Our first family holiday for a while. It's been amazing, lovely apartment with amazing view across bay. Food has been great with everyday offering a varied spread of choices at breakfast and dinner. We were looking for a hotel with parking in an area where finding parking is difficult, so we chose this hotel. However, despite advertising parking, we were directed to a nearby parking area costing 17 euros per day. Outdated room, little bit overpriced for what they offer. Spa area is not very clean kept. Dinner service was good. Just loved the old lady Chef, her Paella was very tasty. For a 3* hotel is much more then we were expecting. We had a bed and breakfast for a week. Breakfast was unreal, all type of food and fruits for different type of cousine. We had a lovey stay here all the colleagues were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned regularly and fresh towels provided almost daily. The buffet choice for us on Full Board was fresh varied and something to suit all. The only downfall is the sound insulation but it is a old hotel and the pool area when packed can feel like a bit of a goldfish bowl.

Fantastic hotel. Warm friendly staff, from the masseuse to the cook in the restaurant. Lovely massage, the spa is very pleasant and the food excellent with something for everyone. Easy to feed the kids and also plenty of healthy options. Pool with some entertainment but not overbearing. Overall the decor maybe a little tired but that is the only negative point. The shower and bathroom was adapted but there was no chair in there or way for my friend who uses a wheelchair to shower ( we used a balcony plastic chair). Brilliant for such a low price- pool smaller than expected and a good idea to avoid the fish, however the air con was a life saver and balcony was a good size. Walls thin so if you're unlucky enough to be there whilst a school is, such as mine, you're unlikely to get any sleep till they do. Overall, great for the price.

Hotel Florida is a great place to stay in Tossa de Mar. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and extra helpful. There is a great little supermarket across the road that makes a super morning coffee. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend

Good 3 start hotel a bit old but everything is covered by good service . There were some problems but the stuff was great and fixed everything! Food is fine for 3 stars, there is a free pool. The beach is 10 minute walk from the hotel. There also is a supermarket near by ~5 min walk. You can also play pool. Gracias!

The service from the staff was excellent. They were helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small but clean and good decoration. The hotel was 2 min walk to the beach and shops from the swimming pool. Food was ok but limited choice and would advise to eat outside on some days even if all inclusive.

At the end of the day it's a budget hotel and for 35 euros a night with breakfast you can't expect much but please paint the rooms. The staff were fantastic and so was the service. This hotel is amazing. It`s new, the location is great. It`s near the beach, close to the center and the clubs and yet, it`s very quiet. We stayed there this summer and we had a great time. The room was cleaned every day, we had new clean towels every day. The bathroom has a hairdryer and even toothbrushes. In room 308, the air conditioner did not work. There was no internet. 15 minutes a day 🤔🤔🤔 There are no balconies - the booking system is not clear. We were a tour group, some were asked to pay extra 70 euros for 7 days for a balcony. The second was given with a balcony at no extra charge. The only good thing was the cleaning. Thanks to the maids for their efforts.

This hotel is located in the best part of town for those who like nightlife. Within 200 meters there is the largest number of cafes and night clubs in the city.
