I had a great stay there, the personnel was really helpful and had an answer to all my questions about the city, restaurants and popular places to visit. The hotel looks nice for the price, room and breakfast was good, we also had parking and it was close to the beach (10 min ) and a lot of shopps and restaurants, but I can't recomand it because of the NOISE, it was extremely difficult to sleep when you hear everything from the kitchen, hallway or cleaning stuff room. If you are a good sleeper maybe it will do for you. I don't recomand it.

We stayed here with our little one and we loved it that much that we decided to stay a other night although be ready to spend some money as the price is quite pricey. This is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve been in. Amazing location, unique building and terrific customer services. I can’t be more impressed! We were looking for a hotel with parking in an area where finding parking is difficult, so we chose this hotel. However, despite advertising parking, we were directed to a nearby parking area costing 17 euros per day. We had a lovey stay here all the colleagues were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned regularly and fresh towels provided almost daily. The buffet choice for us on Full Board was fresh varied and something to suit all. The only downfall is the sound insulation but it is a old hotel and the pool area when packed can feel like a bit of a goldfish bowl.

Brilliant for such a low price- pool smaller than expected and a good idea to avoid the fish, however the air con was a life saver and balcony was a good size. What a fantastic stay we had. As many reviews have said, you are treated like family. Luis and family bend over backwards to help without being intrusive. Request a room with balcony which have either views of quaint street, the castle and upto the turret or views down into town. We loved our stay so much and were touch at Papa's gift to us on leaving.
