If you want to be close to the city centre is a good option. The room was ok, while the price was reasonable. Breakfast was however mediocre.

I forgot my Iphone and they were super! not only help me find it but also took care that it arrive protect it. Super nice front office people. breakfast is perfect and I recommend you to stay at least one time to lunch since the menu its worth it and the service is really good.

Nice hotel ! Very close to the city center and close to bars and restaurants. Plaza Mayor is just 5 minutes (walking). The breakfast is very well and in my case included. Price is cheaper . WiFi was a headache , I had a meeting next day !!, but solved quickly !

The room was small, and no water given for free, they wanted €4, also the room was very small. The breakfast was ok, not as good as other NH hotels I have stayed in, and the room was cold. The reception staff were charmless, and one even shouted at my husband for knocking something over when he did not, and then when they realised he had not done anything no apology. I was disappointed with my experience

I had a really nice stay at Hotel NH Valladolid Bálago. The staff were so friendly when we arrived, check in was quick and the room was spotless and very fresh. The location is 20minutes walking from the centre. The furniture was rather tired. The bathroom was nice and clean. I made a complain because there was a label of the mattress with a chewing gum stuck in it in between the Nordic and the sheet and I got a fright in the middle of the night thinking it was something else. The receptionist apologized but that was it

Regular service. People are nice. Cleaning not so good, found a long blonde hair, and mine is gray. Breakfast is limited in offer. Wouldn't repeat visit if depends on me.

The NH Balago is an excellent facility, very comfortable and we'll appointed. The restaurant is outstanding, though only open at night. About the only drawback is that it is not in the center of the city, but across the river. However, that is an advantage for those traveling by car.

I was there in a proffesional event. I only stayed un two rooms. Everythin was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were a bit small and not too much clean. Snack/lunch tasted good.

Nice hotel spoilt for us by thin walls and a small child constantly waking us up every hour or so. Felt sorry for her and her parents but 7 hour drive next day was a trial of keeping awake. Staff very helpful.

Very nice hotel! The indoor patio/lobby is very nice to relax in, breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is good, it's even better if instead of roomservice, you have dinner in the lobby. Taxi's to the city center are around 10-15e and nearby is a hypermarket where you can get all your necessities. Had a great stay here.

We only stayed for one night on our drive from Portugal to Santander. The hotel is very centrally located in Valladolid, and everything about our stay was excellent. The double room was very comfortable, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The array of choice at the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Very nice and comfortable hotel next to the Plaza de toros and Corte Inglès store department. Upon arrival I was received with a smile and quite professionally, almost impossible nowadays wherever you go to find professionals. The room was quite big and the online deal gave me a quite affordable room. Very recommended.

Clean and quiet room with comfortable beds and good soundproofing, we didn’t hear any of our neighbours or cars from the road. The view was nice of the roundabout with the cars going around, quite mesmerising. There is a big shopping mall across the road with a supermarket and restaurants if you need a quick fix. We also liked the recycling initiatives in the room.

We couldn't have asked for more! I took the night at Vincci Valladolid after having a surgery, and it was a great choice, everything was clean, modern, new and the room was beautifully quite! Had the best sleep there in weeks. If we're ever in Valladolid again we won't even look for hotels, we'll book there right away. In a historical building (newly renovated) at the best location 20 steps from Plaza Mayor within a concentration of the best tapas bars, this is maybe the best hotel in Valladolid. Downside of all this is that in times like now (Semana Santa) it can be quite noisy outside. Large rooms and friendly staff.

I've been here twice over the past couple of years, visiting from London. I have been very happy with the accommodations. The bed and bedding is very comfortable. The bathroom is immaculate and pleasant. The windows, when closed, block out virtually any street noise. The staff are very helpful and it's a good location. I'll definitely be back when I visit Valladolid again.

A perfect place to stay. We had a suite room so there was a separate lounge area. It made a huge difference. The room was excellent, clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was good, although the elevator was a bit scary at first. For breakfast, directly outside the hotel entrance is a great bar. They did excellent tortilla, which kept us going until lunch.

We travel from Essex to Portsmouth , ferry to santander, then drive to valladolid , to hotel conde anzurez . Every year for ten years or more we always stay here for 2 nights then make our way to Portugal over the next 6 nights. Hotel is so comfortable , rooms are spotless & price is just right . Downside , @ 8euro breakfast very poor .we don't . Lovely people , restraunt great .

Nice hotel on a pedestrian street in the center of Valladolid. The reception staff was very friendly and the double room was very comfortable. The pillows were the best.

Everyone was very friendly and the room was amazing. For such a low price I didn't expect that. Luxurious, big and clean. Breakfast was great. And all this right in the city center. There is also a small garage. But you should book in advance. It is quite small and is in the backyard with direct access to the reception. I really enjoyed it here, I can recommend it without reservations.

This is a 3 star hotel with a good location. Room was very small and had a inclined ceiling. There was no coffee or tea in the room. If one is looking for more than a location then there are other choices.

The room was very nice with very nice bedding and a comfortable bed. It was quiet and it was close to the plaza major and restaurants. The staff were helpful even though some didn’t speak English we communicate very well. The car parking was challenging as we had to get the car into a lift (Honda HRV ) which wasn’t easy and it took us down 2 floors. It was not quite as challenging getting it out !

Traditional churros place in Valladolid. Old school style, almost a tourist attraction if you haven’t seen churros being made!

Very friendly staff , great food and reasonably priced - we arrived fairly late and left reasonably early, to catch ferry at Santander, so we didn't sample all the facilities but the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the food was fine too
