Beautiful hotel in a great position. Lovely rooms, very interesting breakfast room with a great chice of food. City centre only a short walk from the hotel. Will definitely stay again.
Window in our room was damaged and was difficult to close. The decor was in poor condition with marks and scratches on the walls.....stains on the seats....and no evening meal service....we arrived late and had to go out looking for restaurants. Instead of relaxing.
Nice place, nice staff, good location, but AC is controlled by reception so even though I requested in 5 opportunities during the night to set it cooler I was always more than 26C in my room, this ruined my stay there
Nice welcome warm room hot water easy garage it's near the action rest cafe old town not far to walk
Eurostars Boston was clean and very well maintained. The staff were very courteous. Our room was very clean. Room features like switches, lights and shower were in working order. Our buffet dinner however was very tasteless. There was sufficient variety, but everyone in the group complained that it tasted like nothing.
Modern city centre hotel. Good facilities and clean rooms. Great location for the old town tapas bars and shops. Good secure underground parking.

The hotel is located at the central station of the city, I booked a suite which was very very spacious but too outdated with many faults in the room, I must mention that the reception was very nice and they helped me with everything I needed, in addition to a relatively good breakfast. The problem is of course the long distance from the center which is not reasonable for walking, there is a bus available...
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good and offers plenty variety. This hotel offers great value! This review is compared to others hotels stayed during my two months in Spain and Portugal. Believe me when I say this hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at half the price!!!
Stayed at Eurostars hotels elsewhere so knew standard would be good. Lovely rooms, we had booked two rooms for our party both were looking over the expo site with lovely views. Shower in our room would not hold in the holder properly and was disappointing. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment. Parking was 18 euros a night in the area of the car park under the hotel. Great base for exploring...
Clean anda safe, peaceful and the suite very spacious. Very nice hotel to stay and rest before a long distance trip
Hotel is nice. Only bad point is they want to give me two single beds even i informed them in advance via booking. They told me that its up to availability. Am ok with that but in this case they have to inform me before i arrive or reserve it for me.
The room is really good, but the breakfast is a big mess! The orange juice is not fresh, only 2 staff works there in a busy morning. No clean cup for water..

Excellent hotel, stayed there for business purposes and it was worth the extra price. Very spacious rooms, super comfortable bed and a chill bar in the ground floor. I wish I had had more time to go to the swimming pool.
I stayed at this hotel for three weeks. These situations best describe the hotel: Every other day, 50 guests from Asia would arrive for breakfast, eating in a very impolite manner. You really don’t want to experience that! A part of my shaver fell under the marble panel in the shower! When I lifted the panel, there was a whole new colony of life underneath (mold)! The spring mattress was awful! I was...
For me not a 5 star hotel, but a good 4. The gym and spa are outdated. The rooms are nice and the parking very good. The reception did some mistakes with our reservation, that was really a mess. Overall it's nice and a good location
Room had strange knocking sounds all the time. Bathroom door wasn’t working properly and I was expecting a smart tv, didn’t have it. The Gym is very small and you need to call before-hand to use the steam bath so it wasn’t working when I went there. The pool and view are very nice however
This is a 5 star, according to its own proclamations. I think it dates back to the '80's, but has been sort of refurbished in 2015. Either way, this is a luxury Hotel with an '80's feel to it, and the quality of the materials used is astounding throughout. And it's not expensive. Service was excellent at the reception desk. Garage extremely convenient. And somebody cleaned my filthy cat windscreen...
Amazing showers. Great rooms. Internet that makes you yearn for the days of dial up modems since those would have been faster. For all the pomp and flair they have thrown into the decor, you think they would have made the bare minimum effort to supply functional internet. But no. That is too much to ask. There's an anecdote about judging a book by it's cover...and maybe there is an equivalent to hotel...

Great hotel to stop at as you cross the country. Amazing hospitality from Jesús the chef and Israel and Eduard on the service side in the restaurant, thank you guys.
Only stopped the one night. It is very easy to find. All the staff are very friendly. The restaurant was very good with a good choice. Very comfortable bed ,nice to have a bath and a separate shower
The hotel room was great, above expectations. We also liked the breakfast there. If we're ever going to visit Zaragoza, we'll book again here.
Location is far from city center, around 25 euros for taxi. Breakfast is abundant. Driving in is a easy and quite suitable for short stay. Recommend!
The website says 15 minutes from the city center by public transport - that is only true if you use a "public" race car. There is a bus that takes you downtown once every 1/2 hour, and it is more than an hour. Taxi costs about €25. Very deceptive website and they do not refund your reservation. The rooms are ok, nothing remarkable.
Absolutely perfect in every way. Service friendly and efficient. Beds sooooo comfortable. Linen and towels such good quality. Breakfast perfect. Loved our stay.

I was a little disappointed in the state of the rooms given the cist. They push the lower cost rooms & follow up with an upgrade - just refurbish the rooms and charge a flat rate!
Hotel is located very centrally. We’ve chosen room that was claimed as renovated. It was fine but in the bathroom water was leaking from the ceiling and at this place was a stain of black mold which is not good at all for health. I don’t understand why freshly renovated room has bad stain of mold and stuff don’t fix it.
Exceptionel nice decorated & restaured Hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is reachable by walking distance. Amazing nice breakfast service. The missing star to reach 5 is for the following reasons: - compared with the room size (we had a suite) the bathroom is extremely small .. it does not allow two persons at the same time such small it is. - it is not possible to have a shower without getting...
Very good location and uncomplicated check in/ check out. The room I was in was unfortunately not as beautifully decorated/ or designed as the rest of the hotel. But it gets the job done. It was Halloween night so bit loud on the streets but what can you do. Will stay there again.
Room was clean, shower was excellent, the breakfast was good, varied with plenty to choose from and the staff were helpful. The location is great too.
Hotel was being renovated, and our room was the old layout. Functional and comfortable. The new decor in the other parts of the hotel were fantastic. Breakfast was a standout, great value for money. Super location.

It’s a quiet very clean hotel the people are very helpful and always trying to go out of their way to help . They have a snack bar which is decent to grab a quick bite . Overall a 3.5 to 4
Stayed here for 1 night as a stop before heading to our next destination(thank goodness it was only 1 evening). The service was RUDE, especially the woman at the reception coffee shop (asked for ice and refused to give us any). Very charming town to visit…just don’t stay here. 🙄
Very nice room, decent bathroom and good storage. Comfy chair to lounge on plus desk and chair to work. Clean. Very nice reception staff, easy check in and out. Would stay again.
Good hotel for business trips, decent, big, clean and tidy rooms. Good room service and very near high speed train station. They got a big desk for working in the room, wifi speed was fair enough. The front desk guy was super nice. Recommendable place to stay one or two nights.
It has everything a hotel should have: a reception open 24h a day, basic services (laundry, restaurant, room service, etc). They also have a private underground parking, with a 2 way entry. The rooms and the hotel in general were very clean. The employes were nice. Lovely place. Will come back for sure.
Very nice, comfortable bed in a warm room. Parking outside for free or underground for €12. Bar has a lovely selection of tapas & beers.

We have arrived Zaragoza on the busiest day of the year, first Saturday of the Fiestas Del Pilar. It was indeed very difficult to drive to the hotel, all streets in the central area either crowded with people or blocked from traffic. However, the hotel location is superb, walking distance from all major sights, La Seo and Basilica, and not so far from Aljaferia palace. Parking was very tight but hotel...
Had a great stay at the NH Collection Gran Hotel. The location was excellent. Just a short walk to the old town yet in a nice upscale area. Zaragoza is very safe and walkable. The service was very good. The bellman/valet Andres set the stage the moment we drove up. We didn’t eat in the hotel because of the great bars and restaurants close by.
We’ve stayed here twice and both times have been superb. The staff are so friendly and the location can’t be beat. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel is a little tired in parts though, and the bathrooms are quite old-fashioned, but other than that I’d highly recommend.
First reason to stay here, the staff. They are amazing, and are there at every turn to assist. Check-in was a breeze, starting from valeting the car, through recommendations on area dining, attractions, etc. Next, the room was spacious, clean, and ready. Third, the breakfast is magnificent. Variety and quality made it a buffet to remember. Finally, location. It's a short walk to the old town, and is...
This hotel is an interesting curiosity. It wants to be a like a 5-star place, and the service and public areas are up to that level, but things like the tiny lift and limited-size bathrooms mean that in some ways it feels like a city boutique hotel. We had a very good night's sleep and paid a very fair price. Underground parking 300m from the hotel was €10 for 24 hours, which we felt was OK. There...

Nice but they miss details. Reported safe in room not working, no one came. Small things let the hotel down.
really nicely located, but with the car it was not so easy to get to, due to some work, we had to park to a close by parking.
Good hotel in central city. Pool inside with little cold water, outside pool closed begin of May. Room 608 in good condition, clean, good comfortable bed, separate bathroom(no mould) with separated area for WC, big TV screen with some international programs. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Negatives are air-conditioning in breakfast area too cold. (lucky who gets a place next to the toaster:-)), carpet...
Perfect location, good price. A little bit of chaos in the pool managing (dealing with the Covid regulations): we were 2 guests, we booked a spot at the pool but they just gave us one subbed knowing we were 2 people... a little bit weird. Anyway, very centric, good quality and clean.
Rooms are big and clean. The room I booked was really good. It's expensive but good for enjoying a weekend just in the centre of the city. Staff could be more friendly but any complaint.

Great hotel for the price. Comfy clean rooms. Huge bed. Easy cheap links to Zaragoza. On an industrial estate so not the best views but great for a quick stop
Perfect stopover for us. Quite a nice hotel. Very happy with it. Secure parking. Clean. Very comfy firm bed. Slept well. Good size family room with fridge. Sadly no tea or coffee in the room, but it was available in reception when the restaurant was closed.
Honestly. I don’t know what people expect. We paid about £80 to stay in this perfectly adequate, spotlessly clean hotel. Yes, it’s on a sort of industrial site, but it’s directly off the motorway, and there is a bus service about 50 metres from the hotel if you want to get into town. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. There was free sangria and lemon iced water in reception, and courtesy...
The hotel is good. The location is good. The surrounding is an industrial area so not the greatest but it’s no fault of the hotel. The newly renovated lobby is excellent and the spa was amazing. The room a bit tiny but adequate for our purposes. Breakfast was very good and the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Free underground protected parking is a plus and a must for me. Overall a delightful...
Side of the road kind of hotel. Great for overnight stay on a road trip, definitely not a destination in itself. Rooms were upscale and trendy, but the pillows weren't the best. 4 Star Hotel. All stars well deserved. Rooms are fine, so is the reception and breakfast. Easy access to the hotel by car, as the garage is directly underneath
We received a double bedroom, but it doesn’t feel/look like a 4-Star hotel. Old bathroom. Loud cleaning service noises in the morning on the rooms next door. No coffee/tea/water boiler in the room. Breakfast felt like a 3 star hotel breakfast. Good service at the counter during the day. Great location.
Couldn’t fault the hotel itself, but the air con wasn’t that efficient. Not a small thing when the temp outside was 39. The main thing was the waiter in the restaurant charged us for 2 Menu del dias, when my wife only had a main course. Not good!
The Hotel Silken Reino de Aragon is in a great location for walking to the shopping and historical part of Zaragoza. Very safe with underground parking. It is narrow! This is a very good hotel to stay in if you want to be very close to the most important attractions. It has large rooms, a nice view and very good services. The breakfast is good and you have a lot of options.
Stayed here a year or so ago. The hotel is nice and the location is great, the private parking was also perfect. The only negatives personally were the swinging bathroom glass doors and the breakfast (it wasn't a very good selection for the price, and the coffee wasn't good.)

Excellent hôtel both modern and elegant with plenty of wood. Room very comfortable. Generous breakfast in the eating area. Service is welcoming and friendly.
The rooms have everything you need BUT THE AIR CONDITIONING IS CONTROLLED BY FRONT DESK or some system that turns it off without you realizing it. If you try to re start it, it will not. PLEASE stop doing this if you consider yourselves a 5-star hotel. I called the from desk and the lady said “turn down the thermostat”…. Of course that did not work either. Breakfast buffet was good.
We stayed here last week really disappointing as you arrive to be told you have to park across the street in a underground car park and by the way its 16 euros a day !! One of a chain I think. Rooms basic and a bit shabby. First room we were allocated had an overpowering and unpleasant smell presumably left by previous occupant. No problem getting a new room although that one had a cracked window. No restaurant at hotel so longish bus ride into town for dinner. Overall slightly hard work
The bathtub is so sleepery. Someone spilled oil. My wrist was almost broken. But the breakfast was great.
This hotel provided us with a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, the service was outstanding, and the location was convenient.
Good location with underground parking. Bus stop to the centre of Zaragoza was 5 mins away & a supermarket too.The bus journey was 15 min into the plaza de Espania.
Very good reasonably priced hotel in a good location, not too far from the motorway, and only a steady stroll to the city centre. A few bars in the local area are worth visiting, and the bar/restaurant under the hotel is very reasonable and well worth a visit. The hotel has a large underground car park to safely park your car. I always stop off here when travelling through Spain from Calp to Santander...

First night impressions...elderly clerk seems less than inviting. Wanted to charge ,90 for coffee pods for the room. Building in and out has an outdated charm, like an old lady wearing out her fine clothes from her youth. Hotel seems desolate and depressing with a hint of past charm.
Excellent central city hotel, as a result rather expensive. The young lady on reception was immensely helpful and our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. It was a great base for seeing the city.
Very clean, and very polite staff. Comfortable bed the size of a tennis court. However, the noise coming up from the street all night long was horrendous. Packs of happy (?) youths cheerily called to each other with tremendous energy until we got up for breakfast. Not the fault of the hotel, but maybe they have rooms at the back where the aural stimulation is much less.
Good location, close to the tram stop and a couple bus stops. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower would have spikes of hot water randomly (other people flushing maybe?) Parking is not included, but you could pay extra to use the garage.
The hotel is in the perfect location, close to most of Zaragoza's sights. Tram and bus transportation nearby, some nice restaurants are in close as well. The hotel itself gives a perfect tone of Goya's art, customer service was great, although the bar seemed to be a bit empty. This was true to majority of the time we were there, we hardly saw anyone apart from us. The rooms are cleaned every day...
Fantastic location. A bit dated. Some of the interior is showing its age. But it's still good value. Some staff were very friendly. Comfy beds.

We were staying at appartment 4A. Superb rooms. The staff was great and so were all the facilities. Aks the hotel in advance how to park the car when you arrive.
Nice apartment in great location, only a couple of minutes from the Calle de Alfonso. Rooms are small but clean. The pool is also small and when visited by a lot of people a little dingy; but ok if the temperature is 40 degrees. The view from the terrace is stunning and worth a visit. Overall great location and super value hotel.

For the price we paid the room was ok, shower head was old, breakfast is not included 10€ per person, neither is parking thats 12 € extra. In the other places we stayed everything was included and for a way lower price. I recommend if you do park there it's a small vehicle as the parking garage is tight. The location though is fabulous, public transportation available close by, a mall just in case...
Do not park here! Parking is limited, much narrower than parking in Japan(!), and frequently obstructed by pillars. Beyond that the hotel is simple, but clean. The breakfast is decent. Bus cards can be purchased across the street at the tobacco shop, and there's a nearby tram that will take you directly to Old Town.
Hotel is pretty cramped. Rooms barely fit the bed. Bathroom sink is not useful to put your stuff. As most hotels in Spain, the bathtub is partially enclosed so you always wet the floor. Parking is extremely tight even for medium cars. Worst part is breakfast, don't pay for it as there a lot of bars and cafes around it. Food is stale and doesn't taste good.
Friendly, very convenient, great value and excellent breakfast. Would have given 5stars if bed had been bigger but would certainly go back.

Very nice place to vist stayed for a couple of days near to a lot of attractions This hotel does not have restaurants in evening or bar but staff are great and helpful
Low cost high quality hotel. The only downside is the free breakfast is just coffee, fruit, juice and cookies due to Covid. The restaurant was closed. Room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. Perfect location, walking distance to the Palace and also to the Taoas. I would definitely stay there again.
A bit outdated, but very spacious room and bathroom. The bed is two single mattresses on a double somier, better than two beds but can be a bit uncomfortable. At the moment due to covid breakfast is some packages pastries, coffee and juice at the lobby.
