Very convenient location! Simple but efficient place. Room quite small though

We loved our stay here which was right on the main plaza of Valencia. Staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile every day. The breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms were just what you needed to be comfortable while also feeling like a part of the city. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will be coming back again.

Location location location
The hotel is in a perfect location for a trip to the old town , we stayed in the junior suite which was perfect for 3 of us , very quiet and with the added bonus of our own terrace , we loved it and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel

Will return again!
Hotel El Siglo was amazing - it is in the perfect location right by a beautiful church and in a bustling town square. The beach is a 20 min drive away but we didn’t mind, as we only did one beach day during our trip. It had great AC, a beautiful balcony, and a lovely bath and shower.

Old but newly renovated hotel in the old town

Nice hotel in the heart of Valencia, just over the corner from Plaza de la Reina. The room was rather small but still comfortable, clean. Good water pressure in the shower. We had a jacuzzi in the room to relax after the city walk. The bed was super comfortable. There was also a small balcony with a nice city view.

Impossible to get in contact with. I was charged through booking.com for a booking in October, 2024 for a stay at this hotel that I never booked. I have been in contact with booking.com from October and we are now in June. I never made this booking, and they partially refunded me the money but will not send the rest without this hotels consent. The way I have been treated since October is nothing short of a disgrace. I have had debt collectors sending me letters and emails which is not nice.
Your hotel does not appear as booked or cancelled on my booking.com account so I don’t know why I was charged.
£1,811.38 was the original transaction amount and I received £1,208.81 in refund but I am still waiting on £602.57 to be refunded.

We stayed three nights. The room was small but is had a small balcony looking out onto the street. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The location was it's biggest plus, just off a large plaza and walking to old town and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant below and it was adequate for breakfast or coffee. Cars are not allowed on the street in front of the hotel. So just know that if you have a car you have to trudge luggage from the underground parking yo the hotel.
