La verdad que no tengo ningún pero para el hotel, es precioso, tiene un patio interior que enamora. Las habitaciones de 10, al lado de la Catedral y a tan solo un paso del centro de Valladolid. La atención del personal espectacular, Paula es un encanto y nos ha atendido fenomenal. El desayuno bufet increíble. Repetiremos seguro. Recomendable 100%.

A fabulous hotel, great room, clean, beautifully designed, exceptional service everywhere (reception, bar, breakfast) in a great location. Convenient parking space, everything is just perfect here. I haven't found such a great hotel for a long time. We will always come back here if we travel to Valladolid.

No volveremos. Siempre cerrado tanto por una cosa como por otra, reservado hasta el 7 de enero del 2025 por un evento privadozzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. solo abren a los huéspedes del hotel y siempre luego se quejan que no tienen gente. No recomendable

Solemos ir siempre a tomar algo pero raro es el día que digan que está reservado o cerrado o cualquier otra cosa con tal de no abrir al público. Solo abierto a huéspedes del hotel. Luego que no se quejen si no tienen gente. No volveremos más! No recomendable

Tienen el horario que les da la real gana para el publico, no preavisan vas y te echan diciendo que hay evento y no hay ni dios y esta siempre vacío. Los dueños unos comodones tenían la terraza y la quitaron y luego el bar también lo cerraron solo lo abren a partir de las 13h al publico eso si lo abren. Te pasas llegas hasta ahí que vamos con una persona mayor con bastón y te dicen estando totalmente vacío, que hay un evento?? Y lo mismo hace un mes, vas hasta allí y que en vez abrir a las 13h abren a las 15h porque les da por ahí.... vamos un desastre y una falta de seriedad

We stayed her recently while visiting our daughter at the University. Perfect location next to the Cathedral. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. we enjoyed the option to chrome cast from our phone to the room TV, as there were no English Speaking channels. Lovely breakfast with very pleasant staff, we enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard and enjoying a drink from the bar. The reception staff very helpful and most pleasant, arranging taxis and helping us. There are loads of bars and restaurants within a short walk, the city is so beautiful. Loved our stay here!

The worst experience in an hotel...Very rude reservation representative called Rania she canceled my reservation without asking her to do that.. Only because I needed a clarification about the payment condition..because she changed payment method mentioned on the online reservation as they allowed you to pay at hotel... But this Rania decided suddenly that we have to pay 50% of the total amount before arrival by about 3 weeks through bank transfer... And when asking her about the posibility of paying by bank card she canceled the reservation... Rude person. Never reserve directly through the hotel. Reserve online, to secure your reservation so they won't be able to cancel it easily.

Excelencia, elegancia y refinamiento son las palabras que definen tanto al Hotel Zenit El Coloquio como a todo su personal. El hotel es precioso y está muy bien ubicado. Me encantó la terraza y agradecí enormemente la tranquilidad de la misma. Asimismo, debo recalcar la profesionalidad y amabilidad de su personal.
