Disappointing in some respects, room was Ok, bathroom dated. Big stain on the seat of one of the armchairs in the room! Housekeeping needs improving.. Room not cleaned until past 5pm after reminding reception. Following day awoken twice by them letting themselves in to room without even knocking. Bar staff in contrast very pleasant.
Very nice hotel, perfect helpful service. The room was clean and spacious, we chose superior room. Parking is paid but you should be able to find a parking space outside the hotel at the side street. Various activities and wellness available, gym, sauna, roof terrace with a swimming pool. You can find nice local café bars and restaurants. If you want to enjoy the beach and clubs in Valencia then it...
The hotel is very impressive with big rooms and great view to the city especially from the upper floors. The bath is huge and very clean. There are two big wardrobe. The beds are comfortable and large. The breakfast was very good but with the same manu every day. The food was delicious. The pool is on the first floor, it is a small pool. The staff was very polite and helpful The hotel is near to the...
This hotel was a very good choice! The staff is very kind and helpful, exchanging messages in advance goes also very fast. The room was Superb, clean and comfortable. The pool area is very nice, you can have your breakfast besides, on the terrace, it is fantastic. The location is good, the area is friendly, clean, offers some bars and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay in the Sercotel Sorolla Palace, everything was great. All hotel teams are perfect, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing, delicious and served with professional teams. Highly recommend to try the Sercotel Sorolla Palace. I forgot, the room was amazing too. Thanks all..
Elevators slow and not enough capacity at busy hours eg breakfast. We stayed here for 1 week and during our entire stay 2 of the 5 elevators were out of order. Sometimes it took us >10 min to get to our room at the 14th floor (no kidding, we timed it). Breakfast room has really bad acoustics. I rather enjoy some silence in the morning.

A very nice hotel, very close to the beach. In the groud level you can find a gym and a restaurant. The first floor there are areas for study. You can go, also in a rooftop for great view.
A magnificent newish hotel. Spectacular views from the roof. Close to the beach. A little bit far from the centre of Valencia however it's well served by local buses (€1 per trip!) Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast included in the price.
I stayed at this hotel for about 4days and let me tell you, it is indeed worth it. You may see some negative reviews as well but for a 2-star hotel it should ranked way higher because it’s absolutely amazing and worth every penny. I had a nice holiday there, the service was nice, the food was decent and i felt very secure and comfortable staying there. I must say I’m pretty satisfied with my trip and...
Nice hotel with good location. Continental breakfast. Parking. One floor for rest: cinema, laundry, bilard, sofas. Swimming pool well equipped. One annoying thing is long time to wait for elevators, everytime you must wait minimum 5 minutes to go down/up. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. So close to promenade, beach and sea.
Be warey that yes it is a hotel but it is also student accommodation for the uni students, the room was quiet small with the bed taking up half the room bathroom is tiny my legs touched the wall when sat on the toilet(however I am 5’9) shower was a good size though it took up 1/3 of the bathroom and the water was either too hot or cold which during the hot month of July was okay for it to be a bit...
I see quite a few bad reviews here and I imagine one might get unlucky when it comes to which room one gets and so on, but in my own experience, I’m very happy with my stay. I wanted a budget place close to the beach, where I could sleep and shower. And that’s what I got! It’s a no-frills hotel but my room was clean and it was quiet during the night. They lent me an iron and a board in reception when...

From the moment we arrived at SH Valencia Palace, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was impressively smooth and fast, allowing us to start our vacation without any delays. The rooms were not only spacious but also maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment for our stay. The location of the hotel...
The room - nice, clean, modern. Walls are a bit thin though, I could hear the neighbor snoring at night. But it didn't bother me much. The bathroom products are great! Breakfast - very good! Nice choice, high quality. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. Plenty of space in the lobby, too. Working desks available as well. My only criticism is towards the staff in the breakfast room (often chatting...
Great location, great size hotel,.inconsistent with prices in the bar. I would like the bar to open earlier than 10.30. The pool water was often dirty looking - even in the morning the water did not look clean, I never saw it being cleaned on our stay for 10 days which was a pity as it stopped us from going there. The hotels bathroom products were AMAZING, unfortunately they did not sell them....
The staff were all very helpful and courteous at all times. The rooms were very nice, a large bathroom with Eight and Bob products, which was a real bonus. Breakfast had a vast amount of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, and pastries and was displayed very well. Two nespresso coffee machines mean you can make a coffee to your liking. Although a chef was on hand to make any egg dish you wanted, I found...
Loved it. It felt luxurious, but affordable. Big rooms, very nice breakfast. The room was large and had a/c, had coffee maker, robe, slippers and sunhats. The location is not in the old town, but within walking distance. It's near a nice park as well.
A really nice hotel, location is perfect right on the Park and close to the old town and the arts & science center. The Bed was the most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in. The staff were so helpful for everything and when we had a small issue they fixed it immediately. All the staff speak perfect English too. The Gym is small but has good equipment. My only negatives are the pool is not great...

Went for breakfast, good variaty of food (cold and hot, sweet and salty). Good balance between quality/price.
Stayed here on a weekend trip to Valencia and it was very enjoyable; they were very accommodating to big group of us, had a beautiful rooftop bar and swimming pool with a fantastic view of the city, and the inclusive breakfast was actually good; shocking.
I was looking for a hotel to expend a night and go shopping and being near restaurants, it was great. The room clean and service very polite.
Just returned from a stay at this hotel. The location is great, and provides easy access to the city park, buses and center. The room was mostly clean, but the floor was a bit dirty. We had a room for three (two adults and child). It was a very basic room, so don't expect luxury. But, beds we're clean, and all we needed was a place to sleep. It is true that the hotel is quite dated. Huge problem for...
Good location, very accessible to everything. Rooms are getting what you're paid for, has everything you need for the stay over. English speaking staff is great, rooms get cleaned when necessary
The hotel has friendly helpful staff, the rooms are a little dated but for our needs it was more than sufficient, as there is so much to do and see in the city you are only there to sleep. Its clean and near to all transport links and shopping centre is on the door step. We would stay there again any time we have the chance to return to Valencia.

I spent 6 days at the hotel. The hospitality was great. The breakfast buffet was very good and the treatment was great. The girl there, Maryam, was very nice. Whatever I needed, she provided.
Worth every penny. Only a little more than Holiday Inn Express on the other side of town but soooo much nicer. Amazing breakfast (like the best I have ever had in hotel). The rooms are generous in size with comfy beds and with plenty of marble. They are also very sound proof with only a little road noise reaching the upper floors (mainly motorbikes).Bar is very nice. Parking is steep at €24 euro...
We had a great stay with my family. The hotel took care of us, especially our little two year old. He had a great time on the outdoor patio and watching the sunset views over Valencia. Shout out to George at the bar for making the best, and hottest, espresso in all of Spain !
Had a great stay at the Meliá Valencia. The staff were super helpful assisting us with making reservations and arranging taxis. Our family spent five days in this extraordinary hotel; we rarely post Google reviews, but we really needed to say something about the excellent service. The kindness of the personnel. By far not a 4 star hotel. Maybe just a 2-3. The staff are all very lovely, the building is just old and they try their best. Slept one night waking up to a piss smell in the room that only got worse and worse. Packed our things as fast as we could to ask reception to change our room. They did. It smelt again. They changed it again. That room didn’t. Thank goodness. initially our check in wasn’t...
Its a great 4Star Hotel with the quality and service of 5stars! Great Prices, Rooms, Breakfast & Service. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Everyday was so nice. Clean Rooms, nice Pool and Relax areas, Ironing service was also very good for a good price! The Buffet every morning was great, fresh and varied. Thanks alot! We’ll come back again! ☀️
I’ll give an honest review here. There are good and not so good things about this hotel. Pros: the rooftop bar is a great option. They made a mojito with muddled mint, fresh lime juice and a FREE pour!! It’s worth it for the drinks and the view. The pool is medium sized, seats are taken quickly. Cons: when we arrived, we first received a room (1108) without AC in the middle of August!! It was extremely...
The hotel looks nice and the rooms get cleaned every day. The maids even fold all our clothes everyday. Apart from that the hallways smell like sewege and in the 5 rooms that our friend group had, only 2 AC systems seemed to work while it was 34 degrees outside. Overall it was a fine experience, but I personally wouldn’t call this a 4 star hotel. Gigi from the pool bar is really sweet!
One of the few positive things during my stay in this hotel is that they allowed me to check in early in that it was really nice for the fact that we were in planes all night and did not sleep This hotel made me really not only look for the overall review, which is 4, and look to the latest reviews ! The room smelled like sewage when we first entered that is true However, when I told the front desk...
Great hotel. Rooms were very clean. Hospitable staff. The location is very good: just near the City of Art and Sciences (5 min walk) and old town (15 min walk). You can get to the Malvarosa beach by bus (10 min ride), but if you're considering going to the beach, I'd recommend taking a bus to el Saler (it's quiter and the water there is clearer, also 10 min ride). Very good breakfast. We also had dinner...

Luxury hotel situated right on Valencia’s beach, adjacent to dozens of restaurants along the promenade that leads up to La Malvarosa beach and beyond. The hotel lacks for nothing in facilities with pools, a gym and day spa as well as a restaurant and bars. Breakfast was a feast with a wide variety of food options available. All staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive to your needs. Every day...
Overall a very good experience. The service was amazing. Nice facilities (pool, gym, spa). The restaurant was top notch. Easy access to the beach. Two minor points. The room was a little small. Wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that the bathroom was of equal size. And more importantly, I found it bizarre that a premium hotel like this would charge for parking even though there is ample free public parking...
This is a stunning hotel with something for everyone. The rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned. The food is first class, and so is the service. Location is near the Port area of Valencia. Brilliant swimming pools, where you can swim for fitness or just for leisure. I would undoubtedly return here on my next visit to Valencia. Staff are wonderful!
Beautiful location and hotel. The staff were attentive, warm and helpful. The afternoon spent by the kids' pool was a great time for the whole family. This hotel is close to everything with many restaurants and coffee bars. The underground parking lot is in the hotel. No issues in parking. The room is very clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was great every morning with lots of selection. We would do definately return.
It is a very clean hotel near the scientific modern part of Valencia. ( only 10 minute on foot) The room is well equipped and cleaned every day. The stuff is very kind and helpfull. A buffet breakfast is available. One comment the soundproof of the rooms could be a little bit better.
Good hotel, but nothing great about it either. Functional is the word to use. It could use some TLC especially the breakfast restaurant. The lobby bar is quite nice, rooms are decent - although the shower and bath can benefit an update. Not a lot of sound insulation - could hear noises through the night and early morning as guests woke up.
Other hotels could learn from this one. The front desk was efficient and super friendly. Any requests (higher floor, corner room, extra chocolate) were happily offered. The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for beach goers and access to the city of science and arts. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!
This was a lovely stay! All the staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious. I would say this is definitely more of a business hotel than leisure although we enjoyed our stay and it is in a perfect location near the new aquarium but quite a way out of the old town and eating areas if you’re wanting to see the sights and explore.
My family & I had pleasant experience in this hotel on Sunday. First,I want to congratulate the managers in charge for providing proper training to the team ,WELL DONE! Excellent location. Near to all things you require and all the sites. Not in city centre, but excellent location. Lots or restaurants close by. Service friendly and prompt. Rooms fine other than bed to hard, and no hot drinks option in room. Would certainly use again.
A pleasant / comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and friendly staff but the rooms need modernising especially bathrooms. I booked this as it had a pool but it had been very zoomed in on the photos as in real life it’s tiny and has 3 sunbeds, so you can’t chill up there. The location of the hotel is fab because you are halfway between the city and the beach!
We were unlucky to get a room with a leak in the shower every time we took a shower, the bathroom would flood. However, we loved the room it was very spacious, and the staff was super friendly, I recommend the hotel for its location near the aquarium, but if you stay in the room with the leak for more than a week, it's not nice, better for short stays. The maintenance guy is an incredible person, super...
Friendly attentive staff, especially Jose, who was super helpful. Rooms are clean as we're all linens. The bed was large and comfortable. Room service was tasty and affordable. We were kindly allowed early access to our room, which was most needed after Rototom festival. There is a pool but found it an odd layout as not much space around the pool to sit so this is the only reason I have given 4 stars...
Good location for the new museums, but a long walk to the old town or beach. Close to plenty of restaurants. We had a junior suit. Quite modern and well maintained. Separate air con control in each room which worked well and you could turn it off. Very comfy firm bed. Quite outside. Plenty of space in the suit. Nice and clean and friendly helpful staff.
Amazing location, with bus stops outside to take you into the city and the beach The pool is only a plunge pool, but I didn't expect much more from a roof top city hotel. The beds were hard and you can't adjust the temperature of the air con in the room. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and breakfast had a good range of items

The staff is so friendly, and helps with anything. The breakfast is very nice, and the rooms are clean. Our curtain was a bit broken, which made the room very light; but that was the only bad thing! The location itself is okay, you can walk or take a bus to beach/downtown, but it’s not the ‘cosiest’ neighborhood. Just a large and quite busy street. You don’t hear that when you’re in your room though

Plus: very nice room, good beds, everything as it should be. Véry friendly staff! Also easy to find and everything is close by. A bit of nagging: waiter forgot a meal order and the bathroom is due for a make-over; shower head cannot be adjusted and -to me- a bath is quite outdated. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel 👍
Hotel was lovely, room was clean, good size with a huge bed. The rooftop pool was very disappointing and not at all what we were expecting. This hotel has a good location. 3 minutes by taxi to the train station and accessible by bus to many points of interests. The room we booked has a king size bed. The breakfast was excellent for just a few Euros when we booked through Expedia.
Good standard, if aged 4 star hotel, clean and well maintained, but not luxurious. Not a romantic settling, more travelling accountant. Good sized rooms, comfortable but basic.
We were welcomed by very friendly staff and were assisted throughout our stay. There is a bar and small restaurant if you’re not interested in going out but there are some great restaurants in walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was very clean.
We stayed only a single night in Valencia but this was a great hotel! The desk staff were friendly and the room was huge! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had so much space! The location was walkable to so many places and there are lots of restaurants nearby.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was great with a large selection and variety, including them giving us a little bag of food on our final day as we had to be at the airport prior to breakfast being served. Service was great also, with staff accommodating as best as possible, including ordering us a taxi to the airport and rooms were cleaned well each day. Location is slightly outside of...
Location was NOT walkable from the train station with all the construction going on. We were exhausted and irritated when we finally arrived. There is no pool or spa of any kind, and the gym was always locked, but even the staff said it is very small. There were only 2 TV stations in English, and both only had the news playing every time we checked in the evenings. The refrigerator is so tiny, it...
the friendliness of the staff, especially the staff of cafeteria Garbi, made me feel at home during the two weeks. Many thanks for this.
Located close to the city center next to the park. It’s clean and quiet surroundings Clean rooms and bathrooms, clean towels were available every day, beds were made everyday and overall just clean and spacious. Hotel smelled clean and the rooms were really clean and tidy

Great service! Really clean rooms! Very helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurants. Lorena and Laura from the hotel restaurant were great! They always had a smile when serving. I arrived at the hotel and my checked suitcase was undelivered from my flight. Reception provided me with something to sleep in for the night and a toothbrush. The next day my suitcase was delivered and I found it...
Solid hotel, maybe not the most flashy but everything is very clean and operational. Good beds too. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. Staff very friendly. The location is great, just a short stroll to the city centre.
Location is very good. It is just outside of the old city center. Room and bathroom are very nice and spacious. We had a bath. Everything was clean, staff was friendly. The rooftop bar, swimming pool and sauna were a nice plus. Only downside of this hotel, is that the walls and doors are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours and everyone walking in the corridor.
Hi fellow traveler! Normally, I only write long reviews for good places. This one was a bit controversial. If you don’t have a better option and are looking for a moderately decent place, you can try it out. Here’s why: Pros: - The price-to-value ratio is good enough for overall service. - The rooms are spacious. - There’s a gym and a pool on the rooftop—both are small but efficient. - The rooms have...
My second stay in a NH Hotel. I have nothing to complain about. Room was very nice, good size and nice furniture. Bathroom with everything you need. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet with a lot of very good choices. Housekeeping ladies really nice. Maria Jose at the terrace bar was excellent. Sandra and Maite did a great job.
This place is exactly how it sells itself a great value in a good location. The room was good although on the small side. The bathroom was roomy. The staff was great and very nice. the location is good nearby the mall and many walkable places but also easy to get on a taxi to explore the rest. The rooftop is quaint but nice.

Great hotel with kind staff. The phone in my room didn't work, but the front desk staff redirected me to restaurant itself to order room service, which was very easy to do. The breakfast options were very good, and the rooms were quite spacious. The subway station Ayora is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
The rooms are clean and big. The location is great. You can take a bus at the corner. However some things could be much better, the rooms are too loud. The breakfast area is a disaster, way too small to host so many people, if you want to have a quiet and peaceful start of the day. This is not the case here. The food from the breakfast was good.
It was more 3,5 stars and far away of a 4 stars hotel. No sauna, no pool, no coffee or water in the room, quite old furniture. Great cleaning service and reception ladies were also kind and helpful. There is a bus station nearby and you need than round about 30min to tithe city center or similar in the other way to the beach. It is a good location only for going to the science museum area but otherwise...
Really nice hotel! The rooms are quite big, clean and very well decorated; the bathrooms are also really spacious, clean and have luxurious vibe. The staff were very polite and helpful.
The rooms are very spacious, the TV is quite big and with good channels selection. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The staff is helpful and attentive. The restaurant serves good quality menu dinners. The parking is comfortable to manage for a big car, but unfortunately they don't reserve a place, I guess when the hotel is full it will not be possible to park. The only problem I found in this hotel...
Most kindly stuff, fantastic breakfast, spacious and clean rooms.Metro station is close, and position of hotel is really good for walking tours and connection to the rest of town. For sure one of the hotels to look forward to come back!

Stayed here recently. Check in was long, had 1 staff member behind the desk and there was a few people waiting. Took a good 30 mins. Room was okay, the mattress was rock hard but I seemed to still get a good night sleep there. The breakfast was okay I guess, the coffee was not good. There is a Starbucks below the hotel though. The hotel is basically at the top of a shopping centre, which can be handy...
The hotel is nice but there are some things you might miss. First of all a smart tv or at least a way to stream to the TV. Then an iron in the room or at least access to one in the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms especially bathroom is also not perfect but then also nothing too disturbing. The breakfast was good so worth additional dime.
Can't believe the price for the room we got. I mean this in a good way. Centrally located. Clean on the inside, rooms were pretty good. Breakfast was great. Parking is underground and safe. This is our second ilunion this week (one in barcelona)Barcelona, and both times we had a great experience
Had a good stay in the hotel. Staff very friendly. A few things I missed. Ability to make a cup of coffee on the room and no trash bin in the room. Besides that a great stay. Breakfast was good. Especially the COVID-19 measurements! Location is nice!
Location is fantastic to visit Aquarium and the Science center. There is a shopping mall right beside it. Hotel does not have much service, so if you think you may end up staying in the hotel a lot I would not recommend. The furniturea seem a little old.
Nice bathroom with shower and bath but room dated and some outlet sockets did not work, also air-conditioning faulty on hot all the time so had to sleep on top of the bed with the window open. Went to book out and receptionist asked us to pay for our room but we had already pre-paid. Not the best experience.
