Elegant boutique stay in Valencia
A lovely elegant hotel with extremely helpful staff at the front desk and in the restaurant, which serves excellent fare! The entrecôte was exceptional and the breakfasts generous, fresh and delightful. Notably helpful staff include Sandra at the front desk, Jarvi at breakfast, and Tio at dinners. Totally enjoyed our three day stay. Housekeeping is thorough and beds well and crisply made. Highly recommended for adult travellers who love design and style.

Everything was absolutely perfect.
The room was very comfortable, and I really appreciated being able to adjust the temperature in the room, it was warm the whole stay.

What to improve: definitely breakfast please.

Charming hotel in a central location.

I had a fantastic stay at the Helen Berger Hotel in Valencia. The property is modern, welcoming, impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. Its location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding quality of the service.

A special thank-you to Gabriel at the front office who welcomed us and was highly professional and full of excellent recommendations, and to Patrick who took great care of the breakfast service.

The staff at check in and checkout were extremely helpful. The whole hotel was very stylish and the room was spotless. It was very simple to get there from the airport; one train to Colon - easy. The hotel is within walking distance of many great sights and lively neighborhoods. You can rent bikes from the hotel which is a good way to see more of the city.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2-year-old daughter. At check-in, she was immediately surprised with crayons and stickers – such a sweet touch. Her little bed was already set up, complete with thoughtful items for children. Those small details really make a difference.

Thanks to the excellent service – from the delicious breakfast and dinner served in the room to the super friendly contact via WhatsApp (special thanks to Gabriel & Guillermo, and of course the rest of the staff) we enjoyed a few completely carefree days. Exactly what you hope for on holiday, especially with a toddler.

The breakfast was generous and fresh, and the dinner was excellent as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, warm hospitality, and a relaxed atmosphere!

Very interesting entrance. You think it’s a restaurant but on the side is the lobby, so small and cute. Very Welcoming Staff, offers free welcome drinks & 10% on F&B. There for anything you need.
Small rooms but they are gorgeous! And the washroom is amazing and well spaced!!

Would recommend. However very difficult to access parking and to get to this by car since all one lane roads surround it.

Excellent in every way. This hotel and its restaurant are perfect in it's central location, spectacular decor & amenities, and the top level service. The restaurant has beautiful ambience and offers an exquisite menu with an extensive wine and cocktails selection. The staff of the restaurant make you feel right at home and at ease the entire time. Came here with my husband for date night and the experience was so great that we returned with friends on a separate occasion. Both times we were delighted! Thank you to all the servers who are so friendly, efficient and professional.
Ps. The Patatas Bravas are a must try.
