The hotel was perfectly located and clean. Just the lifts took really long to get down. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was located on the 8th floor and the other on the 5th floor. Sometimes it took us 10 min to get down as 1 of the elevator was broken. The pool was small but good. If you go at 10 when it opens its not busy at all

We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. The parking lot entrances and exits are narrow, requiring excellent driving skills! Great value for very nice hotel in centre of Valencia. Just around the corner from excellent central metro stop, direct to airport .. couldn't be easier. Breakfast not amazing and need to assert for food you want ... staff a little slow, even disorganised.Range of breakfast amazing when there.

Good location. Room was fine as well. Unfortunately, the hotel has decided to cap the airconditioning in the rooms, not allowing to cool down the temperature below 27 degrees celsius (alluding energy saving and environmental reasons). Thus the room was not really refreshing. This is a reason for me not to chose this hotel again.

Stayed here on a Sunday night. Everywhere was closed and we could only go to a Carrefour a short drive away. The room is spacious but the bathtub was a little dangerous because the shower screen couldn't open fully so I could only slip in from the end. But end of the bathtub is curved and when it is wet is is extra slippery. I nearly slipped and fell. Overall still an okay stay.

Loved this hotel! The location is excellent, it's right next to the central downtown area and I got to do lots of exploring every day. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are cleaned well daily. Only issue I had was the controller for the lights didn't leave a lot of flexibility, would've preferred more individualized controls for each light.

This is definitely one of the best four-star hotels in Valencia. It's also a courtyard-style hotel. The service is very warm and welcoming. There is free parking in front of the hotel.

Quiet and cosy hotel. Minimalistic. Breakfast has not big range, no fancy but not bad. Location is not central, but is very well connected. Beds are comfortable but they use sheets instead of whole surrounding blanket cover. Not a big deal hut potentially not the best hygienic solution.

Good 4 star hotel more suitable for business.. location is just a couple of minutes away from Valencia expo center.. room are ok spacious.. not so many shops and restaurants in the area.
