Had a great time here. We loved making gingerbread & decorations. Santa was brilliant and thanks to the Shamen lady for helping out our daughter.

Absolutely wonderful. Liads of snow and lots of fun. Lots of winter outdoor activities for all age ranges. Cookie and Xmas decoration making. Elves everywhere, even a troll cave. Santa meet and greet an unforgettable experience.

Went to see Santa, excellent, grandchildren had a fantastic time (big kids too) plenty to do. Great experience

With Pirre, things are taken care of well, myself when oo tämmönen "southern watery" and I can't change the lamp, Pirre comes and takes care of things and remembers to smile ☺

had an incredible stay at this hotel!! room was spacious with a balcony, breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food and drink. service was particularly outstanding, really friendly staff that let us keep our stuff when we arrived early and wanted to leave late. also let us shower after skiing even though we had already checked out. can’t fault this hotel, thank you!!

Excellent Hotel/Resort located a 5 minute walk from the Levi skiing slopes. The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and tidy. The spas and pool were great to relax in after hitting the ski slopes, and the gym is one of the best gyms I've experienced in a hotel. The included breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

This room is far from the main building, and it is very troublesome to move your luggage there in winter.

My family of 4 adults had a nice 2 nights stayed in this beautiful hotel. So nice and everything is excellent. My prefer hotel if u ever have a chance to go Levi again

Hotel was nice except we had to walk a fair bit to get to our room, I'm talking like a 5 minute walk. The food choice for vegans is awful, I had to live on salad for a week.

Right below the ski resort, the town is very small, so it's very convenient to get around. Everyone is very friendly. The room is bigger than expected, and it has its own sauna and living room, which is very nice! It's a pity that I only stayed for one night

There is no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers, so bring your own. Skiing is quite convenient, and the breakfast is delicious. But the check-in lobby is not easy to find. The navigation guide is uphill, and it is wrong to climb up and then climb down. I have to drag a board bag everywhere to find it... It's a bit tiring

I just spent 8 days there with 2 groups as tour leader and everything was awesome. Great front desk staff, always smiley and acommodating, hurra for them :) Awesome gym to work out just 4min walking from hotel with agreement to go for free(best I've ever been from a hotel). And amazing breakfast, lots of variety

Perfect hotel, I am staying here often for a night, and the personal is always friendly and sampathic. Today we had some trouble with a lost baggage, and Rita, the woman at the reception helped us a lot and called us a taxi, so we could go to the airport again. And in the end she gave us chocolate, so we can smile again :). I feel really welcome there and will thanks Rita for her help and happiness...

Nice location, easy to check in, simple yet comfortable apartment

Modern holiday apartment with sauna and proper kitchenware for cooking. Also, the interior was nicely decorated and felt relaxing. Restaurants and supermarkets are close. Short drive to many outdoor destinations. Would stay again.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we heard it's possible to see the reindeer at their back yard, so we drove there. A group of 7 reindeer in a large enclosure at the back of the hotel is easily accessible. You can buy some lichen for them at the reception/bar area for 8€ and the reindeer will happily munch it off your hand. A great option to see these cute animals up close.

This was our 5th stay at the K5 hotel and I’m not sure I’d stay anywhere else. We’ve stayed in the hotel and cabins and both are great. This time we stayed in a cabin.
