City Center location
Have stayed here before, a couple of times.. like the location, the restaurant is ok, breakfast is very nice, roof top bar also very nice. The parking is ok, but when the departmentstore is closed you have to walk all the way around outside with the luggage… not so convenient.. the rooms are ok, but a little boring and worn. Overall an ok hotell for a night. Staff nice and helpful.

Yes it was lumene's products however they told me they only sell that shampoo to you/ hotels. The shampoo avaible on their website are not the same as the nordic collection you have in your rooms

Lovely as always
We tried a superior room and we can say that we prefer the standard. Bed was too soft and also there were more sounds then when we had room with window not pointing to tori area.

As always excellent staff and room was clean and well lit. We only had one hand towel but it was fine since we were only staying one night.

Amazing hospitality and very understanding for changes, I highly recommend this hotel.😌

Good location but there was a lot of noise at night. Staff 👍 Halloween top performer at Walo bar.

Nice but overpriced
The peice was absolutely disporpotionate to the level of service and cleanliness. The room was nice but nothing special, and very small.

So many good things to say.

I stayed here this past week, arriving late Monday evening and leaving Friday morning.

Slight issue is that the first thing I did on the Tuesday morning was slip, dislocate my ankle and break my leg in 4 places. Not ideal, and I should point out that I did not do this in the hotel.

After returning from hospital later that day, the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic. They got me a wheelchair, helped me get around the hotel, came to collect me from my room, put a chair in my shower room, called for all kinds of transport for me and generally were incredibly supportive.

The next day following my surgery I came to my room and there was a small cuddly toy on the bed, with bandages on its legs, a lovely note and some fresh fruit and drinks waiting for me in the fridge.

Many many thanks go out to all those ladies who worked at the reception desk who really did make an awful experience so much better.

Aside that, the food in the hotel restaurant is really very good, they have a nice selection of beers and drinks (which I definitely needed), breakfast was well set out and had a nice variety of food, and my room was excellent. You couldn't ask for a better location either.

Overall fantastic, and again, so many thanks.

In the city center, good location🥰, average breakfast, there is a bar next to it, and you can hear the music in the middle of the night
