Our stay at Hotel ILUNION Valencia 4 was a pleasant experience, marked by a warm welcome and exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the housekeeping. The hotel’s gym was practical, offering basic facilities...
Everything was perfect, location 3-4 minutes to metro station connecting to all major attractions. Clean, friendly personnel,my room on the 8th floor was spacious & clean. The only min point I can say was the wi-fi in the room, it wasn't working at all, only in the lobby & next to the swimming pool.but all in all for the price I paid was very good I can say. I would definitely book again when I visit...
Very modern hotel with very good facilities and an excellent breakfast available. The rooms are very large for European standards, and they do have free bottled water for guests as I prefer that just to be sure vs drinking water from the tap. The service was excellent all throughout and the breakfast hall is large and can accommodate a lot of people as the hotel is being used by tour groups. I highly...
Very clean hotel, there is swimming pool but very small. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, good quality food. The bed was comfortable, was having beauty sleep. The lobby was very pleasant, clean and cozy. Safe neighbourhood, also more local restaurants and shops available. Some of staff need to learn English. Anyway, it was a pleasure to stay here
We had a very nice stay during Fallas 2024. Very good relation to quality and money. Location just outside metro station so it s very comfortable. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and the breakfast variety was really rich including multiple vege options which my wife really appreciated. If I return to Valencia I ll stay there again.
Loved it! Very friendly staff, nice and tidy rooms and the water in the in-room fridge is actually complimentary! 5/5, I'll visit again

What a charming hotel! We had a great time staying here, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting València. The bed was huge and the room was cozy. It is easy to get to and is close to the city center and the fabulous Calatravas. There’s plenty of nearby public transit too. The bar and restaurant were wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back!
I stopped here for two weeks and found the hotel exceptionally clean, with very welcoming staff. The room was reasonably sized and had a very comfy bed, I asked for a kettle in the room, and this was provided promptly. The use of shutters on the windows was helpful in keeping the light and noise to a minimum overnight. Breakfast was consistently good. The hot food like eggs and bacon could do with...
First thing first: Staff was so helpful. One of the best I have seen. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. They are not fancy but pricewise it’s very good. Location was not centric, around 30 min walk to Old Town, 20 min to Science Museum, which we enjoyed.
This hotel is a great position, near to the City of Sciences and also to the city centre. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and professional, they gave us many information about the city! In addition, I suggest to use the bikes to-rent they have, so good as service. Valencia is a good city to visit by bike! This was our first time in Valencia but we will be back soon!
We were very impressed with this hotel. Better than we expected! The rooms were fantastic, very clean and spacious. The service at reception was great, very friendly and professional. Location is good, it’s in between the city and the beach, like 15 min in a taxi for both. The staff were brilliant, special mention to David the bartender. He made us feel very welcome! We will definitely be back when...
This Hotel Malcom and Barret is even much better than I expected. Very good rooms with big comfortable beds. Convenient bathroom with all necessary things like : hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner and even magnifying mirror. The staff was very polite and helpful. Very good breakfast with big choice of food . The only small minus for me was a bit distant from the center location. ...

We had a great stay with clean & large rooms, friendly service, and perfect location right amongst the midst the hustle and bustle of the city life. Everything is just a stone's throw away, and yet you have peace and quiet in your rooms. We would stay here again.
Superb hotel. Located close to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended! The only minor problem I had was that the tv channels in the rooms weren't working properly. None of the news channels worked. Aside from that it was a very pleasant stay.
It’s perfect for everything, I stayed two days there, very satisfying with the service, breakfast, location in center heart, safe and comfortable. I highly recommend! Don’t hesitate to choose this hotel!
Great hotel overall. It was clean, the bathroom was super nice and modern in the hotel room, and the staff were really kind too. The only negative was that the room was incredibly warm, even with air conditioning on, so we barely slept.
Brilliant location with easy access to parking. The staff were super friendly and very efficient at breakfast - wow they work hard! The only downside was the room, it was tired, with a lot of scuff marks on the walls, non-functioning plug sockets, and the shower was low pressure with intermittent hot water. For the price I expected better, but at least the service was great.
Quite boring and dark room with absolutely no view. Breakfast nice with miniature versions of everything. Interior wise it feels like two interior designers have tried to compromise their individual styles. Not a great hotel but definitely not bad either. I would not book a second visit here though

- Great location directly by the beach, travel to city within 30 with public transport - Standard rooms nothing special, clean - Beware of the “pool”, its more of a bathtub, only 30 cm deep - Breakfast can be found cheaper and better in the surroundings - Lounge and public area could be improved, does not really invite to sit down and read. - Rooftop terrace could be improved by serving drinks
Hotel Neptuno is new, modern, clean, and comfortable but what makes it special are the staff! Gerardo, Valentina, and others were friendly, kind, and very helpful and generous. The proximity to the beach, ocean swims and sunrises and sunsets just extra special. Will come back again!
Juanjo is very friendly and helpful as the hotel manager! Beautiful location, clean rooms and worth the money! But... the music coming from the party locations just in front of it are insane. Last two nights I could barely sleep because of it 😞

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week. While the overall experience was pleasant, I wouldn't classify it as a true 5 star establishment. The staff surprised us with a bottle of cava, which was a...
Absolutely lovely place. Rooms were very nice and extremely clean, and service from staff members was fantastic in Spanish, Italian and English. Recommendations for things to do locally from the staff were fantastic. The friendliness of everybody that works here was very refreshing. A stand-out hotel.
Hospitable, informative and accommodating, we were overwhelmed with this place in Valencia, Spain. The indoor pool/spa and sauna was sleek (by reservation per hour), lunch is available at the lounge all day, and there’s an adjacent restaurant Ampar which opens at 8pm. Rooms are wonderful, clean, and stocked with snacks/drinks for additional purchase. They also valet your car for additional daily cost
Beautiful hotel jus outside the city center away from the crowds but walking distance to the main attractions. Rooms are perfectly presented, cozy and spotless. Staff is very warm. Breakfast is delicious. The bar is small, good for a business meeting. Restaurant has a few gluten free and vegan options. Room service has a few options 24 hours. Overall a wonderful experience.
The hotel staff were so friendly. I can’t believe how welcome they made us feel. They showered our baby with love. They have a baby sitting service, too, which was great. The location is very nice, but the main things is that the staff were all so nice and made our visit very special.

We were unlucky to get a room with a leak in the shower every time we took a shower, the bathroom would flood. However, we loved the room it was very spacious, and the staff was super friendly, I recommend the hotel for its location near the aquarium, but if you stay in the room with the leak for more than a week, it's not nice, better for short stays. Friendly attentive staff, especially Jose, who was super helpful. Rooms are clean as we're all linens. The bed was large and comfortable. Room service was tasty and affordable. We were kindly allowed early access to our room, which was most needed after Rototom festival. There is a pool but found it an odd layout as not much space around the pool to sit so this is the only reason I have given 4 stars...
Good location for the new museums, but a long walk to the old town or beach. Close to plenty of restaurants. We had a junior suit. Quite modern and well maintained. Separate air con control in each room which worked well and you could turn it off. Very comfy firm bed. Quite outside. Plenty of space in the suit. Nice and clean and friendly helpful staff.
Amazing location, with bus stops outside to take you into the city and the beach The pool is only a plunge pool, but I didn't expect much more from a roof top city hotel. The beds were hard and you can't adjust the temperature of the air con in the room. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and breakfast had a good range of items
Awesome little hotel, situated very close to everything. The Center, the sea, all within walking range. A great place if you don’t mind walking around all day.
Very nice hotel in great location. Close to all modern monuments of Valencia, but also not far from historic city center. Great personel, very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with many options to choose from. Only improvement point would be incredibly small bathrooms.

Great location, great size hotel,.inconsistent with prices in the bar. I would like the bar to open earlier than 10.30. The pool water was often dirty looking - even in the morning the water did not look clean, I never saw it being cleaned on our stay for 10 days which was a pity as it stopped us from going there. The hotels bathroom products were AMAZING, unfortunately they did not sell them....
The staff were all very helpful and courteous at all times. The rooms were very nice, a large bathroom with Eight and Bob products, which was a real bonus. The lobby looks much better than the rooms. I stayed in a Junior Suite that probably saw better days. The carpet was stained and the furniture clearly showed signs of time. From a 5 stars hotel suite, I expect way more. The price point makes it a decent option.

Good standard, if aged 4 star hotel, clean and well maintained, but not luxurious. Not a romantic settling, more travelling accountant. Good sized rooms, comfortable but basic.

Not a great experience, esp for price. No help w/ bags, checking in or out. A/C broken, had to leave windows open - during Las Fallas! Wi-fi terrible, we ended up using cellular. Location is good.

Generally OK and nice and central in Valencia. The only real issue I had was the fact that the air conditioning did not function in my room, and despite it being mid November, it was uncomfortably hot in my room. I did ask for the AC setting to be changed to 'cool' setting at reception but this did not get actioned. One of my colleagues staying at the same time also had the same problem.

Elevators slow and not enough capacity at busy hours eg breakfast. We stayed here for 1 week and during our entire stay 2 of the 5 elevators were out of order. Sometimes it took us >10 min to get to our room at the 14th floor (no kidding, we timed it). Breakfast room has really bad acoustics. I rather enjoy some silence in the morning.

The AC Marriott Colon Valencia is perfect if you want ant to discover the city! The location is super central with everything you need in walking distance. Even though it’s on a main road the rooms are very quiet. As you can tell by the pictures the design is very modern and chic and everything is super clean. The service is extremely nice and helpful and the breakfast offers a nice variety. All in...

Nice hotel, conveniently located in the center of the old town of Valencia. Parking is available at reasonable costs, compared to many other European cities. Friendliness of the staff varies from very friendly at the reception and poolbar to arrogant/ambivalent during breakfast (the ladies), depending on who you encounter.
Very pretty and a great look all around. Awesome location. Friendly awesome staff. But, as a jerk English-speaking guy from the states, here are some swings and misses: -The wireless password was crazy complicated and had 4 things that could either be a “1” or an “L” but they looked the exact same. Took us 7 tries to get it (possible 16). -The trash can opens into the bottom of the sink so you...
Clean, central, modern. Close to Mercat, hence the name. Some noise from Service door starting at 3:30am every day.
Hotel was great centrally located behind the Mercat. Mostly everywhere we went we did it by foot. Pool is small but a real treat on warm days. More sunloungers would be nice! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
Very modern clean hotel in the heart of Valencia. Staff are very friendly and the pool area although small, was greatly appreciated.
Lives up to its 4 star billing. Nice hotel, good location, great staff who speak excellent English and always happy to help. Rooms are a decent size and cleaned regularly. Upstairs bar and pool great in the hot weather! Breakfast is a little basic but that's 'continental' for you

Perfect location in the old town, walking distance to all the most important sightseeings and only few bus stops to the Oceanographic and Science museum. Great breakfast in the morning, well trained and educated personnel. Rooms are not very comfortable in size, and the “gym” is only a small room in the terrace. All in all, recommended!
New place in Central Valencia. Decent value for money. We both felt the bed was a little tight next to the wardrobes. Bathroom lovely. In hotel facilities OK 👍
We are really happy with everything about this hotel. When arrived, they upgraded us to a better room (from standard to premium without paying extra) our room is a French countryside style. Size of the room and bed are amazing. Staff is really nice and helpful. The rooftop bar is really chilled and Sergio the bartender makes an amazing mojito and gave us really good recommendation for tapas (as we...
Pretty cool hotel, interesting aesthetic choice. Rooms can be a bit small, but nothing out of the ordinary. The staff is exceptional, big shout out to Sergio at the bar, and the ladies at the restaurant, exceptional service!
Amazing cocktails and great service! The terrace is great for drinks and food
