Above and beyond. Please note... there are two Meliás in Valencia so be aware! The room was spectacular with access to a special lounge floor. Bed was very comfortable and room was immaculate. Breakfast in the resturant was delicious and hosted to perfection. Definately recommend.

Highly recommend the Level junior suite, which feels more like a real suite than a junior one. Excellent views, two restrooms, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, very clean spaces, and access to the Level lounge make for an excellent experience. Level team members are also very professional, welcoming, and fun to talk with. Free parking on the street right in front of the hotel was an added bonus....

The hotel is very large, and the lobby is beautiful. It's also close to the highway, which makes getting around very convenient.

1. Location: The hotel is right off the highway exit, making it very convenient for self-driving. 2. The hotel lobby is quite grand and nice, but the rooms are just average. They lack ventilation and have a bit of a strong odor. 3. The hotel breakfast is decent, with a good variety of choices.

An absolutely excellent hotel! The lobby is super stylish, and the rooms are really nice too. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a bathtub and a shower, and the views are great. They often host wedding ceremonies here, and the decor is very tastefully done.

The seaside hotel is quite large, the front desk staff are friendly, there is underground parking, the rooms are spacious with large balconies, and the facilities are good.

We stayed here with family end of September. We booked three rooms: two execute suites and one family room. All the staff were great, rooms clean, breakfast buffet was delicious and the pop up ice cream stand was amazing. It's barely a 5-star hotel. The rooms need updating, and the TV wasn't even a smart TV. The rooftop cocktails were quite weak. The pool was very small, and when we went, there were no towels. We had to ask for them. Mistakes a 5-star hotel shouldn't have. The facilities were adequate. The breakfast buffet was fine.

A well run hotel with all amenities

The hotel was perfectly located and clean. Just the lifts took really long to get down. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was located on the 8th floor and the other on the 5th floor. Sometimes it took us 10 min to get down as 1 of the elevator was broken. The pool was small but good. If you go at 10 when it opens its not busy at all

We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay...

Very friendly staff and speaks English. Clean hotel with all amenities. There is a swimming pool, gym and SPA in the hotel. Nearby is a beautiful park, museums and the largest oceanarium in Europe. The sea is 15 minutes by transport.

Rooms were clean and luxurious, service was attentive and friendly. Location is a hit or miss, not the most walkable but close to centric places like the oceanographic and arts museum. Breakfast is continental with decent variety, for €12 it isn’t bad, but not the greatest.

The queen room we had were slightly smaller, in terms of size, but clean and neat. Bathrooms were good and the breakfast was great. Within 10 minutes to major landmarks.

Clean and comfortable room, with great blackout curtains. We requested a quiet room, so were put on a higher floor which was really appreciated. We have stayed many times in the hotel dimar. Its location is central to all the sites in Valencia. The rooms are light and airy . The beds are very comfortable . A lovely hotel, I have no complaints which is rare for me as I can usually find something wrong! The staff were excellent and remembered our names in spite of it being a very busy hotel. It's situated in an excellent location for exploring the chilled city of Valencia.

In my opinion there are many five star hotels that despite having excellent rooms, location and so on, they lack character and a sense of home. At Hospes Palau, this was not the case, and my stay was marked just by how nice and accommodating everyone was. This is steps away from the Torres de Serranos. Area is walkable to everything- shops and dining. Try the restaurant Rincón 33. Their goat cheese salad is out of this world. I used the Trip.com app, checked the parking facilities, and there was no information about a separate fee, and I was not notified by the hotel. Other hotels state that a separate fee is charged. When checking out, they suddenly asked me to pay 47 euros for parking for two days. This amount is equivalent to 70,000 to 80,000 won in Korean currency, so it doesn't make sense that they didn't notify me...

New hotel very modern, facility is great, walking distance to old town. Only downside is that they have very limited service of bar and restaurant so you almost always need to go out to eat.
