Nice hotel and nice rooms but it’s not possible that in 2024 the wifi in the rooms doesn’t work. Tried to ask at the reception as well and they told me to try in the lobby of the hotel… A part from that it was a good stay but these services need to be provided nowadays in a 4 star hotel.

For the price charged i would expect having the sauna services all week and not only on weekends. This is not correct. I might return but i am afraid this strategy is misleading customers on several websites and platforms

Everything was great, very good service and the hotel was in very good condition, clean and tidy.

The price-quality ratio is very good. We'll come back if we return to Valladolid. They gave us connecting rooms, so it's a good idea to travel with children.

Valladolid sojourn The hotel reception (Roberto) was exceptionally friendly and took time to explain the facilities of the hotel plus the sights around the lovely city of Valladolid. I got to see the monument of my hero Christopher Columbus too. Had lovely meals and coffee around the city which are the bonus of our short visit to Valladolid

The hotel is in an excellent location in the old town. My room, although small, was clean. Same with the bathroom. One issue if you are in a lower floor is the noise at night from the bars/restaurants below. My only challange was the room temperature. Although the fan worked, the AC didn't. The breakfast is a good deal for the cost!

We enjoyed Valladolid. The hotel is near La plaza mayor , but the parking is bellow the plaza. The town is all walkable, clean & nice to enjoy for a few days. We stayed for 2 days .

Higher standard than normally for an AC hotel! It’s a very nice property, with an excellent restaurant serving limited but solid tasty dishes, and in very nice ambiance. Obviously, the location is not convenient if you expect to be downtown.

We stayed two nights to visit Valladolid again. The hotel is far from the center, but we had a rental car so we inquired at the front desk and they told us where to park. Cheap, clean, slightly old-fashioned hotel that needs renovation. Best of all: it is practically in the entire center of Valladolid and is perfect to stay after a trip by AVE and subsequent sightseeing around the city. The hotel staff is so nice, it’s really great, but the air conditioning in the rooms is way too strong, it made it difficult to sleep well… Also the shower is tricky but once you get it, it’s very nice! The rooms might need more outlets, but the bed is so comfortable!

Everything was fine, except for the fact that they gave us a room with two beds when the previous information indicated it was only one bed. It's a bit far from the center, but the road is easy, and the service from everyone was very good.

The staff was really nice. We rented 2 rooms and one of them had to be switched because of cigarette odor, even though it was a smoke-free room. The staff checked the room and determined that it did indeed smell and gave us a new room at once. I had a package with breakfast which was very nice.

The location was far away from a lot of other things, but it was still a really beautiful location. One thing that disappointed me was that well. The property offered parking. It was already full by the time we got there so there is limited parking be aware.

We booked this hotel because it has a parking. Turned out to be full, and good luck finding public parking around there. We circled for 20 minutes and just decided to park a 20 minute walk away. This is not a 4 star experience. Reception staff was friendly.

Located near the old city, close to the river. Mistakenly booked a suite, but it was one of the best stays! Our room was very spacious and quiet. We had room service...the burgers were huge and delicious. Only regret...only stayed one night. Oh, and very dog friendly. We even had a dog bed and set of dog bowls in the room. Also convenient and secure parking in their underground car park.

Had a night's halt at this property enroute Lourdes to Fatima. Enjoyed the stay and the food. It is very close to Parque Campo Grande, Plaza Mayor and Valladolid Cathedral. When asked about the locations worth a visit on foot from the hotel, the staff guided me to Parque Campo Grande, Plaza Zorilla, Plaza Mayor and Valladolid Cathedral. Clean, easy location between train station and the park and old town

Hotel very close to the stations and close to the city center. Friendly and attentive treatment. Spacious rooms but with the basics you can ask for.

It was good but when you left your room and it was cleaned and you came back, the whole room smeled like tabaco. And when you wanted to park the car in the garage the card didn't work.

Rooms have high level of finishing. Good soundproofing. Excellent location, around the corner of the centre. Only complaint is temperature. When you see people in the square with gloves on, you feel guilty to open both balconie doors as it is 25,5C in the room, and you cannot lower the temperature; only heating..

Average, but poor value We paid more for the superior double room but was not impressed. The evening meals were not availabe until 8.30pm far to late for british tourist. The food was basic and not upto scratch for the money.

We stayed here overnight on the way from Santander to Portugal and enjoyed a pleasant night’s stay. The air conditioned room was ample and well equipped. We were served a meal of cheese salad followed by salmon and with tiramisu to follow. There was pork loin available too. The food was tasty and nicely presented.

The room was very nice with very nice bedding and a comfortable bed. It was quiet and it was close to the plaza major and restaurants. The staff were helpful even though some didn’t speak English we communicate very well. The car parking was challenging as we had to get the car into a lift (Honda HRV ) which wasn’t easy and it took us down 2 floors. It was not quite as challenging getting it out !
