The hotel has friendly helpful staff, the rooms are a little dated but for our needs it was more than sufficient, as there is so much to do and see in the city you are only there to sleep. Stayed here recently. Check in was long, had 1 staff member behind the desk and there was a few people waiting. Took a good 30 mins. The hotel is nice but there are some things you might miss. First of all a smart tv or at least a way to stream to the TV. Then an iron in the room or at least access to one in the hotel. The hotel is confusing, there are 3 hotels in the same location and we booked for ilunion 3, but had to check in at ilunion 4 then walk across. The rooftop pool is not for the ilunion hotels, but for the Eurostar one in the middle…. Very confusing and I was very disappointed with the pool. Location is great when attending a conference. It is close to the metro so city is easy and quick to reach. Rooms are clean and spacious, large variety at the breakfast buffet

Buenas vistas desde la planta 11, limpieza, comodidad, amplitud, aceptable conexión wifi, al lado del metro y rodeado de restaurantes interesantes. Sin lujos, pero todo correcto y por un buen precio. Sólo le añadiría una pequeña nevera para poner agua a enfriar los dias calurosos.

The stay was good after all its Valencia, so not much to expect. On the plus side there's a burger King right around the corner. The staff is full of physically challenged people and the stay was pleasant

Staff is kind and helpful. The room was nice, big enough, clean and comfortable. Location was very good for me. Free and fine wifi. The 30-day in advance booking is a great deal and the hotel itself does not disappoint. The only disappointment was breakfast. The food is fine, but the coffee is bad and the orange juice just awful. In a country like Spain, where the coffee is good, serving this coffee...

Great hotel with the most helpful staff. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the visit to Valencia. It is a 20min walk to the Bio Park and the city centre is only 30min walk. You could also get a bus or Metro. Airport is only about 30min by metro. You get a complimentary drink on arrival and tea or coffee in the evening as well. Restaurant was also good with vegan and veggie options as well...

Room is clean and in a great location , didn't gave s 5 star b/c air condition was set up for certain temperature that for us was very hot, we ask to be fix and we were told, it was not possible over all staff was very nice and helpful specially front desk 😀

This hotel has been -and hopefully will be- our home away from home. We liked our rooms, the food, the location, but for us the attention we got from the staff was the main reason we chose the Kramer whenever we went to València. Many thanks, Ion & company!

I arrived without prior booking quite late at night and was welcomed warmly with a lower room rate than I had researched and expected, which was great. The hotel staff was very attentive (which can not necessarily be said of the restaurant staff) and made my stay as comfortable and effortless as possible. Upon forgetting my headphones in the room, the hotel staff arranged for the parcel to be wrapped...

Wonderful hotel with excellent service just outside of the city center making for quite nights and lovely walks into the center. Also, easy street parking nearby if you have a car. Rooms are simple and nice sized by European standards. We have friends on the outskirts of town and this was the perfect location.

Everything was really cool! Service was just perfect. Administrators helped us a lot. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was big, and dreams were sweet. View from the window was WOW! Looked like I was in Las Vegas. Breakfast was delicious. We'll come back here again for sure! Thank you for the great and relaxing time! :)
