Also the rather large fridge was a nice touch (I guess it’s designed for the more long-term stays). I would definitely come again for a short-term stay in Patacona Beach!

A very nice hotel, very close to the beach. In the groud level you can find a gym and a restaurant. The first floor there are areas for study. You can go, also in a rooftop for great view.

I wanted a budget place close to the beach, where I could sleep and shower. And that’s what I got! It’s a no-frills hotel but my room was clean and it was quiet during the night

Spectacular views from the roof. A little bit far from the centre of Valencia however it's well served by local buses (€1 per trip!) Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast included in the price

They lent me an iron and a board in reception when I asked. Big gym in conjunction, which surprised me. And it is indeed close to the beach

The indoor pool, although not very large, is not crowded during the off-season, which is a significant advantage

Large outdoor pool and enough sunbeds (maybe because it is only the beginning of the season). The hotel surroundings are impressive, beautiful well-kept garden, fountains beautifully lit at night

Large room, comfortable bed, quality towels, bedding and toiletries. Pool area and sunbeds washed and cleaned every day. All staff were faultless in their interaction, service and helpfulness

This hotel is the only real choice you have if you want to stay on a beach front location that includes a pool and kids club etc. Sadly the hotel is very tired and old

We had a room with a sea view which was an additional advantage. SPA clean and maintained perfectly. You can relax and unwind there. The only big minus is the breakfast, not very diverse for a 5-star hotel

I stayed here for 3 nights and i was not disappointed. Very clean room with AC, clean bathroom, very friendly staff and excellent location, right at the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants

However, the balcony was right over the promenade so we had a great view of the beach/sunrise. We ate on the balcony a couple times. It is an older hotel but clean and kept up. One person elevator or the stairs

Such a great price to be beach side! The rooms are NOT big, with four people, 3 full size suitcases and 3 carry-ons, it was tight

One thing i really enjoyed was the vending machine in the lobby where i could get cold drinks whenever i wanted. I will definitely stay here again when i am in Valencia again

We could just walk down the block for great options to eat or a few blocks for grocery stores. Super busy but lovely and clean and soft sand

Public transportation is also very close nearby, the bus station is a 3 minutes walk, the metro a 15 minutes walk away

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s right on the beach with many restaurant options and the staff are very friendly. It’s freshly renovated and has beautiful interior design

This is a fantastic boutique hotel on the beach. The staff are wonderful and the food in the restaurant is first class. We've had a wonderful week here. We highly recommend this hotel.

Happily surprised by my single room, for a reasonable rate. Wifi a little weak in my room. The beach is just a few steps for there. But it’s a little far from the center

AC was already on so it was nice and chilly when we got there. We had an amazing view at the beach from the balcony

Nice view from your room. Sunrises are beautiful. Staff is very cool. Decent price for being right on the beach. Also, burgers are fantastic

I think a lot of these negative reviews are old, because I had a great experience. It was super clean, modern, room wasn't huge but it wasn't uncomfortably tiny. I did pick a slightly upgraded one so that may be why

Everything was clean and amazing. We had a great time and I would say the hotel has 3 - 4 stars. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

The hotel is in a fantastic location across the road from the port, a 20 minute walk from a beautiful beach, and a short metro ride from the bustling city centre which was the perfect balance for our city break

Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the roof top bar on a few occasions which was brilliant, and the cocktails were great. The manager, Ramon was particularly helpful and welcoming too

There are local bars and restaurants within walking distance too which was very handy. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was modern, comfortable and air conditioned

We stayed for 2 nights with 6 month old twin girls. The room was lovely with a kettle (which was so useful with the babies)and plenty of hot water and towels

We spent 4 nights in May in Apartment 3 (1st floor) + The apartment is big + Public transport just outside + Beach is close + Wifi was ok + Parking in front + Easy access + Good communication ~ location: it is a little sketchy, if you want charming Cabanyal, this is not it

Clean, well-kept (everything was intact, tidy, well maintained), well lit, safe (windows, doors), elevator available (not relevant to us, but the elevator even 'did' the three steps in the hall to our apartment!) , the street noise (traffic, trams) was reasonably well excluded with closed windows, good hot water in the kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning, location near the beach (five minutes walk...

Location couldn't be more perfect. Very easy walk to the beach and playgrounds, and very well connected to the city centre
