There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy some drinks or food. You can also walk to the metro station but be prepared to walk a distance. If the weather is not too hot, it is acceptable. The air-conditioning in the room is relatively cold and the quilt is very thin. There is an air-conditioning quilt in the wardrobe but it is too thin. I woke up several times at night because of the cold and...
It's a few minutes' walk to Feria de Valencia, but the room facilities are very simple, with a feeling of 10 years ago, and the mini bar is charged. The front desk staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good. It is still far from the city center. The tram will not go this direction when there is no activity. The nearest tram station is a long way away. If you often go to the city for activities...
Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice rooms with very good bedding, ours was spacious and very clean, sheets and towels changed every day. Impeccable cleanliness. Swimming pool and the whole hotel very clean. The all-you-can-eat breakfast and the menu at the hotel restaurant very good. Excellent paella I recommend nothing to say everything was very good. Valencia center is about 15 minutes by car...
Hotel staff are helpful, rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast is ok but beware of the flies and staff who may take away your food if not watched. They need to improve in the dining room.
Very descent and clean rooms with shutters, but the shower was leaking. The pool was also nice. Unfortunately the hotel is far from the city center but this is what you pay for. The only thing that really bothered us was that the cleaning service was very loud in the morning.
A little tricky regulating the temperature in the room. Either too hot or too cold. However, the staff was great. Helped us getting taxis to the music performances my groups were participating in. Loved the breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Really great hotel! The room was really great design and nicely decorated. The terrace was great as well! The place was quiet so we got a decent sleep! We haven’t used breakfast service but as we passed down it looked really great! As we arrived earlier the staff was so nice and allowed us to enter to room asap. Near the reception you have a table with snacks and water! This is really such a lovely...
As a person with a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management it was a true pleasure staying in this hotel. The Front Office staff was really friendly and went the extra mile. We even got an upgrade to a suite with a living room, a nice surprise!
Excellent hotel in a very good location, close to the station and many restaurants. The room was large and very comfortable with a large patio/balcony. The staff were universally friendly and helpful which always improves the experience. The breakfast buffet was extensive, fresh and of high quality. Really lovely hotel to use as a base to explore Valencia.
We had a great stay with clean & large rooms, friendly service, and perfect location right amongst the midst the hustle and bustle of the city life. Everything is just a stone's throw away, and yet you have peace and quiet in your rooms. We would stay here again.
Superb hotel. Located close to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended! The only minor problem I had was that the tv channels in the rooms weren't working properly. None of the news channels worked. Aside from that it was a very pleasant stay.
It’s perfect for everything, I stayed two days there, very satisfying with the service, breakfast, location in center heart, safe and comfortable. I highly recommend! Don’t hesitate to choose this hotel!

Very good option. Vincci Standards are High
All great there. Nice breakfast and atmosphere. Lovely reception. Will definitely come back again
Great hotel in Valencia. Room was comfortable and the staff was always helpful. Great breakfast and location. Had the chance to have the terrace for a quick lunch bite all to ourselves.
The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. I appreciated the hotel central location, which is perfect for exploring Valencia's old town and cultural sites. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is house in a beautiful refurbished historic building. The break fast buffet it has variety and quality with options to suit different dietary needs.
The location is very central and easily accessible from everywhere. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and in a nice area. Definitely one of the hotels to keep on the list for the next visit.
The hotel is very well located, in the street in front they sell delicious coffee. The decoration of the room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Good hotel overall. I didn’t try the breakfast since there are so many great breakfast spots in Spain. The room was just as expected from the photos — clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, close to all the main sights. The gym is quite small though and could use some improvement.
If you are taking a train to visit Valencia, the location will be the best but facility and level of hotel are not for four stars.
Great location for taking the train early in the morning. Great rooms with everything required and very friendly service.
Awesome location right in the center. The rooms are pretty simple but super clean. We had one facing the street on the 1st floor and it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. Would totally stay here again if ever back in Valencia. PS. – might be helpful for someone: we had the front desk book us a taxi to the airport at 3AM and it cost 25€.
Totally personality-free, but serviceable. Cheap details. A little tired-looking. Certainly not the best bed I’ve ever slept on. The basement gym smells awful. But there’s a very hot sauna available to reserve, and the location, right next to the train station in the middle of the city, is fantastic.
The environment and geographical location are superior and the service is good.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Our room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was a delight, served in an airy dining room with comfortable furnishings. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout offering good advice regarding trips and local sights. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
After a bad encounter with an airbnb, I was scrambling to find somewhere else to stay and got recommended here last minute and I’m really glad I did. Ana was super welcoming, reassured me of my safety and offered to help in any way she could. She even provided a drink on the house when I told them what had happened and again I was met with the loveliest bar staff. Not to mention the room’s facilities...
Lovely hotel, close walking distance to everything in the old city and close to the Train station and metro. The staff were great and offered us an upgrade for our 30th anniversary, and which we enjoyed very much. Thank you Theresa and Ana. We also enjoyed the pool on the hot days.
My wife Severine and I Stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel is excellent and the staff were wonderful. Nothing was ever too much for them and I’m particular Ester was so friendly and always on hand to help. We loved the modern look of the hotel and enjoyed our extremely comfortable room. The pool on the roof was our little retreat. Thanks for making our stay so special Steve and...
Such an amazing hotel for a great price. Feels very modern and upmarket. Very clean. The rooms are so well kept and great lighting. Nice big bathroom and rainfall shower. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool was very nice and clean. Was never busy. Checkout is late at 12pm which is nice and they’re very good with arriving outside of check in/out hours
It was clean and comfortable. It's close to the station and in a good location, so I'd definitely like to stay here again. The staff were polite and reassuring. The room was quiet and I slept soundly. The breakfast was delicious and the view was amazing. I recommend this hotel for both business and sightseeing.

Excellent location, friendly staff, nice rooms! The rooms and hotel seem to be recently updated as everything looked super modern and nice. The location is unbeatable and super central.
The staff were excellent as well as the facilities. Buffet breakfast was delicious and provided an areay of food for everyone. The location was walkable from the train station and surrby wonderful restaurants.
Absolutely excellent hotel. Service beats other luxury hotels in Valencia we have stayed in. Restaurant food well above expectations. Was the only hotel that was able to offer us a room during the Monday Blackout despite losing all systems power. Staff were exceptional and very helpful during the Blackout period. Highly recommended.
Comfortable clean bed, very friendly staff, but the hotel was undergoing renovation and the ventilation was not set to a lower temperature, so I opened the window at night, it was stuffy in the room. But in the morning I heard renovation work from the street.
Excellent location, just off the main square and less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. We booked a premium room, well worth it for the kettle, thank Catalonia, this is unusual in Spain but very welcome. The shower was amazing!! Despite there being major renovations on site, the whole hotel appeared to be very clean. Staff were extremely helpful. Only negative was that the room was supposed...
I had a good time at this hotel. It offers great value for the price and is in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors, which is a drawback. Despite that, I would stay there again.

A hotel that offers parking upon reservation and then displays it as full upon arrival is not normal at all. I had to find and pay for off-street parking, without any help from reception. Their only response was, "Full, there's nothing I can do for you."
Nice clean hotel with nice staff and good breakfast. Good wifi. Quite comfortable bed. About halfway between the historic center and the city of arts and sciences.
The hotel is good. The location is not in the city center, but in a nice, clean, cozy area. It is a 15-minute walk from the hotel to a wonderful place in Valencia - the City of Arts and Sciences, which is definitely worth visiting. It is a 15-minute walk to the metro along a wonderful park area (the metro has a direct line to the airport). It takes about 35-40 minutes to walk to the city center (old...
The hotel is worn but comfortable and clean.
The hotel is very well located and very clean. The room is spotless. Beautiful view. Highly recommended.
Excellent staff. Room very clean and all amenities. Perfect location from the center and even closer from ciudad de las artes. A bit noisy on the side of the street.

Really good place! The location is perfect. Takes only 5 minutes to walk to the centrum. There are free bicycles from the hotel, If there are no more bicycles left, there is also a bicycle rental company across the street from the hotel!
Quiet and very friendly hotel in the center of the city Getting by car could be a bit challenging The nearest parking is 100 meters away just next to the other hotel Only You
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms though on small side are totally adequate and extremely clean, we did not have any problems with noise from other rooms as mentioned in other reviews. My only criticism and advice would be that there is no facility to make hot drinks in your room, wouldn’t be difficult for a small kettle, tea bags, coffee and sugar to be placed in the room. I know there is a coffee...
The location of this hotel is perfect for seeing old Valencia. Everything is nearby. Valencia is small, so this is probably true of a great many hotels. The rooms is sufficient. Think of an upscale ibis (although not as nice as a Novotel). Rooms lacked furniture and the desk was very basic (ibis is better on this). TV looks like a Chinese model from 2008. The bathroom is nice. Basic, but nice. I...
Great location and nice hotel. For a Valencia city break it is ideal.
Lovely hotel in the heart of Valencia old town. Surrounded by centuries of history, beautiful architecture, exclusive shops, lovely narrow streets with palm trees, cafes, restaurants. All within walking distance from the hotel. For those interested, free bikes are available. Town has many bike lanes on roads. Hotel has very comfortable rooms with all the basic needs catered for. The hotel is in a fantastic location across the road from the port, a 20 minute walk from a beautiful beach, and a short metro ride from the bustling city centre which was the perfect balance for our city break. There are local bars and restaurants within walking distance too which was very handy. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was modern, comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfast was...
Great location for the Ironman race but unfortunately that was one of the only positives. The hotel was very tired, the room was shabby but clean. Breakfast was not good, anything that was hot didn’t stay that way for long as there were no hot plates. Limited selection but that said the pastries were good. The other positive was I found the staff friendly and helpful. It did the job it needed for me...
Property needs a little TLC. The room was clean. Faucet in the bathroom sink was not fastened down. The down spout for the overhead shower did not work only the hand held shower sprayer did. There are homeless people sleeping on beds right outside the front door as well as in the park next door. Staff was great and super helpful. I would stay there again just based on that.
Nice, friendly staff. In the evening we went to the rooftop bar and tried Agua de Valencia. Beautiful view of the harbor and square.
The small room and old facilities were as expected, but the reception staff were great and very helpful. The unexpected highlight was the excellent bath with jets.
We stayed for 2 nights with 6 month old twin girls. The room was lovely with a kettle (which was so useful with the babies)and plenty of hot water and towels. Saw an interesting Easter parade in the square outside the hotel. The staff were very helpful. Good selection for breakfast. 15 minutes walk to the beach.
