A very nice hotel, very close to the beach. In the groud level you can find a gym and a restaurant. The first floor there are areas for study. You can go, also in a rooftop for great view.
A magnificent newish hotel. Spectacular views from the roof. Close to the beach. A little bit far from the centre of Valencia however it's well served by local buses (€1 per trip!) Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast included in the price.
I stayed at this hotel for about 4days and let me tell you, it is indeed worth it. You may see some negative reviews as well but for a 2-star hotel it should ranked way higher because it’s absolutely amazing and worth every penny. I had a nice holiday there, the service was nice, the food was decent and i felt very secure and comfortable staying there. I must say I’m pretty satisfied with my trip and...
Nice hotel with good location. Continental breakfast. Parking. One floor for rest: cinema, laundry, bilard, sofas. Swimming pool well equipped. One annoying thing is long time to wait for elevators, everytime you must wait minimum 5 minutes to go down/up. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. So close to promenade, beach and sea.
Be warey that yes it is a hotel but it is also student accommodation for the uni students, the room was quiet small with the bed taking up half the room bathroom is tiny my legs touched the wall when sat on the toilet(however I am 5’9) shower was a good size though it took up 1/3 of the bathroom and the water was either too hot or cold which during the hot month of July was okay for it to be a bit...
I see quite a few bad reviews here and I imagine one might get unlucky when it comes to which room one gets and so on, but in my own experience, I’m very happy with my stay. I wanted a budget place close to the beach, where I could sleep and shower. And that’s what I got! It’s a no-frills hotel but my room was clean and it was quiet during the night. They lent me an iron and a board in reception when...

Went for breakfast, good variaty of food (cold and hot, sweet and salty). Good balance between quality/price.
Stayed here on a weekend trip to Valencia and it was very enjoyable; they were very accommodating to big group of us, had a beautiful rooftop bar and swimming pool with a fantastic view of the city, and the inclusive breakfast was actually good; shocking.
I was looking for a hotel to expend a night and go shopping and being near restaurants, it was great. The room clean and service very polite.
Just returned from a stay at this hotel. The location is great, and provides easy access to the city park, buses and center. The room was mostly clean, but the floor was a bit dirty. We had a room for three (two adults and child). It was a very basic room, so don't expect luxury. But, beds we're clean, and all we needed was a place to sleep. It is true that the hotel is quite dated. Huge problem for...
Good location, very accessible to everything. Rooms are getting what you're paid for, has everything you need for the stay over. English speaking staff is great, rooms get cleaned when necessary
The hotel has friendly helpful staff, the rooms are a little dated but for our needs it was more than sufficient, as there is so much to do and see in the city you are only there to sleep. Its clean and near to all transport links and shopping centre is on the door step. We would stay there again any time we have the chance to return to Valencia.

Rooms were clean, nice beds The breakfast is amazing! Pool has some quite loud music, water is not warmed You can rent a 'bali bed' for 60 euros (quite expensive) but without any wind, even in the shades it can get very very hot. Hosts were friendly, but sometimes I felt they were lacking some skills. They were not able to book the taxi (I had to wait in my room to finally hear they couldn't work...
The overall customer service and hotel experience were exceptional. The staff was kind and attentive to our questions and requests. We highly recommend this location and it is only a short ride to downtown.
Great Hotel! Rooms are renovated and still have the scent of new wood. Very friendly staff. Gabriel at the bar was making a great job going beyond to prepare a great cocktail we remembered from the past. Well done to all the team. Thank you
We had a wonderful stay at Meliá. The rooms are spacious and modern, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a true 5-star experience. The service staff were exceptional — always attentive and ready to help at any moment. One of the highlights was the convenient location, just a short walk from Beniferri metro station and the Valencia Conference Centre, making it easy to get around the city. I...
I had an exceptional stay at the Meliá Hotel in Valencia. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. A great hotel, great location great staff perfect service. Loads of bars, restaurants and supermarket's nearby. A short trip to the city €10 taxi approx €2 on the bus. Large room, comfortable bed, quality towels, bedding and toiletries. Pool area and sunbeds washed and cleaned every day. All staff were faultless in their interaction, service and helpfulness. No hesitation in returning we wouldn't...
very beautiful hotel. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, it is really clean and pleasant. Maybe a bit outdated sanitary facilities in the bathroom but kept in impeccable cleanliness. Large outdoor pool and enough sunbeds (maybe because it is only the beginning of the season). The hotel surroundings are impressive, beautiful well-kept garden, fountains beautifully lit at night. We had a room with a...
This hotel is the only real choice you have if you want to stay on a beach front location that includes a pool and kids club etc. Sadly the hotel is very tired and old. The room we stayed in was a suite with a balcony as we needed an extra bed for our son. It was clear the room hadn't been updated at all in many years with very old furniture, old telephone systems and a music stereo system from around...
Excellent service, everyone is very helpful and very friendly. Exceptional breakfast. The concierge service is extraordinary: efficient, quick action were taken, knowledgeable staff. The only downside for me is that although the beach is easily accessible and only...
Luxury hotel situated right on Valencia’s beach, adjacent to dozens of restaurants along the promenade that leads up to La Malvarosa beach and beyond. The hotel lacks for nothing in facilities with pools, a gym and day spa as well as a restaurant and bars. Breakfast was a feast with a wide variety of food options available. All staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive to your needs. Every day...
Overall a very good experience. The service was amazing. Nice facilities (pool, gym, spa). The restaurant was top notch. Easy access to the beach. Two minor points. The room was a little small. Wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that the bathroom was of equal size. And more importantly, I found it bizarre that a premium hotel like this would charge for parking even though there is ample free public parking...

We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. Very friendly staff and speaks English. Clean hotel with all amenities. There is a swimming pool, gym and SPA in the hotel. Nearby is a beautiful park, museums and the largest oceanarium in Europe. The sea is 15 minutes by transport.
Rooms were clean and luxurious, service was attentive and friendly. Location is a hit or miss, not the most walkable but close to centric places like the oceanographic and arts museum. Breakfast is continental with decent variety, for €12 it isn’t bad, but not the greatest.
I have returned because I enjoy staying at this hotel very much
Nice location with two shopping centres just next. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast included and have all you need. Outdoor swimming pool is great. You can hear some noise from the road at night unfortunately, need to improve the windows noise prevention. Spa facilities are satisfactory but not really clean.

I initially made a mistake with the dates of my reservation and simply asked the hotel to change them – a request other hotels have easily handled for me before. Instead, the hotel refused to help, blamed the booking agency. Because of this, I lost my money. Totally unacceptable customer service.
This is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. I had an excellent experience during my very long stay . The staff is excellent! I will be back in January. Best hotel in Valencia. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week. While the overall experience was pleasant, I wouldn't classify it as a true 5 star establishment. Recommendations for things to do locally from the staff were fantastic. The friendliness of everybody that works here was very refreshing. A stand-out hotel.
Hospitable, informative and accommodating, we were overwhelmed with this place in Valencia, Spain. The indoor pool/spa and sauna was sleek (by reservation per hour), lunch is available at the lounge all day, and there’s an adjacent restaurant Ampar which opens at 8pm. Good location, will come back again
Rooms are clean, amenities functioning. Hotel seems to drift into disrepair. Lifts often defective. A/C turns off early afternoon and has to be restarted by front desk. Temperatures change by themselves, sometimes in the middle of the night. Free water bottles just once on check-in, not renewed for longer stays. Service is understaffed. Location is great, very close to vibrant Russafa.
They have a gym with 2 dumbbells and few machines. If you come for holiday yes you can stay. Not fully sure of the location. Maybe I wasn't well prepared to know the neighbourhood. But the staff is nice and the room was clean and spacious.
Clean and big room. The hotel had constant issues with the towels. Bath towels were not available the majority of the time and I had to look for the service personnel every day to get some. Very friendly customer service. Great location. Outdated gym. I'd recommend this hotel and would stay there again when in town.
This is a functional place located conveniently almost near everything. I think what I liked most about it are the conveniences in the room, breakfast, bar, and, mostly, taxis outside the door. Just stand there and a taxi will pop up. The staff were very friendly.

Solid hotel, maybe not the most flashy but everything is very clean and operational. Good beds too. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. Staff very friendly. The location is great, just a short stroll to the city centre.
Location is very good. It is just outside of the old city center. Room and bathroom are very nice and spacious. We had a bath. Everything was clean, staff was friendly. The rooftop bar, swimming pool and sauna were a nice plus. Only downside of this hotel, is that the walls and doors are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours and everyone walking in the corridor.
Hi fellow traveler! Normally, I only write long reviews for good places. This one was a bit controversial. If you don’t have a better option and are looking for a moderately decent place, you can try it out. My second stay in a NH Hotel. I have nothing to complain about. Room was very nice, good size and nice furniture. Bathroom with everything you need. Staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel had charm but functionality. The breakfast was so much. I loved the walk in shower (the bathroom was spot on.) The room was spacious with plenty of clothing storage. I would absolutely stay here again.
This hotel is old. The room is small and looks like it needs to be renovated. The room we booked is not as good as the room we redeemed with points. Stayed here recently. Check in was long, had 1 staff member behind the desk and there was a few people waiting. Took a good 30 mins. The hotel is nice but there are some things you might miss. First of all a smart tv or at least a way to stream to the TV. Then an iron in the room or at least access to one in the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms especially bathroom is also not perfect but then also nothing too disturbing. The breakfast was good so worth additional dime.
Can't believe the price for the room we got. I mean this in a good way. Centrally located. Clean on the inside, rooms were pretty good. Breakfast was great. Parking is underground and safe. This is our second ilunion this week (one in barcelona)Barcelona, and both times we had a great experience
Had a good stay in the hotel. Staff very friendly. A few things I missed. Ability to make a cup of coffee on the room and no trash bin in the room. Besides that a great stay. Breakfast was good. Especially the COVID-19 measurements! Location is nice!
Location is fantastic to visit Aquarium and the Science center. There is a shopping mall right beside it. Hotel does not have much service, so if you think you may end up staying in the hotel a lot I would not recommend. The furniturea seem a little old.
Nice bathroom with shower and bath but room dated and some outlet sockets did not work, also air-conditioning faulty on hot all the time so had to sleep on top of the bed with the window open. Beautiful views from the room and everything was clean. The only problem i found was that the beer in the minibar had been drunk by a sneaky guest and filled with water, and had the lid put back on. I phoned up reception, and they said they would bring two beers, but they never came. Have a wonderful time other than that the beach was beautiful
Location is good. Right next to Science And Arts Museum. Room is good with a balcony. Lots of variety of breakfast and with good environment.

Nice hotel in a good location opposite to a shopping centre and restaurants. It's about 20 walk to the centre. The room was very spacious but quite outdated and didn't have a minibar (odd for a 4 star hotel). Convenient car park. Breakfast was excellent 10/10

A pleasant / comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and friendly staff but the rooms need modernising especially bathrooms. Stayed for a 6 night trip. Lovely hotel with great services. Perfect location. Easy to cycle to the beach within 12 minutes. Comfortable beds and room. Friendly staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we have another trip to Valencia. Highly recommend!
Everything was good, nothing to say
The hotel is very good, clean and spacious rooms. Small pool to cool off in. The dining room is very well decorated. Breakfast is basic but of quality. In general the hotel is very elegant, great service, very friendly. The room is cleaned every day, a very important detail. Very happy with the hotel and the service. I recommend it! It is well located!!

Stayed for 3 nights. Nice hotel, 10 minutes by taxi from the sea. Nearby is the art museum and there are places to walk.
I am very satisfied with this hotel. The service is very good, the hygiene is very good. The location is very convenient, and the air conditioning is strong enough. I will stay here again next time.
Escaped a very dingy hotel north of Valencia and booked this hotel on a whim, what a contrast to arrive to such a cool, hip, clean hotel I sighed with relief as soon as I entered the building. Silvia the wonderful receptionist checked me in with warmth, professionalism but also the kind of modern familiarty people of my age group love. She made me feel like a VIP. The room was absolutely what I needed...
They have given one full bed room and it is smallest I have ever been in. There is no coffee maker and no water. During the night bathroom made flushing sounds and water flowing sounds. Far from the city and cabs will add up
A wonderful stay in Valencia thanks to Malcom and Barret. Rooms are very clean ,not to big but comfortable, breakfast amazing, the best part are the staff which are extremely friendly and helpful! I would like to give a big thank you to Florentina! She did an amazing job since the first day , very professional, friendly, always smiling , you should be proud fo her she is like a sunshine:)
The room was very small at first, but I changed it to a bigger room because I needed to work. The service was good. I could check out later if I communicated with the front desk.

very good, and the service is also good. the position is perfect, close to the beach.
I am at a loss why this hotel doesn't have a better rating and why they have such ridiculous bad reviews? It's a fabulous place, very clean, welcoming staff, convenient location for public transport into the centre and an amazing breakfast. 5 stars all around from us and highly recommend staying here 👍😍 Please please ignore the negative reviews from silly people.
In general I loved it Phenomenal location, very comfortable and clean room The staff is very attentive and above all helpful. When I return to Valencia without hesitation I will repeat
I stayed here for 3 nights with work and it was a great place to stay. The room was a decent size and it all felt very modern, the bed was pretty comfortable, the TV was good size and the bathroom was really nice. Only negative about the room was the fridge never made anything cold. I understand they turn off when you take the key card out but even over night it never made anything cold. I got the...
The staff is so friendly, and helps with anything. The breakfast is very nice, and the rooms are clean. Our curtain was a bit broken, which made the room very light; but that was the only bad thing! The location itself is okay, you can walk or take a bus to beach/downtown, but it’s not the ‘cosiest’ neighborhood. Just a large and quite busy street. You don’t hear that when you’re in your room though
New hotel ,very cozy, I'm not sure about the location I guess depends what you are looking for. Breakfast can be better ..
