The reception was fantastic. My pet also received excellent service. It took me a long to figure out how to acquire a drink from the bar upstairs. If the receptionist offers 24/7 service, that means they are available at all times. A truly pet-friendly motel.

What word can I use to describe ❤️ Beautiful room, good quality in every little detail. The workers at the hotel is the best. I fee I was really taken care of and my word when I called and asked for a good and quiet room was heard. The window was next to the wood.. it was amazing. The hotel is right next to a ski slope with a drag lift, and there are several wide, quiet runs going down from there. Compared to South Point, the slopes here are quieter. Hotel is lovely cosy and warm the large clothes dryers in the room were very useful. We enjoyed the breakfast but preferred to eat out at night. The reception staff were extremely helpful when we couldn't find a sledge they sorted one out within minutes of asking. Lovely hotel close to all shops, restaurants and ski slopes. We really liked the private sauna in our room, which was well needed after a days ski. Hotel lobby and bar was also nice and welcoming.

We stayed at this hotel in December and was so pleased we picked this one. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet was brilliant. The hotel is very central to everything and there is a shop across the road. we loved our holiday to Levi and will defiantly return.

Great location, very clean rooms and a good selection for Breakfast. Didn't entry the lunch or dinner options so I can't comment. Reception staff always friendly and welcoming. Best time for breakfast is early .. It's calmer before 9am. Rooms were a little bit too warm sometimes but that better than being cold.

They upgraded us from a deluxe double to a lovely two room suite, complete with its own sauna, and complementary champagne, red wine and snacks! No ida why, but awesome! Fantastic hotel , we got the room with the sauna (117) and it was very spacious and super modern. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating and checked us in early. We got a fridge full of complimentary drinks and snacks. We got free access to the water park. Great location for sure near town and ski resort.

I loved this hotel. We stayed as a large family over 3 rooms. All the rooms were warm and comfortable with plenty of storage and room. We even had a sauna in the largest family room. Golden Crown Levin Iglut is an absolute dream! We stayed in the glass igloos for one night, and it was a magical experience from start to finish. Golden Crown is located on the South East side of Oy Levi Ski Resort. It seemed possible to ski back down to your room after a long day on the mountain, but getting to a chair lift or T-Bar is a challenge without a vehicle. The rooms were fantastic. Very elegant place to stay. The nature surrounding this place is phenomenal. The igloo itself is simple and comfortable. Not much more to add. This place is self service though so don’t expect anyone to help with luggage. The restaurant is nice and comfort. Wait staff was very tentative there and the food was great!

The ritual at Levi Igloo's house was an unforgettable experience. The whole wedding package was more than perfect! The staff, the food, the decor, the atmosphere - everything is absolutely amazing! On the wedding night, everything was crowned with northern lights.

The cabin hotel is at the foot of the mountain, very close to the cable car station. Levi is a very small city. There was no heavy snow when I went there, and I couldn't ski. It was a bit of a pity that I didn't see the northern lights.

This hotel is centrally located in Levi, which is dead in summer. The hotel room looks about 40 years old. It's clean, but not modern, and clearly worn down by hard winter seasons. We spent the day in the water park and it was great. Our two young kids always enjoy it. There's a great variety of pool depths and temperatures. There's even a slide that they love.

We stayed for two nights. The dinner was delicious, just like at a good restaurant, and even included dessert. We were able to see the amazing aurora both days, which was great.

The food is great! The stay is very nice, but the services such helping in luggage in the snow and take them from the car to the room which can he very far isn’t exists at all and it might be challenging.

I brought my children here to see the Northern Lights during the Spring Festival. This is a great hotel. You can make an appointment at the front desk for pick-up and drop-off services to the nearby ski resort and airport. I will come back next time if I have the chance. Recommended

The Reindeer sleigh was magical, so well looked after and amazing surroundings. My only gripe was that our ride was only 25 minutes due to lack of snow. We were only informed of this on arrival so no option to cancel and no offer of partial refund. Excellent Hotel/Resort located a 5 minute walk from the Levi skiing slopes. The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and tidy. The spas and pool were great to relax in after hitting the ski slopes, and the gym is one of the best gyms I've experienced in a hotel. The included breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

It was ok. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and it was 30 Euros one way. I arrived late night to the hotel ( around 9 PM) and the key was left outside in a mailbox for me to check in. Very nice built hotel and rooms . You can sleep overnight, around 200eur for one night. We didn't do that. There are around 12 rooms, looks nice. Seems to be extremely quite there at night. You have an ice bar with ice drinks from ice glasses. Every room had it's own theme. Also Amsterdam! There was also a Northern light watch but unfortunately we didn't see that due to some clouds. Can’t book in advance but didn’t seem to be a problem when we arrived. There can be big groups here around lunchtime and it was a little busy, but still amazing ice carvings and worth the trip out from Levi. Tickets were only 19 EUR directly, much much cheaper than some of the tours we looked at (you would just need to sort your own transfer for the 30 minute trip from Levi).

Amazing experience. Drove here from Levi in the middle of winter and it was still a great, beautiful drive. We ate at the Ice restaurant which was an experience in itself, but the ice sculptures in the ice village is amazing. Every room deserved a picture and it was once in a life time experience. Make sure to dress VERY warmly though. It gets cold being in there while.

Fantastic place, we had a quick tour around explaining how they build it and why they can use snow from the sky and how they make it by pumping it up from the local river and spraying it in the air to freeze and then harvest it. Every year it melts down and last November they started building and had most of it done in a month. Slide was the best part .

The staff was super helpful, called a nearby medical center, got us the contact information and even offered us a coffee on the house while we were waiting. Closest you can get to Pallas apart from staying at Hotel Pallas. We had B-type cabin at Jeriskylä cabin village just uphill from the hotel. Hotel staff is very welcoming and warm. Hotel has nice, Laplandish breakfast even for cabin dwellers. Seems cozy and nice otherwise too. Cabin is awesome and has everything skiing family would need. Arctic Sauna World is awesome. The cottages at Hotelli Jeris have been recently refurbished and are the perfect place for some peaceful winter relaxation and winter sports. The staff were kind and welcoming and the whole experience was excellent. Will be visiting again soon.
