Right below the ski resort, the town is very small, so it's very convenient to get around. Everyone is very friendly. The room is bigger than expected, and it has its own sauna and living room, which is very nice! It's a pity that I only stayed for one night

There is no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers, so bring your own. Skiing is quite convenient, and the breakfast is delicious. But the check-in lobby is not easy to find. The navigation guide is uphill, and it is wrong to climb up and then climb down. I have to drag a board bag everywhere to find it... It's a bit tiring

I just spent 8 days there with 2 groups as tour leader and everything was awesome. Great front desk staff, always smiley and acommodating, hurra for them :) Awesome gym to work out just 4min walking from hotel with agreement to go for free(best I've ever been from a hotel). And amazing breakfast, lots of variety

Perfect hotel, I am staying here often for a night, and the personal is always friendly and sampathic. Today we had some trouble with a lost baggage, and Rita, the woman at the reception helped us a lot and called us a taxi, so we could go to the airport again. And in the end she gave us chocolate, so we can smile again :). I feel really welcome there and will thanks Rita for her help and happiness...

The reception was fantastic. My pet also received excellent service. It took me a long to figure out how to acquire a drink from the bar upstairs. If the receptionist offers 24/7 service, that means they are available at all times. A truly pet-friendly motel.

What word can I use to describe ❤️ Beautiful room, good quality in every little detail. The workers at the hotel is the best. Fantastic hotel , we got the room with the sauna (117) and it was very spacious and super modern. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating and checked us in early. We got a fridge full of complimentary drinks and snacks. We got free access to the water park. Great location for sure near town and ski resort.

Very elegant place to stay. The nature surrounding this place is phenomenal. The igloo itself is simple and comfortable. Not much more to add. The cabin hotel is at the foot of the mountain, very close to the cable car station. Levi is a very small city. There was no heavy snow when I went there, and I couldn't ski. It was a bit of a pity that I didn't see the northern lights.

We spent the day in the water park and it was great. Our two young kids always enjoy it. There's a great variety of pool depths and temperatures. There's even a slide that they love.

We stayed their for one night...but this stay is needed to make your Lapland trip memorable and give you all the Arctic feels! They had reindeers, alpacas, sheep and cows....staff was friendly...giving it 4 stars since they had very less vegetarian options

Incredibly picturesque location and friendly staff. The rooms are cute and even with full cloud cover it was a lovely experience staying in the igloo hut. Interesting experience. Sleeping under open sky. Nice simple clean design. Renting for one night it’s not cheep like 300-500 eur per night for two ppl. Still it’s nice to do it. We really loved our time at the farm. We spent the entire week there and already are missing the breakfasts by Ellie. Feeding the reindeer and walking around the property was really special. The beds were very comfortable, huts were very clean, and we really loved the big fires that Jere made in the kota. We'll be back!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. We had an aurora suite for 2 nights and were able to see the aurora both nights. I highly recommend taking an aurora tour as well for a different vantage point. The food was excellent, and all staff was welcoming and helpful.

Dinner and breakfast provided (buffet style with good food indeed), luggage service upon request. With the price and service, I would think it's really value of money! Highly recommend who those coming to Levi town at Finland 👍🏻

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we heard it's possible to see the reindeer at their back yard, so we drove there. A group of 7 reindeer in a large enclosure at the back of the hotel is easily accessible. You can buy some lichen for them at the reception/bar area for 8€ and the reindeer will happily munch it off your hand. A great option to see these cute animals up close.

Fabulous holiday with friends. We were a group of 8 staying in cabin 5, and very impressed with the accommodation. Loads of space, good cooking facilities, open fire, sauna, showers, and upstairs/downstairs toilets. 10 minute walk into the centre of Levi, and choice of 2 supermarkets. Already planning on returning next year.
