The room was quite cramped. Once the suitcase was opened, there was barely any space to walk. The bedside tables were replaced with two stools, which couldn’t be used for sitting after placing items on them. The comforter had visible lint, and the pillowcases were pilled, so cleanliness and comfort could be improved.
The TV was an older model. Although the remote had a Netflix button, the function didn’t work, and YouTube couldn’t be accessed either, making the entertainment setup outdated.
The bathroom was the most disappointing part of the stay. Although the shower area was separated by a glass wall, the bottom was hollow, so it didn’t prevent water from splashing into the toilet area. There were no shelves or any space to place clothes or personal toiletries, which was very inconvenient. The sink had strong water pressure but poor drainage, causing water to accumulate easily. The bathroom door didn’t fit properly and had a noticeable gap at the bottom, allowing cold air to blow in while showering.
Overall, the room layout and maintenance need improvement. With better cleaning standards and bathroom design, the stay could be much more comfortable.

Very simple yet great, rooms are proper, staff helps you if you need. Simple and good breakfast, near the center.

Expensive with breakfast, small rooms with a strange 20cm high step up to the bathroom. Very hard beads, could not sleep as long as we wanted because of backpain

The "air conditioning" is not adjustable by customers and it is insufficient when the outdoor temperature is 25°c. Would not recommend this hotel in hot weather. The windows can't be opened without a window opener tool. Even if you have the tool with you, only a small window can be opened. The main window is oversized and can't open without risking the hinges.

Is very green hotel no plastic found.
The position Is only 500 MT from the center.The people are helpful and kindly.
The breakfast are minimal not tò much thinghs tò choice.
The room are ok but no space no chair available, and the bothroorm Is very small.

hotel with good price, very good beds, small bathroom but very clean and everything you need, Coffee and tea and water for free in the lobby, good breakfast included, Space to stay and work a bit after breakfast, Special: fridge Box with code for every room!! free (simple) bikes for free to lend, 5 Min. to the lake and 15 per feet to the wonderful New VILLU (Sauna and Restaurant) at the harbour.

The room is a bit small but functional. I just wish there is a normal office table and chair☺️ the stuff there is super nice!

The hotel operates on the green concept, even the door key is made from the recycled wood (amazing it is). The location is ideal. Room a bit small, but in view of its location, the tradeoff is worth it. The shopping street/downtown area, marine port and some sightseeing venues are within the walking distance. Coffee is available 24/7, it is a great plus.

We booked here as a treat quite last minute due to impeding circumstances and it was such a lovely stay! The hotel was absolutely beautiful in every corner and the service all around was excellent; The staff can’t do enough for you and the cleanliness is top notch. Will definitely be recommending this place.
