Excellent room nice stuff everywhere I only did 1 big walk to Levi town rooms look nice close to the cable cars

I visited here when my children were young on a lapland holiday in December. It is an attractive hotel and a good base for our activities but I could not get the shower to work and it looked like a really nice one with different settings !

We had a wonderful 4 night holiday here. The hotel was lovely, clean, warm , and had friendly staff. The lobby bar was open 24/7 with a selection of tables and chairs or comfy sofas and coffee tables to relax at after a busy day. They serve amazing hot chocolate for the kids, and delicious mulled wine for the grownups (other beverages available)! They also served a variety of bar snacks, chips, burgers...

Our room was a tad small for 2 adults and a child. Food was good we went half board so breakfast and evening meal was included + no limit on how much you eat. Nice hotel on the whole, clean and tidy. Also short 10 minutes walk to the lake where you can see the northern lights. You can sometimes see them from the hotel but the lake is best as it is dark so the show is so much better as you can see from...

Lovely lobby/bar area, and everyone is super friendly. Food in the buffet was ok. It doesn't blow you away, but it was all nice and something for everyone. I read somewhere about the amazing fries... i confirm that they are delicious. Basic amenities in room, but it is as described, and we only used it for sleeping. Amazing location and views of the slopes.

Levi is a wonderful location with it's ski slopes, abundance of Christmas experiences and proximity to Kittilä airport. Hotel rooms are very 'tired' though and ours was extremely cold and draughty though (which is not ideal when it's - 30!)

The ritual at Levi Igloo's house was an unforgettable experience. The whole wedding package was more than perfect! The staff, the food, the decor, the atmosphere - everything is absolutely amazing! On the wedding night, everything was crowned with northern lights.

Perfect place! The setting is amazing, the service is top notch, the food is really delicious. Unique vacation! Fully recommend!

Exquisite cuisine. Don't come here hungry. The food is exquisite, tasty, beautiful and good. The service is very attentive. Doses are small. Nice place with a small group. Time flies like wings. The wines are good. A good choice if you want luxury.

It is a MUST to have this experience even without northern lights. Excelent service

Place and igloo are amazing, people are very kindly ! Need a little bit refresh to the room maybe on the furniture in regards with the night price.

Clean rooms warm with small drying area. Friendly informative reception. Buffet meals with vast array of choice. I was there a week and didnt get bored with menu. Free sledges for the kids. Price included free access to spa sauna and pools including outdoor pool and hot tubs. Free towels. Kids play room down stairs. I would go again

Magical best holiday. Swimming outside in -18 and your hair freezes up and just the whole experiences. Plane hold froze up delay for 3 hours in minus 27 but no one looses there heads or panics, pizza in the spa hotel the best too

The hotel is located at the edge of the village by the highway and 500m from the slope. There are many bars around and restaurants are within a short walking distance. The hotel is made up of many small buildings - none of which are connected to the reception or the spa. Good summer and winter place to have a vacation.

Visited for Lapland in December 2023. When we got there, check in was a bit of a queue, but there was a fake fire thingy near check in. We got up to our room, very clean and tidy. Perfectly accommodated our family of 2 adults and 4 children! Free laundry facilities , great breakfast buffet range . More child friendly options for dinner would be appreciated but easy to catch gondola down to town where there a few choices. Warming cupboards greatly appreciated and ski in ski out was excellent with kids. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great hotel that is being let down by its restaurant and staff's inability to ensure that guests control their children. Hotel Levi Panorama is a great place to sleep over. The view over Levi is amazing and the hotel is very spacious, modern and clean. Access to the ski lifts are less than 20 meters away from the hotel and ski equipment can be stored in the basement of the hotel, with access to the ski lifts from there. The restaurant has great food and all the staff are very friendly. Very happy!!

Located above Levi town is the Panorama hotel. We took the gondola up from the bottom €42 for a family of 4 return. We only went in to have some food in the restaurant as the views were supposed to be great. Inside is warm and welcoming. Plenty of seating was available so we sat by the window. Perfect hotel, I am staying here often for a night, and the personal is always friendly and sampathic. Today we had some trouble with a lost baggage, and Rita, the woman at the reception helped us a lot and called us a taxi, so we could go to the airport again. We stayed three nights and the staff were superb - really friendly and helpful. Nice sauna nice rooms and also had a great breakfast - also very central spot. They gave our wee baby a toy too which was super kind of them!

Impressed to see a sauna inside our toilet. The room is very well equipped with iron, hair dryer, kettle etc. Has a balcony with good view of the ski location. Breakfast is good with very nice tea leaves available to brew (not tea bag). but buffet dinner is a disappointment, with too little selection (halved of what’s available for breakfast). We spent the day in the water park and it was great. Our two young kids always enjoy it. There's a great variety of pool depths and temperatures. There's even a slide that they love.

Just finished a 7 day Ski trip to Lapland with Inghams. We went as a group of 8 so in total had 4 rooms. 3 were Family rooms and one was a Sammal Suite. We use the spa only, and after reading a few reviews, we were actually pleasantly surprised. What a great day we had! There is something for everyone and very relaxing and fun. good location close to ski slopes. I got discount in the aqua park. I had room with one double bed and two single beds for myself, and this room was very nice. however, if there would be accomodated a full family of 4, it would feel quite tight. very nice bathroom. my room had a balcony too. breafests were good, with large choice of food. stuff at the hotel very friendly.

Hotel was nice except we had to walk a fair bit to get to our room, I'm talking like a 5 minute walk. The food choice for vegans is awful, I had to live on salad for a week.

We really enjoyed our stay at the K5. If you are going to purchase excursions through Levi information centre direct then this hotel as ideal as it’s next to it. Small but perfectly formed. We loved our stay at the K5 Hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, staff were friendly and welcoming, plus the added bonus of being able to watch the reindeer while eating in the restaurant or relaxing with a drink at the bar.

Modern holiday apartment with sauna and proper kitchenware for cooking. Also, the interior was nicely decorated and felt relaxing. Restaurants and supermarkets are close. Short drive to many outdoor destinations. Would stay again.
