The seaside hotel is quite large, the front desk staff are friendly, there is underground parking, the rooms are spacious with large balconies, and the facilities are good.
The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic, situated right by the beach and within easy walking distance of the historic old town. Another major highlight is the breakfast—the spread is excellent and even includes Cava, which was a lovely touch. The staff throughout the hotel, including those at the lobby bar, are very kind, helpful, and welcoming.
However, the property is showing significant signs...
We stayed here with family end of September. We booked three rooms: two execute suites and one family room. All the staff were great, rooms clean, breakfast buffet was delicious and the pop up ice cream stand was amazing. Just worth noting (and this might not bother everyone), the family room we got faced towards a beach club to the South of the hotel which was audible to us staying in the family room...
For me, this resort hotel is the most beautiful and best hotel in Valencia. The hotel is architecturally well-designed, stylishly furnished, and very spacious. I felt very welcome at this hotel and was always well looked after. The large room was always spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and truly delicious. I especially loved the freshly squeezed...
Catalin at reception and all of the other staff were fantastic. The personal touch is incredible, they really know what their guests need. When calling reception Catalin could literally recognise my voice and respond in my native language, without having to tell who it is. He ensured our stay is fantastic and that we are happy with the room. The other staff had amazing attention to detail too and unfortunately...
Room is reasonably spacious and somewhat updated but the bathroom is old. Do not expect to have nice relaxing shower. Whole hotel is feeling a little dated, with random desks set up in the lobby for concierge and guest services. The hallways to the rooms are musky. When I pulled up google to write a review, I was surprised to see it is a 5 star hotel. It does not feel like one at all. Service has been...

It's barely a 5-star hotel. The rooms need updating, and the TV wasn't even a smart TV. The rooftop cocktails were quite weak. The pool was very small, and when we went, there were no towels. We had to ask for them. Mistakes a 5-star hotel shouldn't have. The facilities were adequate. The breakfast buffet was fine.
Great, centrally located, and with good service.
I'll definitely come back when I return to Valencia.
Most attractions are within walking distance. The front desk service is professional and enthusiastic. They recommended many restaurants to us, all of which were delicious! The room service is considerate and clean every day! 💌I will come again next time!
From the moment we arrived at SH Valencia Palace, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was impressively smooth and fast, allowing us to start our vacation without any delays. The rooms were not only spacious but also maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment for our stay.
The location of the hotel...
The room - nice, clean, modern. Walls are a bit thin though, I could hear the neighbor snoring at night. But it didn't bother me much. The bathroom products are great!
Breakfast - very good! Nice choice, high quality.
The interior of the hotel is beautiful. Plenty of space in the lobby, too. Working desks available as well.
My only criticism is towards the staff in the breakfast room (often chatting...

I initially made a mistake with the dates of my reservation and simply asked the hotel to change them – a request other hotels have easily handled for me before. Instead, the hotel refused to help, blamed the booking agency. Because of this, I lost my money. Totally unacceptable customer service.
This is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. At check in they give you a card with restaurant recommendations from places nearby. The girl at the front desk told me which were her favorites and recommended a few extra.
The rooms are spacious and clean. They have giant...
Good location., and everything 🎉❤️
Very nicely decorated. Clean and excellent service. 7 mins walk from metro.
Excellent hotel and the best service I’ve experienced in any hotel in years. Every staff member was so attentive, warm & effortlessly helpful. They anticipated what we needed before we did. The hotel was outstanding. Perfectly located with great restaurants & a really nice spa & gym. Had a great relaxing massage. Stayed with family members for 5 days in November/December & would highly highly recommend...
I had an excellent experience during my very long stay . The staff is excellent! I will be back in January. Best hotel in Valencia. I really liked that the hotel has a well equipped and thought-through gym. Jorge the Personal Trainer is one of the best PTs I have ever worked with. He tailors work-out to individual requirements. I highly recommend.

Just an amazing property, beautiful location is of the charts, staff could not be more helpful. Gorgeous and spacious rooms, the only thing is those carpets could be cleaned a little more often or a little more thorough
My recent stayed in Westin was very pleasant! The room was spacious but what made it different was the service. I was impressed the service provided by every staff member at the concierge especially Juan. He was very helpful and friendly. He helped me with my lost earphones and kept following up with the station in Barcelona. While I stayed there, it was holiday and most the restaurants were closed...
I had the most relaxing stay in Valencia at the Westin. As this was my fourth time here in Valencia I was much happier to be in the Westin hotel location (in the past I've stayed in hotels right in the center), it's more local, right near the park and has everything you need without the overwhelming tourist crowds. Then, if you want to go to city center it's only a 15-20min walk.
I wanted to say special...
Good hotel, service super good, rooms are beautiful, breakfast and restaurant delicious
The hotel is large and very quiet, which makes it perfect for a relaxing stay. The service is excellent – staff are professional and always ready to help. Parking is very convenient, and the spa facilities are a nice addition.
However, the hotel is clearly old and in need of a major renovation. While the rooms are spacious, they feel a bit tired and outdated. You can sense that the property has been...
We enjoyed a three night stay at this hotel in July and it was wonderful. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. A lovely hotel, I have no complaints which is rare for me as I can usually find something wrong!
The staff were excellent and remembered our names in spite of it being a very busy hotel.
It's situated in an excellent location for exploring the chilled city of Valencia.
In my opinion there are many five star hotels that despite having excellent rooms, location and so on, they lack character and a sense of home. At Hospes Palau, this was not the case, and my stay was marked just by how nice and accommodating everyone was. Big shoutout to Mathilde, Jesus and Adrian who went out of their way and made my birthday weekend here a true experience.
Delightful stay! The hotel is lovely and within walking distance of major attractions. This hotel not a 5 stars hotel but 3stars.

Palau Vallier truly embodies the standards of a five-star hotel. The rooms are immaculate and tastefully distinctive, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Its central location is outstanding, with easy access to excellent restaurants and the city’s main attractions. I would definitely return.
Treat yourself and stay at this hotel during your visit to Valencia. We stayed 6 days, and i wich it was longer !
First of all, the hotel itself is stunning. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, the spaces are well laid out, and the materials used are of high quality. The restaurant where breakfast is served is excellent and very beautiful.

The Palau Vallier is truly a world-class hotel. Located in the best possible location in Valencia, this hotel is steps away from the main plazas of Ciutat Vella. Nice staff. I think the manager and also the tall guy is very professional and friendly at what they do.

The staff was super friendly, thank you Elisa for all your booking help, and the rest of the team working at reception (Monica, and everyone else). Also, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were super comfortable. I will come back again very soon.
The hotel is located near a large shopping complex filled with various restaurants and stores. There is a metro station just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and for those who enjoy walking, the city center is about 25–30 minutes away on flat ground.

Lovely stay with a great breakfast spread – especially the fresh fruits and good variety. The top-floor view is a real highlight! Very well connected to public transport and close to malls and restaurants. Comfortable, clean and convenient.
Novotel Valencia Llevant delivers an excellent stay marked by genuinely warm and professional service. Above and beyond. Please note... there are two Meliás in Valencia so be aware! The room was spectacular with access to a special lounge floor. Bed was very comfortable and room was immaculate. Breakfast in the resturant was delicious and hosted to perfection. Definately recommend.
Highly recommend the Level junior suite, which feels more like a real suite than a junior one. Excellent views, two restrooms, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, very clean spaces, and access to the Level lounge make for an excellent experience. Level team members are also very professional, welcoming, and fun to talk with. Free parking on the street right in front of the hotel was an added bonus....
The hotel is very large, and the lobby is beautiful. It's also close to the highway, which makes getting around very convenient.
I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Valencia as part of my European birthday trip. While my room wasn’t upgraded, I was greeted with a special birthday surprise 🥹 champagne, flowers, chocolate, and a printed birthday card, which made the arrival truly memorable. These thoughtful touches showed that the staff genuinely cared about making my celebration special. 🙏♥️
The room was spacious and comfortable...
1. Location: The hotel is right off the highway exit, making it very convenient for self-driving.
2. The hotel lobby is quite grand and nice, but the rooms are just average. They lack ventilation and have a bit of a strong odor.
3. The hotel breakfast is decent, with a good variety of choices.
An absolutely excellent hotel! The lobby is super stylish, and the rooms are really nice too. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a bathtub and a shower, and the views are great. They often host wedding ceremonies here, and the decor is very tastefully done.

Very nice, clean hotel, with excellent location not far from the city of arts. Highly re ommended.
We had to go to reception three times to get them to fix the minibar problem (it wasn't working). After insisting repeatedly, they came to replace it. They didn't remove the other one for five days, so we had an extra guest. We also complained about the phone (it wasn't working either), but they never fixed it.

Average. It wasn't bad, but for what we paid, the cleanliness of the facilities left something to be desired.

The hotel is very nice nice and clean.. the location is perfect just near Turia garden, the bus station and the nuovo centro shopping mall. Taxi stands just next door to the hotel. We booked half board and we were glad. The food is delicious both breakfast and dinner buffet.. plenty of options. The staff...
A real 4 stars hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the service were outstanding. The people of staff were always kind, friendly and available. In the room we found slippers, bath kit and a super soft robe. Special mention for the breakfast: great variety and quality. They also give you beach towels if you need. A gym parking and a close bus/metro stop complete the offer.

Very close to the iconic science and art center of Valencia, and easy transport to everywhere in town
Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location, very comfortable room.
Great location in the science district. The room was a bit small, but the breakfast was good. It's about a 15-minute bus ride to the city center, and the beach is also roughly 15 minutes away.
Excellent service. The location is very central, beautiful, and offers great transport links to Valencia city center. I loved it!
When we arrived we had a problem with the bathroom door and window, they solved it quickly and were very attentive.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but we had arranged to leave our car overnight in the parking lot, and when we arrived in the early hours of the morning, surprise! There was no parking; no one had told us it wasn't reservable and there was nothing they could do.
We had to find somewhere to park at 1:00 am.
Also, the cleaning lady knocked on the door at around 9:00 am, so she woke me...

Great value for very nice hotel in centre of Valencia. Just around the corner from excellent central metro stop, direct to airport .. couldn't be easier. Breakfast not amazing and need to assert for food you want ... staff a little slow, even disorganised.Range of breakfast amazing when there.
Great location, highly recommend!
Fantastic location and great service! I would definitely recommend this hotel for those looking for a downtown vibe and access to all the beautiful nearby points of interest.
Location was 16 minutes walk from the train station and about the same walk to the old city, with lots to see in between. The hotel appears to be a local chain that does not as easily accommodate those who are not connected to it. This was my 6th and last stop on my trip to Europe, and it was the only place that did not include water. In fact, nothing in the minibar was included and that was not well...
Great service/location /clean. Only slightly negative is breakfast is the same foods every days(4 nights I stayed)
Location: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station and several bus stops. You can easily walk or take a ride to the old town.
Facility: The hotel's design is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. However, the mattress is absolutely terrible. Lying on it makes you feel like the bed might collapse at any moment. After a day of sightseeing, it's impossible to rest well on such a...

Everything was perfect, from the hotel's location and cleanliness to the breakfast and the staff's friendliness.
Wasn’t the best hotel. Lots of problems with it. Mostly with the room. Not very soundproof, woken up by cleaners outside every morning. Pipes loud during the night, bright bathroom mirror light shines through the glass door illuminating the bedroom all night. Beds rock hard. No kettle to make hot drinks
Good things, clean room, nice coffee downstairs. Nice bedding and towels. Powerful shower, although...
The location of the hotel is good, but there are several issues that affected my stay. The bathroom has no ventilation fan, so odors linger for a long time. The Wi-Fi is very slow, making it difficult to work on a laptop in the room. Some facilities are outdated, particularly the card reader. During my stay, it malfunctioned—there was no electricity even after inserting the card, and only after pushing...
we stayed for a week and had a really positive experience.
our top-floor room with a balcony was perfectly situated and surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road. The room was well equipped, with quality branded toiletries, toothbrush and toothpaste, dressing gowns, a hairdryer, a well-stocked tea/coffee station, and bottled water in the fridge.
Housekeeping maintained a consistently high standard...
A bit far from the downtown area. Many things are available for fee. Otherwise it was great.
Good location. Room was fine as well. Unfortunately, the hotel has decided to cap the airconditioning in the rooms, not allowing to cool down the temperature below 27 degrees celsius (alluding energy saving and environmental reasons). Thus the room was not really refreshing. This is a reason for me not to chose this hotel again.

room size convenient . shower ok.wifi no issue .parking good .breakfast OK. location is liked close to subway ,supermarket and several restaurants and reasonable distance to center . Valencia is quite safe . the hotel is a good accommodation within a reasonable budget and the parking facility . it is a good stay , and even in crowded moment the two lift did a good job ..
Stayed here on a Sunday night. Everywhere was closed and we could only go to a Carrefour a short drive away. The room is spacious but the bathtub was a little dangerous because the shower screen couldn't open fully so I could only slip in from the end. But end of the bathtub is curved and when it is wet is is extra slippery. I nearly slipped and fell. Overall still an okay stay.
Good Location near to Metro station. It is convenient to visit to city center. Besides, overall, facilities are quite new and clean. Comfortable to stay.
A amazing hotel with breakfast buffet included.
Metro around the corner and just a few stops from City Center.
The room is quite spacious and very clean.
Everything was great exactly. I like I was thinking that would be.

Great hotel in the heart of the city. Everything within walking distance. Very friendly staff. We'll be back soon!
Excellent location very close to the center of Valencia, very complete and clean facilities.
we stood up this place for a few nights, and I must say the service was great. The place was affordable and clean.
They even had a roof Terrace for sunbathing, which is always a plus for a tourist city because there’s not really a beach right next to it and you want to get some sun while you’re in the city
And the day we were leaving the person who was checking us out was very nice and helpful and...
Hotel Vincci Palace has truly become our home away from home in Valencia. This charming and beautiful hotel offers everything we could possibly need, from private terraces and balconies to a delightful rooftop sun area. The convenience of private parking is a huge plus, and their well-sized conference rooms are perfect for events.
During our stay, we needed extra space to work, host our Business Community...
Loved this hotel! The location is excellent, it's right next to the central downtown area and I got to do lots of exploring every day. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are cleaned well daily. Only issue I had was the controller for the lights didn't leave a lot of flexibility, would've preferred more individualized controls for each light.
Very nice hotel.

Vincci Mercat Valencia is a stylish, modern hotel that stands out for its unbeatable location and thoughtful design. Situated just steps from the Central Market and within easy walking distance of the Old Town, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, and major sights, it’s an excellent base for exploring Valencia on foot.
The staff was outstanding and unbelievably helpful when I booked the wrong days on *******. High praise for the staff.
Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Our room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was a delight, served in an airy dining room with comfortable furnishings. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout offering good advice regarding trips and local sights. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
After a bad encounter with an airbnb, I was scrambling to find somewhere else to stay and got recommended here last minute and I’m really glad I did. Ana was super welcoming, reassured me of my safety and offered to help in any way she could. She even provided a drink on the house when I told them what had happened and again I was met with the loveliest bar staff. Not to mention the room’s facilities...
Lovely hotel, close walking distance to everything in the old city and close to the Train station and metro. The staff were great and offered us an upgrade for our 30th anniversary, and which we enjoyed very much. Thank you Theresa and Ana. We also enjoyed the pool on the hot days.
My wife Severine and I Stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel is excellent and the staff were wonderful. Nothing was ever too much for them and I’m particular Ester was so friendly and always on hand to help. We loved the modern look of the hotel and enjoyed our extremely comfortable room.
The pool on the roof was our little retreat.
Thanks for making our stay so special

This is definitely one of the best four-star hotels in Valencia. It's also a courtyard-style hotel. The service is very warm and welcoming. There is free parking in front of the hotel.
Quiet and cosy hotel. Minimalistic. Breakfast has not big range, no fancy but not bad. Location is not central, but is very well connected.
Beds are comfortable but they use sheets instead of whole surrounding blanket cover. Not a big deal hut potentially not the best hygienic solution.
Loved staying here. Very easy to get to, and in a fair walking distance to things and metro stations. The bedroom was great, would like it to be slightly wider for luggage, and the shower was fantastic. Instant hot water, and the shower is very big with a proper closing door. Breaking was just okay, with very light options, and nothing that really stood out. My only complaint was the AC thermometer...
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, central, convenient, and peaceful place to stay while exploring Valencia. The location is just right—about 20–30 minutes from both the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences, with bus and metro stations nearby to take you anywhere you’d like to go. Shops, convenience stores, laundromats, restaurants, bars...
A wonderful hotel in the heart of Valencia. Great staff, helpful and friendly. Lovely rooms. Underground parking for bicycles and cars. Amazing buffet breakfast with lots of food choices. Within easy walking distance to the port and beaches and to the fabulous park that runs through the center
of the city. About 3 km from the Old City.
I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Valencia and was truly impressed. The property is modern and impeccably clean, with spacious rooms that include a mini bar and a coffee machine—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. Very, very hard, and you can feel the springs. A very old mattress.
Good 4 star hotel more suitable for business.. location is just a couple of minutes away from Valencia expo center.. room are ok spacious.. not so many shops and restaurants in the area. Recommend is you have work in the expo center .. the sound insulation needs some improvement you can hear people in the hotel hallways
Nice hotel with very friendly staff
I recently stayed at Port Feria Hotel in Valencia and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, check-in was smooth, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The room (404) was clean and comfortable, offering everything needed for a short stay. However, I would like to mention one issue that needs attention — the bathroom requires some maintenance. The shower area seems...
Nice rooms with helpful staff. We stayed at the end of September and heat was not available in the individual rooms. The location of the hotel is tucked away with little to no available restaurant options or amenities.
Nice hotel with a pool, ideal if you're looking to save money because it's just 30 minutes from the center of Valencia. I'd improve the TV (it didn't get any channels) and add a shuttle service.
