Suitable for self-driving, good service, free parking outside the hotel, the room is a bit small but sufficient

I booked due to timings & location. I was travelling with my daughter from Spain to the UK via road. When we arrived we double checked the timing of breakfast with reception, when it came time to go for breakfast we were told not for another hour. Which meant we would have to leave hungry we could not wait due to our tight schedule had we known at the time of booking i would NOT have booked. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, we were put right next to the lift which made for an interesting nights sleep. When they say its on an industrial estate they are not kidding.
The dinner menu had two choices for starter, main & desert. And they call it a 4⭐️ Hotel. My family and i are very well traveled and have never seen such a poor 4⭐️ Hotel.

The hotel is outside Zaragoza. Suitable for self-driving and temporary accommodation on business trips. Not suitable for travelers visiting the city, it takes 10-15 minutes to drive to downtown Zaragoza. The front desk service is serious, the hotel room facilities are good, and a free underground garage is provided. The internal environment of the hotel is very good. The only drawback is that the environment after leaving the hotel is a warehouse area and large trucks.

Great hotel for the price. Comfy clean rooms. Huge bed. Easy cheap links to Zaragoza. On an industrial estate so not the best views but great for a quick stop

This is a 4* hotel and it deserves every one of those stars. The staff are super helpful, the spa is amazing and the whole place is beautiful. a previous comment said there was no public transport. the bus goes less than a 2 min walk from the hotel!!!! There is a fabulous restraint at the hotel and a bar in the same complex! Clearly that person didn’t think to ask. It’s not in the middle of nowhere, yea it’s on an industrial estate and very peaceful out of the city. The views are amazing. The wine and food are outstanding and the service is exceptional. Thank you to very memeber of the team from managers to cleaners to maintenance and waiting staff. So friendly and helpful. And they have self service laundry! All in all fabulous. Namaste.

Perfect stopover for us.
Quite a nice hotel. Very happy with it.
Secure parking.
Clean. Very comfy firm bed. Slept well.
Good size family room with fridge.
Sadly no tea or coffee in the room, but it was available in reception when the restaurant was closed.

Honestly. I don’t know what people expect. We paid about £80 to stay in this perfectly adequate, spotlessly clean hotel. Yes, it’s on a sort of industrial site, but it’s directly off the motorway, and there is a bus service about 50 metres from the hotel if you want to get into town. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. There was free sangria and lemon iced water in reception, and courtesy hot drinks when the cafeteria was closed.
There’s free underground parking which has electric gates operated by reception via CCTV. Much better than the car sitting in searing heat.
The restaurant offers a selection of food with a menu del dia for about €17 pp.
I really couldn’t fault this place. You get what you pay for. This was perfect for us for an overnight stay en route back to England from the Costas.

I made a mistake about the arrival day (month and a half) and after payed i asked to trip.com. And to the hotel to change date and no ones took care about. Only a notice about not refunda le payment.
