was really nice but we didn't eat lunch or dinner here as the restaurant gets really busy.

Menus in multiple languages including English. Wide ranging menu including fresh fish and seafood. We have serano ham and toast (tomato), garlic prawns for starters

A simple hotel where time stood still years ago. Centrally located and just a few steps to the beach. Our room had no air conditioning but 2 fans

the beach is 2 mins walk from the hotel,shops and restaurants too,just up the hill is the castle tower lovely view of the sea a little train takes you up and down for 6 euros recommend it it's a steep climb! Lots of restaurants to choose from loads of tiny shops sell Everything we celebrated our silver wedding in Tossa back in 1996 saw Maria Rosa on a trip to the beach and loved it took till this year...

Very friendly but our room, for the price, needed a little up dating, handy for the beach and restaurants, shops though quite noisy at night.

Lovely little place we were made very welcome. really nice, family run,clean and cozy feel to the place. only complaint we had was the shower it was a bit temperamental too hot or freezing and flooded the floor daily

When the patio door was open and the two fans were on, the temperatures were bearable. Breakfast is simple, but you get full. The hotel is owner-managed and employs nice staff

There is no elevator, but a steep staircase 😉 If you don't value luxury and are only in the room to sleep, then this is the place for you

Tossa de Mar itself is a wonderful town and we ate out at a different restaurant each night. Tried the main beach and the little cove, both had sun bed hire for about €8. Very safe to leave bags whilst going swimming

My favourite was a chorizo style one which was so tasty. Started the day with an abundance of fruit and juices. The pool was absolutely perfect for us, 3 teens and us parents. Especially enjoyed the day beds

Susannah the pool guard was Especially wonderful helping us with Spanish and us helping her with English words. Coffee was perfect, no more than £1. 50 and a chocolate mint everytime

The restaurant staff made it pleasurable. Unfortunately the noise became an issue as it did resemble a school canteen with clashing plates and cutlery as they were wiped clean. When busy it did make us not want to go in

Bidet was a throwback but I see the benefits of not using tissue Entertainment was minimal as we were in low season but I got to see my first ever flamenco display thankyou. Maybe just the adults for a long weekend

Please look at the food and try to improve the quality and choice. The pool area and day beds were beautiful and so well kept

It's in a perfect location but a small incline. The food was good but very basic and definitely could be improved. The staff make this a place to return to and we re booked whilst there

We were given a room with a nice view of the sea, but as previous reviews have stated the room was in much need of a renovation and modernization. The mattress was very old and dipped in the middle

Does what it says on the tin, a typical 3 star hotel, no thrills. Pool area was actually better than I expected, jacuzzi, large seating area and very comfortable beds

I’d like to give special recognition to Mohammed at reception, who was always kind, patient, and went out of his way to assist us with anything we needed. He truly made a difference in our experience

Everything was spotlessly clean, and we especially appreciated the convenience of having a fridge in the room. That said, the real highlight of our stay was the staff

This small hotel is almost perfect! The only thing which could be improved are the sun loungers around the pool. Most of them are old and very uncomfortable!

Only 10 minutes to beach, loads of restaurants and bars nearby and shops. Rooms spacious, water pressure in shower fantastic. Bring travel kettle tho if want coffee in room

Brilliant for such a low price- pool smaller than expected and a good idea to avoid the fish, however the air con was a life saver and balcony was a good size

Food good. Staff helpful and pleasant. Clean and tidy public areas. Bedrooms and bathroom clean and basic. Good for 3 star. 2 good outdoor pools.

Staff is lovely and helpful, especially Agnes who arranged us an extra night and even though reception was busy she still made time to help us with all our needs. We will definitely return next year!

A lovely hotel and very calm atmosphere. Lovely balcony views and a good jacuzzi on the roof. Would love to come back.

The hotelroom is big and spacious. Tou can see green mountains fromnthe windows. There was a strong smell of detergent and cleaning materials so for alergic people it could be a challenge

Other than that the hotel is placed only two blocks from the bus station and a few blocks from the sea. The street is very lively and offers abundance of options

Went there as a last minute trip and had no real expectations aside from something clean and near the beach. However, we were given the room with the sea view and terrace which was breathtaking

Fantastic hotel! We only stayed for four nights but we'll definitely be back. Hotel is spotless and located right on the beach front with a short walk to the sand. The rooms are serviced every day with fresh towels

Complimentary drinks in fridge on arrival was a nice touch (bottled water, two Coca-Cola, two sparkling wine). The pool area is lovely, clean and we never had a problem with loungers or chairs
