This hotel is really old by the look of it but it is well maintained. Our room is spacious and clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. If you drive, the hotel offers parking for 13 euros and you can get in and out many times. Highly recommended!
Bit out dated hotel, Looks like an officebuilding turned in to a hotel Pro easy parking under the hotel Location for city center Clean Cons Bit old and worn No wifi at all No extra's at all
It was good service and in a very good location
We travelled with a group of friends, we booked two double rooms and had a nice time , it has a great location with lots of places to eat and bars nearby also walking distance from the cathedral and the hotel is pretty clean and with comfy beds, I totally recommend it.
The hotel corresponds to 4*. The city center is 20 minutes walk away. The hotel has a parking lot in the building for 13 euros/day. The rooms are spacious, very quiet, good soundproofing. Breakfasts are normal, no fresh vegetables, pastries are not tasty. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioner copes with the heat. A good option for its price.
A well-located hotel with some shortcomings over the years. Paid parking. It didn't have basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, of course. Nor did it even have complimentary water. A mere four-star hotel.

It is nice that I suspect they upgraded my room to a suite however there were some issues. The phone did not work and there was no internet. The front desk acknowledged these problems but they did not get fixed while I was there. The bide drain was not draining. The restaurant is only open for the late evening. The hotel entrance is a long walk from the station Counter and the hall in the hotel is...
We woke up at 6 a.m. to the sound of doors slamming and high heels (it lasted about an hour). Then the cleaner started cleaning the next room (it was quite noisy). There was a slight vibration every time a bus passed. Other than that, the staff was helpful and the room was nice.
Good location if you stay 1-2nights, on the train station Zaragoza. It is easy to get to the center by frequent buses. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean.
Nice rooms, super friendly staff. Location is only good for layover or if you need a train. There is bot much around to do/see/eat. But we had a pleasant stay.
The hotel is very well located if you’re catching the AVE train and just passing through the city. However, it’s a bit of a walk from the room to the lobby and breakfast area. The internet connection was quite unstable throughout our stay, and the air conditioning only worked in fan mode. Even after switching rooms, the issue remained, so it was uncomfortably warm at night. The rooms are spacious and...
Largest hotel room I have ever had. Junior suite I think it was called. Nice view to the mountains. Service in restaurant was so so, but quality of food was good. Came home late one night and ordered room service. No additional charge for this service.

Great hotel Very luxurious hotel in a good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a huge tub with a whirlpool bath!
We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for nearly a week in July, and we just returned home a week ago, which speaks volumes about how much we enjoyed our time there. The hotel's exceptional staff were friendly and helpful. Its prime location allows for easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore the charming city of...
This is a very popular hotel in Zaragoza, with a good environment and a good location. Good service and good food. I was on a business trip here for a week and booked a hotel conference room. It's very good in all aspects. I will definitely stay here next time I have the chance. At the same time, I also recommend this hotel to friends who come here to play.
Impressive hotel in the public spaces and very nicely located close to Old Town. However we found our room (727) lacking in five star ness and we were a little disappointed (faded glory). Our room had a few maintenance problems (big coffee stain on one chair, damaged sharp metal trim on table) and was a bit jaded with stains on the walls and wood. The rooms on the 7th floor are very old fashioned...
Very well placed for our purpose - seeing our daughter in an orchestra at the basilica. We will definitely return when we have more time - Zaragoza is amazing. The pool area could have been a bit more interesting but the pool was lovely

nice location and clear hotel! recommended
Excellent hotel, stayed there for business purposes and it was worth the extra price. Very spacious rooms, super comfortable bed and a chill bar in the ground floor. I wish I had had more time to go to the swimming pool.
I stayed at this hotel for three weeks. These situations best describe the hotel: Every other day, 50 guests from Asia would arrive for breakfast, eating in a very impolite manner. You really don’t want to experience that! A part of my shaver fell under the marble panel in the shower! When I lifted the panel, there was a whole new colony of life underneath (mold)! The spring mattress was awful! I was...
For me not a 5 star hotel, but a good 4. The gym and spa are outdated. The rooms are nice and the parking very good. The reception did some mistakes with our reservation, that was really a mess. Overall it's nice and a good location
Check-in is still acceptable, but the service needs to be improved. The sanitation is also good. The environment is also very good and it is convenient to go anywhere. Next time guests have needs, they can make another reservation.
It is a very good hotel. My experience has been good. Zaragoza is a good place to visit. This hotel is a nice one.

Bed was very comfortable and food in restaurant was very good. The hotel had stained carpets in the bedroom and us generally a bit 'scuffed' - could do with a refresh generally!
Zaragoza, out of towner. Very spacious hotel out of the city center. A quiet location but a little difficult navigating the way into the city! Food prices were quite high and parking at the hotel is also expensive. I would choose a more central location in future.
The room was spectacular. The view was spectacular, as was the bathroom. Definitely a repeat visit.
Excellent value for money. It's far from the center, and there's no life in the immediate area, no bars, restaurants, or shops.
Staff were great. Room NOT handicapped accessible. First, the staff were excellent, friendly, sweet. One in our party uses a wheelchair and the requested room was far from accessible. The glass door entry to the main bath area was wide enough but the door to the toilet/bidet area was only about 16". Not nearly enough. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and will even lend you a coffee pot upon request. Parking is also ample, so those traveling by car can book with confidence.
I wasn't entirely satisfied, mainly because of the air conditioning. It's centrally controlled, and even when set to -60°C, it automatically reaches 23/24°C. I had to open the window to let in some fresh air, but the noise from the area is unbearable. If they replace the air conditioning, I would definitely return, but only if they fix this problem.
Clean and sanitary, with a good breakfast, though it can be a bit crowded, especially with children. The service was very professional. There's ample parking, both above and below ground. Located in an industrial park, the hotel is close to the airport, making it suitable for self-drives, short stays, and flights.
Spacious room with a small kitchenette. Very close to the airport and with free private parking.
Not a bad place to sleep, but restaurant Service need to improve (they are overwhelmed and understaffed). Some sunshield will be really appreciated on the room. But the personnel was really good and give the better service

Suitable for self-driving, with its own underground parking lot, 18 euros a day, the entrance is at the back of the hotel, button entry and exit, quite convenient. The room is a bit small, far from the 4 stars in China, but it is convenient. It is in the city center, with Aragon Square and the Palais des Anglais shopping mall downstairs. Hotel very well located in the center of Zaragoza, the rooms are very spacious and of very good quality.
The rooms were basic but clean. Was expecting a little more space for clothes. Asked for more hangers but never got them. Stated coffee facilities in room but there were none. However staff were polite and friendly and breakfast was good.

A very nice hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly, especially the concierge, who was very helpful. She recommended nearby restaurants and parking and even helped with luggage. It's a bit inconvenient for those driving, as parking is nearby but not too far. The bathroom and bath towels were a bit worn.
How should I put it? It was another small surprise. The not expensive price gave me a very good experience. The parking service was very good. The hotel is located in the city center. The hotel's staff were a highlight: friendly, welcoming, and professional. The rooms were a bit dated, but the shower and other amenities were very new, making the overall price/performance ratio acceptable. The worst part was the towels, which were of very poor quality and not up to the hotel's brand standards.
The hotel service was excellent 👌 Ambience: Nice This place is pretty good, with a local feel. If you're in the area again, it's a good choice! 🤔 Good job! Keep working hard! 💪
Did not realize there was more than one NH in Zaragoza so went to wrong one. Staff at the Gran were outstanding from reception to bellhop to car park attendees to breakfast. While the hotel is not as close to the Old Town as we would have liked, the room and bed is the most spacious in the hotels that we’ve stayed at in Spain so far. They have a full breakfast downstairs along with a cafe. They also have complimentary extras (e.g. razor, lotion, hair conditioner). As part of our welcome, they gave us a bottle of water and gummy candies. There is a Lidl around the corner...
Hotel is located just outside Delicias station. Rooms are spacious and clean. There was issue with AC, which got resolved the next day. Breakfast was good but not many options.
A pleasant hotel, we return in our travels in this hotel. A great breakfast.
Good location near the bus and train stations. You can take a Ci3 into the city and old town a short walk by the McDonald’s near the Lidl (also conveniently located nearby). Nice modern room with mini bar, large bathrooms with bidet, tub/shower combo. The cafe is a below the standard of the hotel with cold scrambled eggs, bacon and coffee.

A pleasant, well positioned city hotel, clean and with parking (which was difficult to find and expensive). Helpful polite staff at reception. Bedroom large enough, but TV was too small and no programmes available in English. Bed mattress hard and uncomfortable. Pillows poor quality. Shower is rain type and okay if you like that kind of thing. No coffee making facilities in the room.

Stayed 3 nights for a work trip and loved the hotel (though we didn't spend much time there). The room was very nice and well equipped, lovely breakfast and only a minute's walk away from all of the sights in Zaragoza. The city of Zaragoza is wonderful as well!

While I understand that hotel prices may fluctuate depending on season or circumstances, nowhere during booking was it made clear that the hotel is currently under renovation. The staff was fabulous, nothing bad to say, they took wonderful care of our pet. The only thing I'd say is that the air conditioning wasn't working properly... if they fix it, we'll definitely come back.
There was no parking facility.
Good location and breakfast. Look out for the small step at the entrance, I tripped and fell flat on my face, blood everywhere from my big toe. Reception supplied some basic materials to wrap it up.
Nice hotel and staff are good. Saw previous reviews and I see below problems are not taken care, hopefully they do 1. Weak Wifi 2. Aircondition in room is not cooling as needed. 3. Amazing hotel, beautiful room and pool area. Breakfast was a delight and the location is on point. The only down side is that we couldn't use the pool after check out as we were "no longer guests of the hotel". This was absurd to us as the main reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool. This was a great location to enjoy Easter celebrations. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and accommodating. We were really happy with our stay.
The room was okay, but the shower was over a narrow tub with only one small bar just above the tub. Room was fine. Old Town was great.
The hotel is an old building and rooms are simple. Rooms are cleaned everyday which is nice. The hallway and rooms may need an upgrade on the flooring like the carpets .
