I've been here twice over the past couple of years, visiting from London. I have been very happy with the accommodations. The bed and bedding is very comfortable. The bathroom is immaculate and pleasant. The windows, when closed, block out virtually any street noise. The staff are very helpful and it's a good location. I'll definitely be back when I visit Valladolid again.

Had a warm welcome by the guy from reception. Rooms are okey and had a nice sleep Approx. 10minute walk to the city centre. Wil come back within 2 weeks.

The hotel staff is so nice, it’s really great, but the air conditioning in the rooms is way too strong, it made it difficult to sleep well… Also the shower is tricky but once you get it, it’s very nice! The rooms might need more outlets, but the bed is so comfortable!

I was there in a proffesional event. I only stayed un two rooms. Everythin was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were a bit small and not too much clean. Snack/lunch tasted good.

The room was small, and no water given for free, they wanted €4, also the room was very small. The breakfast was ok, not as good as other NH hotels I have stayed in, and the room was cold. The reception staff were charmless, and one even shouted at my husband for knocking something over when he did not, and then when they realised he had not done anything no apology. The location is 20minutes walking from the centre. The furniture was rather tired. The bathroom was nice and clean. I made a complain because there was a label of the mattress with a chewing gum stuck in it in between the Nordic and the sheet and I got a fright in the middle of the night thinking it was something else. The NH Balago is an excellent facility, very comfortable and we'll appointed. The restaurant is outstanding, though only open at night. About the only drawback is that it is not in the center of the city, but across the river. However, that is an advantage for those traveling by car.

Excellent hotel literally next to the cathedral. Everything about this hotel is fab including size and cleanliness of room and it’s secure parking. However the one thing that really made our stay was the professionalism and care the receptionist dealt with us. One of the best experience in a boutique hotels. The staff is amazing, impeccably clean, great area - central located, surrounded by restaurants, great breakfast... The room 401 is big with very comfy beds. I highly recommend this little gem in Valladolid

Been in quite a few hotels in valladolid, but I slept the best in this one. The rooms have a working airco. Nice beds, fresh breakfast and is located at a nice street

We only stayed for one night on our drive from Portugal to Santander. The hotel is very centrally located in Valladolid, and everything about our stay was excellent. The double room was very comfortable, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The array of choice at the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Very nice and comfortable hotel next to the Plaza de toros and Corte Inglès store department. Upon arrival I was received with a smile and quite professionally, almost impossible nowadays wherever you go to find professionals. The room was quite big and the online deal gave me a quite affordable room. Very recommended.

In a historical building (newly renovated) at the best location 20 steps from Plaza Mayor within a concentration of the best tapas bars, this is maybe the best hotel in Valladolid. Downside of all this is that in times like now (Semana Santa) it can be quite noisy outside. Large rooms and friendly staff.

The reception was very good, the rooms were phenomenal, it would be necessary to put a trap for cockroaches in the bathrooms, as I found one, but it does not make the stay bad, it is small, but can happen to anyone. A perfect place to stay. We had a suite room so there was a separate lounge area. It made a huge difference. The room was excellent, clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was good, although the elevator was a bit scary at first. For breakfast, directly outside the hotel entrance is a great bar. They did excellent tortilla, which kept us going until lunch.

We stayed here one night towards the end of our honeymoon. The room and bed were very comfortable and the staff was very nice. We ordered dessert and had it on the terrace and we were the only ones out there and it was very romantic. It is a great location only a 5 minute walk into the old town. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Our room was first class with good soundproofed windows, so there was no street noise. We would definitely stop again.

We travel from Essex to Portsmouth , ferry to santander, then drive to valladolid , to hotel conde anzurez . Every year for ten years or more we always stay here for 2 nights then make our way to Portugal over the next 6 nights. Hotel is so comfortable , rooms are spotless & price is just right . Downside , @ 8euro breakfast very poor .we don't . Lovely people , restraunt great .

The room was very nice with very nice bedding and a comfortable bed. It was quiet and it was close to the plaza major and restaurants. The staff were helpful even though some didn’t speak English we communicate very well. The car parking was challenging as we had to get the car into a lift (Honda HRV ) which wasn’t easy and it took us down 2 floors. It was not quite as challenging getting it out !

Traditional churros place in Valladolid. Old school style, almost a tourist attraction if you haven’t seen churros being made!

The hotel is located in the town center. The room is clean and comfortable but not very well designed...the bathroom access is awkward and there is very little drawer space. The safe does not work. The staff are helpful and friendly.

It is a old fashion hotel. But you will have all what you need and the hotel is in the center. The restaurants are juts one street away and the shopping just around the corner. Don't be afraid the hotel street is very quiet anyway.

Overall service was very good but our room was too hot and temperature could not be regulated. Ate from the restaurant in the evening but had to sit outside as we had our dog with us. Breakfast was really good and gave us a good start to the day. We used this hotel as an overnight stop off on our drive south and will use it again in the return.

The room is small but could fit our family (two adults and one baby). Our experience could be better but it was awful. The bathroom stinks sewer, the smell comes to the bathroom but the smell took all over. The service and the hotel itself it was very good. The issue was the size and the room smells.

Dull, identikit hotel that serves a purpose. Well located (10 mins walk from town), easy to access from motorway, parking easy (on nearby streets, no need to pay for hotel car park). Breakfast good. If you want to be close to the city centre is a good option. The room was ok, while the price was reasonable. Breakfast was however mediocre.

Had a night's halt at this property enroute Lourdes to Fatima. Enjoyed the stay and the food. It is very close to Parque Campo Grande, Plaza Mayor and Valladolid Cathedral. When asked about the locations worth a visit on foot from the hotel, the staff guided me to Parque Campo Grande, Plaza Zorilla, Plaza Mayor and Valladolid Cathedral. They handed over a map of the city and explained the major attractions

It was good but when you left your room and it was cleaned and you came back, the whole room smeled like tabaco. And when you wanted to park the car in the garage the card didn't work.

The hotel is nice, but the nigth I spend there they close the restaurant, there was no food in the bar and no room service. Arriving late in Valladolid the situation was unpleasant.

Higher standard than normally for an AC hotel! It’s a very nice property, with an excellent restaurant serving limited but solid tasty dishes, and in very nice ambiance. Obviously, the location is not convenient if you expect to be downtown.
