Room was very good clean
Service was very kind from all staff
And location is really good . You are near with everything to visit.. restaurant tapas shopping area 😊we will come back for sure
I liked the hotel, i spend one night only without breakfast so I have nothing to comment on that. I had a problem with the bathroom water not going down but it was fixed straight ahead.
I saw some dirt on the bed sheets but nowhere else. Overall, its very good for its price.
the hotel is perfectly located - close to many attractions in zaragossa
and the room we stayed in was really really nice - didn’t expect this quality for the low price
totally recommend to stay here for your visit
For the price we couldn't have picked a better location to visit the old town.
Parking in the underground opposite is a bit pricey
The location is excellent, it's right in the heart of Zaragoza, but because of its architecture it's rather quiet. My room was small, but well-equipped and comfortable. The breakfast isn't outstanding, but diverse and satisfying. For this price I think this is a very good catch.

Fantastic place to stay. Great location, cozy functional room, extremely clean, great service and collaboration from staff plus they offer delicious breakfast & coffee. Will come back to Zaragoza and will certainly stay in Hotel Sauce again. Highly recommend it!
The staff is lovely. Our room had a funky shape and the AC didn't flow as well, but they were very accommodating and offered to change the room. IN the end, the AC worked perfectly well. The food in the restaurant was great!
This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are light and airy and very clean. The staff are terrific and all seem to speak English really well. The cafe downstairs is really good, we had all our breakfasts there and finally its position for visiting the wonderful sites of Zaragoza is ideal. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Hotel in the center of Zaragoza. Very friendly staff. The bathroom is a bit small.
Close to everything yet still quiet and very nice rooms. Excellent breakfast available in the cafe next door.
Great small apartment hotel in the heart of Zaragoza. Would definitely stay here again. Kitchen, living room and dining table in a well located apartment. The hotel has its own bakery too. Authentic Chirros shop Churreria La Fama nearby and fabulous unique shopping just around the corner. The highlight is the proximity to the town plaza overlooking the Basilica de Nuestra Senora del Pilar. Zaragoza...

Zaragoza, Avenida Cesar Augusto, 95 🧭 Map
We stayed 3 nights here and it was very pleasant. Nice welcome, spotless rooms, good bathroom and a little balcony.
We had breakfast twice, pretty good value at €6 each.
It well located for transport, sights and shops, plus the market is right across the road. Really liked the whole town.
Very comfy and inexpensive hotel well located, with all amenities, including the choice of breakfast, in front of the Market place.
Overall all good, smal and simple rooms yet all ok. Nice view from small balcony to city centre. Breakfast with not a lot of choice but for that price worth it with very good coffee.
So disappointing when we arrived . Sadly the reception staff were very mixed in their attitude and helpfulness. The lady on check out was lovely, some of the others , could. It have been more unwelcoming. We were on 5th floor , it needed updating , bare walls , the bathroom had a bath no screen or curtain so water went every where. The bath needed replacing and the grouting appalling . The ceiling...
Perfect accommodation for location and service. The continental breakfast is complete and the coffee is prepared very delicious, it is not coffee from a buffet machine. The girls at the reception are very friendly and let us leave our suitcases until the night we left so we could continue sightseeing throughout the day.
In my experience very good, the first night very quiet, comfortable, spacious bed, closet, suitcase holder, desk and TV, elevator. The bathroom was very good, quite new, the bathtub clean and the toilet disinfected, hygiene products. The correct reception. The 2nd night because I rebooked for 2 more nights, well it wasn't exactly a matter of the Hotel but, at approximately 0:45 in the morning you could...

VTZ Orús Factory Hotel - Parking Muy Económico
Zaragoza, Escoriaza y Fabro 45, Delicias 🧭 Map
The staff is very kind and the place is clean and comfortable. Very well located if you are coming by bus... the reason for this grade is the problem with wifi connection...it wasn’t working at all even though I reported it. Also, there wasn’t enough sockets for charging phones and other devices in the room.
Really nice service, awesome location. Not giving the 5 stars because the rooms are very tiny, and if staying longer than a couple of days it can feel closed in
I really want to share that this place is very interesting and I am very happy to recommend it to everyone, I'm sure you'll like it.
Really nice, good service very welcoming. Have already booked a return trip.
Ideal for easy access to the city centre
Normal conditions with very friendly staff (Half of them speak English).
I would give them 5 stars but breakfasts were unacceptable. Very good connection with public transport and city.

Great location, clean room, decent shower, good bed, nice staff, a bit pricy but the city is worth it.
The hotel is located in the perfect place. Garage in the downtown is a great solution, and it isn't expansive. I couldn't change speed on AC ,so it works on its own way, or you have to turn it off. Little but annoying in hot days.
Location is great but the rooms were lacking some basic things. Not enough charging ports near the beds, no bin apart from the bathroom, air con didn't work, and the WiFi was terrible. Perfect location for the basilica however.
The hotel is great especially the help desk and the workers in general. 5 out of 5 stars for Chema at the front desk for being so helpful and nice with us! The only issues we had was with the ongoing construction that there was outside because the walls are quite thin, but luckily the hotel is very close to the main street but not directly facing it so it was very quiet. I definitely recommend!
Overall our experience has been favourable. The service was very good, and the hotel itself too, everything was fine.
I would like to point out that I was unable to eat breakfast due to my intolerances. It was my fault for not contacting the hotel beforehand, but it is true that these situations, which are so common today, could be considered a little more.
Very kind people are running this place. The room was big enough, very centrally located. No coffee machine in the room, but there are two cafes within a minute.

Great location room was a bit dirty and bed a bit hard
The property was great, and breakfast was lovely. I only stayed one night, but I was able to walk to several shopping and dining areas during my stay. The only complaint is that the room I had clearly had previous water damage, and the floor in front of the bathroom was soft, but it was otherwise perfect for a one night stay. The automatic blinds that opened up to the balcony and plaza was the best...
Good location. Hotel needs improvement
Good location.
But the rooms are outdated and needs some repair. The cleaning was below standard unfortunately.
Is ok for short stays… if no other viable option, would stay again.
The location is excellent if you are interested in the Cathedrals.
Very historic facility but clean. Not advisable for older folks because the parking is a little bit far that you need to bring your luggage and walk. 😊
The hotel is a bit dated but clean enough. The location could not be better. My room was a small single room and no view, but there’s so much and do to see close by you wouldn’t want to spend much time in the hotel. It had a restaurant tagged on one side and a cafe bar tagged on the other. Would stay again for the price great value.

This was a really good boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town. It was a short 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and most of the central sites. The rooms were very nice and modern with a terrific large rain shower in my room. San Valero is a great place to stay if you are in Zaragoza. The hotel was the perfect location with tons of food options nearby and the sites within a short walk.
The receptionist is the best! (Young guy in his 20s or so). He was so kind, and if I ever stay again in Zaragoza, it will only be in this hotel because of him! Thank you so much!
Perfect location, overlooking the bell tower of the church dedicated to the Virgin of the Pillar. The room on the 5th floor also has a lovely little terrace. The coffee and kettle available on the ground floor is a great idea. The staff were very helpful. The only drawback was the lack of a bidet or a spray bottle (hence the minus point). But the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom...
(+) We loved the location! In the heart of the old town. -> Many restaurants in the old town close between 16-19:00. (+) The staff at Reception was helpful and friendly! They offered great advice. There’s also a complimentary coffee machine and kettle at the Reception. (+) The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice with free shower amenities and towels. There was also a hairdryer inside the wardrobe...
Great location, but we didn't feel value-for-money.

The hotel is basic, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's located just two blocks from the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. There's parking nearby. The area is quiet, and the room is free from outside noise. Ours had a balcony with a partial view of the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast not good, location is good for business outside the city
Overall, the experience was very good. The location is quite convenient if you arrive by train or need to be close to the station, although it's a bit far from the center, which is worth keeping in mind if you plan to get around the city on foot.
A great location and excellent breakfast. Enjoying freshly squeezed juice is my first experience in a hotel, and I wish all hotels were like that. The only downside is that they turn off the air conditioning in winter, and in May, it's already quite warm, and they don't turn it on until mid-month.
Everything was fine. The only thing that dampened the experience was that there was no air conditioning. The system was there, but it didn't work, and it was very hot. I don't know if the air conditioning was damaged occasionally or if it's always like this, because I'd think about it next time if I go in the summer.
Highly recommended hotel, very friendly and approachable staff, I recommend it 100%. I will not hesitate to return to the same hotel. The hotel's courtesy of coffee and infusions 24 hours a day made the stay great.
the room was good for the price we like it its absolutely fair for the money but O wasn't impresaed with breakfast

The room was large, but the gym was mediocre.
Everything was great, exactly as described.
Zaragoza is a beautiful and quiet city. The hotel is well located and has parking for 20 euros. The room rate I booked was higher than the room I booked, and the hotel automatically upgraded me to a second suite, which was very nice. Breakfast was served on the top floor, which was a nice touch. Great review!
The price is reasonable and the room is very spacious. We stayed in room C, which has two bedrooms and a living room, kitchen, and bathroom facilities. The hotel's breakfast room is on the top floor and very comfortable. There is also a small spa for a reasonable price. The hotel is decorated with Van Gogh's paintings, which I like very much. 😏
We booked a one bedroom, the unit comes with washing machine and kitchen. Interior is a bit outdated, but the location is great.
Parking is 20 euro a night.

Nice hotel very close to the center. Good staff and location. We will repeat it next time.
Arrived on a Saturday afternoon on the hottest day. Welcome service with a smile. Two night stay. Clean room, good amenities. Free coffee available 24 hours a day.
Great position to cross the bridge over to the cathedral. Perfect location.
Breakfast around the corner next to Mercadona. 7 tapas for 6€. Perfect.
Would certainly stay again.
Really nice hotel for such a good price. This is the second time I have stayed & I will certainly be returning. Very comfortable well equipped room with friendly staff. It's also a nice relaxing experience in the lounge downstairs. Always enjoy walking out the front door & taking in the beauty of El Pilar. Thanks again & hopefully see you again soon!
Good experience with very attentive personal.
They helped me a lot with a minor problem I had with the room. The staff was very friendly and attentive and there was a very rich breakfast.
Lovely views of "El Pilar" from the room too.
Thank you very much!
We enjoyed in general very much our stay. The place is comfortable and very convenient. Silent and near the river and main city center attractions. The breakfast very complete and worth it. The only thing was the heat at night in the room. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no AC because we were told that until the 15 of may they don't turn it on...
Very well located, free coffee all day. Very clean, although it was hot on the top floor.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, and good location. Has everything you need for a night or two in the city.
The hotel is very well located.
The rooms are clean and have a large window, which I personally appreciate. The beds are comfortable, and one thing I always like is a refrigerator, which hotels sometimes don't have, and I think they should. The receptionists are very friendly.
We only stayed one night, but it was a great experience.
The staff is very friendly and the place is very comfortable.
The breakfasts are complete and delicious.
Very decent hotel, with everything you need, clean, and very pleasant and efficient staff.
Everything was excellent, 10/10 for the room, everything was very clean and the service was very friendly.
Very clean and well-maintained hotel. The room is small but has everything you need, including a mini-fridge and a 40" TV. The bathroom is complete. It's not centrally located, but it has very good transport links.

The room was quite tidy but there was no soap or way of drying your hand in the bathroom. Not just in our bathroom but the bathrooms of other floors too. But, I really liked the locker; it was the same key as the door key so it was easy to use and felt very safe.
Very well located and charming atmosphere. There is a space underground, very cosy, where to attend acoustic concerts. The rooms Are fine, they rent the bed cloths and the towels. Toilets and showers are clean. There are locks inside the rooms.
The staff is very friendly and speaks English well enough to answer all questions I had. When I asked to be put in another room (due to horrible roommates) there was no problem at all. The showers are lovely, and the toilets were clean. There was a strange odour on the third floor bathroom, I think it was the trashcan. Pretty gross, but luckily it wasn't noticeable in the room itself. In the reception...
I expected more from a youth hostel. The social area and the kitchen with its dining room were ok but boring, with no decoration. The main color is beige and the walls in the dormitory were empty (and beige...). It was tidy and clean. The sheets and the towels are extra-paid (3 and 1,5 €, or 4€ if you take both). Under the hostel there is a bar with concerts almost every night at 21:00.

It's a good site. It's easy to get to. It's big and spacious, the pitches are generously sized and the people are great.
What lets it down disastrously - and the reason it only gets only three stars - is that the facilites for the disabled are a disgrace.
The disabled toilet and shower are about 15 metres apart which is awkward. When I arrived there was a 'fridge in the toilet!!! It was removed immediately...
Decent enough campsite. Had a pitch near to servicios, #82. EHU a problem and #83 too lazy to walk a few yards to the socket with his number on and took mine. Bar good for a drink didn't see if food was available.
Great stopover campsite, a 10 min walk from Mercadona, Alcampo a five minute drive for fuel. Bars and restaurants nearby, bus stop at the door. Excellent dog walks from the campsite.
Loads to visit in Zaragoza. (Visited out of season).
Brilliant campsite just on the edge of Zaragoza. Good sanitary block with possibly the most powerful showers on planet Earth. Bus to the city every 20 mins from a stop 5 mins walk away. Recommended
Stopped in Sept on way back to UK with our dogs- Campervan.
Staff friendly... Plot size good with connections nearby.. Ground rock hard, be mindful if you are putting up an awning.. Showers and Toilets fine.. Great enclosed site, pool was nice and bar was reasonably priced, parks for the kids.. Wooded areas to walk the dogs in the shade.. Supermarket 10 min walk away.. Bit pricey compared to rest of...
Aunque no estés alojado, hay espacio para jugar, piscina. El precio de acceso a la piscina es similar a las públicas. Y si reservas para comer, el restaurante te invita a la piscina.
