A little bit far from the Centre, but that makes it great to park and quiet too.

The room was small, and no water given for free, they wanted €4, also the room was very small. The breakfast was ok, not as good as other NH hotels I have stayed in, and the room was cold. The reception staff were charmless, and one even shouted at my husband for knocking something over when he did not, and then when they realised he had not done anything no apology. I was disappointed with my experience.

Rooms are good and clean. Location is outside the center of Valladolid and restaurants are not that close. The hotel restaurant is clos d from Friday - Sunday.
Dogs are allowed but you have to sign several papers what is allowed and what not. Mainly, your dog is allowed to sleep in the room, nothing more. You are not allowed to bring him to the breakfast or restaurant. That is Ok, but you are not allowed to leave your dog alone in the room ... So how to manage this on case you are alone?
If the dog bark, the are allowed to canc l your room, ... So really not dog friendly even if they are allowed. For is, this is not the right hotel.
In case you are without dog and except to drive to the city center the hotel could be OK for you.

I had a really nice stay at Hotel NH Valladolid Bálago. The staff were so friendly when we arrived, check in was quick and the room was spotless and very fresh.
They had nice robes and slippers set up in the bathroom and just felt like everything was thought of.Good storage in the rooms for bags and clothes.
The only thing I didn't love was the breakfast. Felt like it was lacking a lot. But other than that, amazing stay!

The location is 20minutes walking from the centre. The furniture was rather tired. The bathroom was nice and clean. I made a complain because there was a label of the mattress with a chewing gum stuck in it in between the Nordic and the sheet and I got a fright in the middle of the night thinking it was something else. The receptionist apologized but that was it

I visited NH Balago in order to enjoy it's spa and to try their breakfast. I truly recommend it the experience was wonderful.

Lovely clean hotel, good location. Reception friendly. Good choice at breakfast, however the member of staff was so unfriendly that we felt unwelcomed because we had sat at the tidy tables
