We were unlucky to get a room with a leak in the shower every time we took a shower, the bathroom would flood. However, we loved the room it was very spacious, and the staff was super friendly, I recommend the hotel for its location near the aquarium, but if you stay in the room with the leak for more than a week, it's not nice, better for short stays. The maintenance guy is an incredible person, super...
Friendly attentive staff, especially Jose, who was super helpful. Rooms are clean as we're all linens. The bed was large and comfortable. Room service was tasty and affordable. We were kindly allowed early access to our room, which was most needed after Rototom festival. There is a pool but found it an odd layout as not much space around the pool to sit so this is the only reason I have given 4 stars...
Good location for the new museums, but a long walk to the old town or beach. Close to plenty of restaurants. We had a junior suit. Quite modern and well maintained. Separate air con control in each room which worked well and you could turn it off. Very comfy firm bed. Quite outside. Plenty of space in the suit. Nice and clean and friendly helpful staff.
Amazing location, with bus stops outside to take you into the city and the beach The pool is only a plunge pool, but I didn't expect much more from a roof top city hotel. The beds were hard and you can't adjust the temperature of the air con in the room. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and breakfast had a good range of items
Awesome little hotel, situated very close to everything. The Center, the sea, all within walking range. A great place if you don’t mind walking around all day.
Very nice hotel in great location. Close to all modern monuments of Valencia, but also not far from historic city center. Great personel, very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with many options to choose from. Only improvement point would be incredibly small bathrooms.

Very nice hotel in an ideal location for visiting Valencia. Great transport links nearby and also just a short walk from the park, shopping mall and the Old Town. Decent rooms and good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options too.
Decently priced hotel walking distance from city center and across from old river park area. The rooms are a bit dated, most annoying thing in my room on 10th floor is wifi didn't work so I needed to go to lobby to work (and wasn't stable even down there). Service was very nice and quick. Liked the welcome drink by the elevator. Has a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Would stay again but not if I plan...
Recommendable despite potential for improvement. We booked the Hotel Turia for a city trip. The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to the bus station and the Turia metro stop. The walk through Turia Park into the city is also easy. There is a shopping centre opposite the hotel with everything you need. The service at the hotel was courteous and very friendly throughout. The breakfast...
Friendly and helpful staff. Close to bus station, luggage storage and amazing breakfast. Rooms were a bit out of date but were clean and had all we needed. Gluten-free and lactose-free items at breakfast, lots of variety. We'd definitely stay again.
Nice hotel - clean and well located for bus station (next door). Breakfast is self service but exceptional with great choice and very efficient staff. Located opposite Park with good cycle and walking routes and approx 15 mins from old centre
This is probably the closest you will ever come to sleeping in a Mausoleum in this life anyway. Room was huge with marble floor. No amenities whatsoever (no coffee-tea making facilities, no mini fridge) although there were toiletries (soap, shampoo, comb - I'm bald anyway). Furniture is seriously dated and windows very thin. The neighbouring road is very trafficked, so combined with bare marble floors...

Our stay at Hotel ILUNION Valencia 4 was a pleasant experience, marked by a warm welcome and exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the housekeeping. The hotel’s gym was practical, offering basic facilities...
Everything was perfect, location 3-4 minutes to metro station connecting to all major attractions. Clean, friendly personnel,my room on the 8th floor was spacious & clean. The only min point I can say was the wi-fi in the room, it wasn't working at all, only in the lobby & next to the swimming pool.but all in all for the price I paid was very good I can say. I would definitely book again when I visit...
Very modern hotel with very good facilities and an excellent breakfast available. The rooms are very large for European standards, and they do have free bottled water for guests as I prefer that just to be sure vs drinking water from the tap. Very clean hotel, there is swimming pool but very small. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, good quality food. The bed was comfortable, was having beauty sleep. The lobby was very pleasant, clean and cozy. Safe neighbourhood, also more local restaurants and shops available. Some of staff need to learn English. Anyway, it was a pleasure to stay here
We had a very nice stay during Fallas 2024. Very good relation to quality and money. Location just outside metro station so it s very comfortable. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and the breakfast variety was really rich including multiple vege options which my wife really appreciated. If I return to Valencia I ll stay there again.
Loved it! Very friendly staff, nice and tidy rooms and the water in the in-room fridge is actually complimentary! 5/5, I'll visit again

Located at city centre. Very convenient location, good amenities. Staffs are very helpful. Lots of eateries around.
Great hotel. The only downside for us was that 2 beds were put together, but there is still a small gap between them. Location is excellent. 5-10 minute walk to the train station, and 7 minute walk to the old town. Room and bathroom were clean.
Not a great experience, esp for price. No help w/ bags, checking in or out. A/C broken, had to leave windows open - during Las Fallas! Wi-fi terrible, we ended up using cellular. Location is good.
It is my second time and i love it. The Rooms are very welcome and clean .the staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly I will defenetly recommends this hotel.
Generally OK and nice and central in Valencia. The only real issue I had was the fact that the air conditioning did not function in my room, and despite it being mid November, it was uncomfortably hot in my room. I did ask for the AC setting to be changed to 'cool' setting at reception but this did not get actioned. One of my colleagues staying at the same time also had the same problem.
Excellent hotel, we had a beautiful view of the square. The windows were sound proof! Front desk staff was average but I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Definitely would recommend to stay here! ALL the staff, no matter what shift, were so friendly and helpful!!! Laura's recommendations, offered/calling in dinner reservations for us, for a taxi for our covid test appts and much more! Excellent service at rooftop area by Avril. She was so sweet and kicked off our vacation to a great start. Location was perfect and everything clean.
Right in the heart of the city, staff were super friendly, especially the bar staff on the roof terrace. It's quite abit smaller than the pictures show but the rooms are big and clean.
Lovely rooftop bar which also serves for breakfast

What a charming hotel! We had a great time staying here, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting València. The bed was huge and the room was cozy. It is easy to get to and is close to the city center and the fabulous Calatravas. There’s plenty of nearby public transit too. The bar and restaurant were wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back!
I stopped here for two weeks and found the hotel exceptionally clean, with very welcoming staff. The room was reasonably sized and had a very comfy bed, I asked for a kettle in the room, and this was provided promptly. The use of shutters on the windows was helpful in keeping the light and noise to a minimum overnight. Breakfast was consistently good. The hot food like eggs and bacon could do with...
First thing first: Staff was so helpful. One of the best I have seen. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. They are not fancy but pricewise it’s very good. Location was not centric, around 30 min walk to Old Town, 20 min to Science Museum, which we enjoyed.
This hotel is a great position, near to the City of Sciences and also to the city centre. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and professional, they gave us many information about the city! In addition, I suggest to use the bikes to-rent they have, so good as service. Valencia is a good city to visit by bike! This was our first time in Valencia but we will be back soon!
We were very impressed with this hotel. Better than we expected! The rooms were fantastic, very clean and spacious. The service at reception was great, very friendly and professional. We had a great stay with clean & large rooms, friendly service, and perfect location right amongst the midst the hustle and bustle of the city life. Everything is just a stone's throw away, and yet you have peace and quiet in your rooms. We would stay here again.
Superb hotel. Located close to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended! The only minor problem I had was that the tv channels in the rooms weren't working properly. None of the news channels worked. Aside from that it was a very pleasant stay.
It’s perfect for everything, I stayed two days there, very satisfying with the service, breakfast, location in center heart, safe and comfortable. I highly recommend! Don’t hesitate to choose this hotel!
Great hotel overall. It was clean, the bathroom was super nice and modern in the hotel room, and the staff were really kind too. The only negative was that the room was incredibly warm, even with air conditioning on, so we barely slept.
Brilliant location with easy access to parking. The staff were super friendly and very efficient at breakfast - wow they work hard! The only downside was the room, it was tired, with a lot of scuff marks on the walls, non-functioning plug sockets, and the shower was low pressure with intermittent hot water. For the price I expected better, but at least the service was great.
Quite boring and dark room with absolutely no view. Breakfast nice with miniature versions of everything. Interior wise it feels like two interior designers have tried to compromise their individual styles. Not a great hotel but definitely not bad either. I would not book a second visit here though

Wonderful hotel with excellent service just outside of the city center making for quite nights and lovely walks into the center. Also, easy street parking nearby if you have a car. Rooms are simple and nice sized by European standards. We have friends on the outskirts of town and this was the perfect location.
Everything was really cool! Service was just perfect. Administrators helped us a lot. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was big, and dreams were sweet. View from the window was WOW! Great location! Stayed here for 4 nights. The room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the breakfast buffet, so cannot comment. Would definitely stay here again. A small and basic hotel in the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a good shower (however the smell of bleach in the room on arrival was overwhelming). The location was great and for the price we have no complaints. Would stay here again.
This hotel was recommended to us and it was perfect, we had a wonderful room which included a small kitchen area. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Plaza de la Virgen and it’s wonderful fountain. If exploring central Valencia this is a great place to start. We booked directly with the hotel via their website and it was easy
This is a very nice hotel, located really close to the Cathedral. The staff were nice and attentive, and the buffet breakfast was good. The only issue was that there wasn't any soap in the bathroom. We were only there for one night, though, and chose not to bother anyone about it. Shampoo worked just fine.
The hotel is pretty nice. The design is nice, and our little veranda was lovely, with a side street view. I did order because it said all rooms were disability friendly. Overall a very good experience. The service was amazing. Nice facilities (pool, gym, spa). The restaurant was top notch. Easy access to the beach. Two minor points. The room was a little small. This is a stunning hotel with something for everyone. The rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned. The food is first class, and so is the service. Location is near the Port area of Valencia. Brilliant swimming pools, where you can swim for fitness or just for leisure. I would undoubtedly return here on my next visit to Valencia. Staff are wonderful!
Beautiful location and hotel. The staff were attentive, warm and helpful. The afternoon spent by the kids' pool was a great time for the whole family. Location is very good. It is just outside of the old city center. Room and bathroom are very nice and spacious. We had a bath. Everything was clean, staff was friendly. The rooftop bar, swimming pool and sauna were a nice plus. Only downside of this hotel, is that the walls and doors are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours and everyone walking in the corridor.
Hi fellow traveler! Normally, I only write long reviews for good places. This one was a bit controversial. If you don’t have a better option and are looking for a moderately decent place, you can try it out. Here’s why: Pros: - The price-to-value ratio is good enough for overall service. - The rooms are spacious. - There’s a gym and a pool on the rooftop—both are small but efficient. - The rooms have...
My second stay in a NH Hotel. I have nothing to complain about. Room was very nice, good size and nice furniture. Bathroom with everything you need. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet with a lot of very good choices. Housekeeping ladies really nice. Maria Jose at the terrace bar was excellent. Sandra and Maite did a great job.
This place is exactly how it sells itself a great value in a good location. The room was good although on the small side. The bathroom was roomy. The staff was great and very nice. the location is good nearby the mall and many walkable places but also easy to get on a taxi to explore the rest. The rooftop is quaint but nice.
While the hotel prides itself on being eco-friendly, which may explain the notably low water pressure, the presence of a full-sized bath contradicts this ethos. The shower's pressure was so weak it barely surpassed a drizzle. Moreover, we were greeted by a consistent scent reminiscent of sewage each time we entered our room. The fact that we were situated on the 7th floor makes it improbable that this...

Last week we stayed at the NH Ciudad Hotel in valencia. The staff was really helpful and the hotel served very nice breakfast. However the rooms were old and felt dirty, this is not what I expected from a hotel affiliated with NH. Furthermore there was no complimentary coffee, tea or water present.
