Quite a large hotel with many corridors and levels. Location is excellent for visiting the city and can do most of the old town on foot.
I had a large 2 bedroom apt. Very clean and with good utilities.Like some other reviews it was quite dark (1st floor) but not a problem.
Breakfast was good with a nice view of the city and the cathedral.
Although generally the stay was good I would suggest a few improvements to the hotel:
In September the pool gets hardly any sun. Even the one or so hours of sun are on a limited part of the pool and not really possible to sunbathe/relax as there is not much space. The hotel could make the terrace available in the autumn/winter months during the afternoon to allow guests to be able to relax and enjoy the warmth.
Also the terrace generally could do with some updating. The green leaves plastic tablecloths and fake grass flooring make it seem a little old/cheap.

We were staying at appartment 4A. Superb rooms. The staff was great and so were all the facilities.

Nice apartment in great location, only a couple of minutes from the Calle de Alfonso. Rooms are small but clean. The pool is also small and when visited by a lot of people a little dingy; but ok if the temperature is 40 degrees. The view from the terrace is stunning and worth a visit. Overall great location and super value hotel.

Great place in the center of Zaragoza. The staff members was kind, happy and helpful. They gave us good advises how to explore the city and took time to chat and joke with our kids. The apartment was well equipped and in a good quality and very clean. Nice rooftop bar/restaurant with a wonderful view. If we come back to Zaragoza - we will definitely book in that hotel again. Thanks for making our trip to Zaragoza great. Highly recommended.

Very clean and fresh bedroom. Simple white decor but practical. Tea and coffee facilities. Excellent bathroom.

Very interesting that the Director of the hotel writes to me after reading my review of the terrible service received at the rooftop restaurant to warn others in case they were planning to spend money there and have a nice evening, claiming i was trying to "harm" the restaurant in some way. I am a fair person and happy to give great reviews when they are earned, but we all felt estafado (conned) and if you dont say something then things dont change. Come on, we have a choice of places to go and we should all strive to give a good service!

Very nice place to stay at, it's located in the city, where you have access to everything, from supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, you name it.

(+) It has a little pool. (-) Broken, 30yrs old fridge, 40yrs old furniture, no or little decoration, no juice left at breakfast @ 9am, nobody speaks English, €200/night, then they charge €25 for using the underground car park. Avoid!
