We had a great trip here a few years ago. Beautiful scenery, walks through the woods, cookie decorating and a chance to meet the real Santa! Lots to see and do

Had a great time here. We loved making gingerbread & decorations. Santa was brilliant and thanks to the Shamen lady for helping out our daughter.

Absolutely wonderful. Liads of snow and lots of fun. Lots of winter outdoor activities for all age ranges. Cookie and Xmas decoration making. Elves everywhere, even a troll cave. Santa meet and greet an unforgettable experience.

With Pirre, things are taken care of well, myself when oo tämmönen "southern watery" and I can't change the lamp, Pirre comes and takes care of things and remembers to smile ☺

Lovely hotel! The room was a little old, but most important; it was clean, tidy and comfortable! 🥰 The bed was amazing, the breakfast very nice (lots of choices, even for a vegetarian like me) and service was sooo great! ☺️ Staff was incredibly friendly, helped me so much and generally made it a memorable stay (and now I'm coming back in January 2025! I can't wait to stay at Hullu Poro again ❄️💕) ...

Levi Is wonderful and the feeling here is fantastic. The hotel in my opinion deserves three stars though. The rooms and hallways are a bit old and dusty, they clean the room every three days and generally the staff is not that welcoming, in particular the receptionists. The entrance hall is beautiful and warm, it's not the same for everything else in the hotel. In the bathrooms there is no shower gel...

I visited here when my children were young on a lapland holiday in December. It is an attractive hotel and a good base for our activities but I could not get the shower to work and it looked like a really nice one with different settings !

Brilliant hotel. Food/buffet was nice, little bit limited on choice. Rooms well equipped and warm. Friendly staff.

Hotel was nice except we had to walk a fair bit to get to our room, I'm talking like a 5 minute walk. The food choice for vegans is awful, I had to live on salad for a week.

I just spent 8 days there with 2 groups as tour leader and everything was awesome. Great front desk staff, always smiley and acommodating, hurra for them :) Awesome gym to work out just 4min walking from hotel with agreement to go for free(best I've ever been from a hotel). And amazing breakfast, lots of variety

Modern hotel in the centre of Levi. Very good breakfast and excellent service including lost credit card found by staff and delivered in reception.

Perfect hotel, I am staying here often for a night, and the personal is always friendly and sampathic. Today we had some trouble with a lost baggage, and Rita, the woman at the reception helped us a lot and called us a taxi, so we could go to the airport again. And in the end she gave us chocolate, so we can smile again :). I feel really welcome there and will thanks Rita for her help and happiness...

One of the best hotels in Levi, that I've stayed at! I got an amazing room, with both bath tub and a balcony on the 4th floor, just as I'd wished for 👍🏼 The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We stayed three nights and the staff were superb - really friendly and helpful. Nice sauna nice rooms and also had a great breakfast - also very central spot. They gave our wee baby a toy too which was super kind of them!

We stopped there on the way. It was a twin standard room. Very friendly staff in hotel. Room was clean, tidy and spacious with large twin beds. We were pleasantly surprised by the compliment from the hotel in the form of sweets inside the room. We were with a dog, so our dog got own treats also. Our room also had a sauna, which was very convenient and after a long journey by car. Breakfast was tasty...

the location is fantastic and just a short walk to shops and restaurants not to mention the slopes! the sauna was a real plus.

Great location, lovely room with balcony (we had one overlooking the reindeers!), sauna was great, food delicious and high quality. All staff very helpful. Kids loved it too. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the K5. If you are going to purchase excursions through Levi information centre direct then this hotel as ideal as it’s next to it. Therefore your excursions pick ups are a 30 second walk. The hotel is very well equipped with a varied and nice breakfast. There is a supermarket within a couple of mins walking. Small but perfectly formed. We loved our stay at the K5 Hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, staff were friendly and welcoming, plus the added bonus of being able to watch the reindeer while eating in the restaurant or relaxing with a drink at the bar.

Nice and quiet hotel with free parking. Clean room, lots of office space. Great interior and very friendly staff. Special unusually tasty burgers.
