The reception was fantastic. My pet also received excellent service. It took me a long to figure out how to acquire a drink from the bar upstairs. If the receptionist offers 24/7 service, that means they are available at all times. A truly pet-friendly motel.

What word can I use to describe ❤️ Beautiful room, good quality in every little detail. The workers at the hotel is the best. I fee I was really taken care of and my word when I called and asked for a good and quiet room was heard. The window was next to the wood.. it was amazing. Golden Crown Levin Iglut is an absolute dream! We stayed in the glass igloos for one night, and it was a magical experience from start to finish. Golden Crown is located on the South East side of Oy Levi Ski Resort. Very elegant place to stay. The nature surrounding this place is phenomenal. The igloo itself is simple and comfortable. Not much more to add. This place is self service though so don’t expect anyone to help with luggage. The restaurant is nice and comfort. Wait staff was very tentative there and the food was great!

The ritual at Levi Igloo's house was an unforgettable experience. The whole wedding package was more than perfect! The staff, the food, the decor, the atmosphere - everything is absolutely amazing! On the wedding night, everything was crowned with northern lights.

The cabin hotel is at the foot of the mountain, very close to the cable car station. Levi is a very small city. There was no heavy snow when I went there, and I couldn't ski. It was a bit of a pity that I didn't see the northern lights.

This hotel is centrally located in Levi, which is dead in summer. The hotel room looks about 40 years old. It's clean, but not modern, and clearly worn down by hard winter seasons. We spent the day in the water park and it was great. Our two young kids always enjoy it. There's a great variety of pool depths and temperatures. There's even a slide that they love.

The Reindeer sleigh was magical, so well looked after and amazing surroundings. My only gripe was that our ride was only 25 minutes due to lack of snow. We were only informed of this on arrival so no option to cancel and no offer of partial refund. Friendly staff who are fast to answer questions, sadly no restaurant on site for dinner but they arranged and paid for a taxi into Levi! The huts are spotless and very comfortable,l and the nearby reindeer are very cute

Incredibly picturesque location and friendly staff. The rooms are cute and even with full cloud cover it was a lovely experience staying in the igloo hut. We were also greeted by a very friendly alpaca in the morning and his 2 sheep friends! Interesting experience. Sleeping under open sky. Nice simple clean design. Renting for one night it’s not cheep like 300-500 eur per night for two ppl. Still it’s nice to do it. Next door is reindeer farm and restaurant. Around place there is not much things to do. Sometimes this is also need it! :)

If you come to Lapland, this place is a must. Here I felt a little bit more from the traditional culture and the whole place is amazing. The hut is impeccable, food at breakfast is simple but tasty, and the whole area invites you to relax and enjoy the nature. Thank you! 💗

We really loved our time at the farm. We spent the entire week there and already are missing the breakfasts by Ellie. Feeding the reindeer and walking around the property was really special. The beds were very comfortable, huts were very clean, and we really loved the big fires that Jere made in the kota. We'll be back!

Right below the ski resort, the town is very small, so it's very convenient to get around. Everyone is very friendly. The room is bigger than expected, and it has its own sauna and living room, which is very nice! It's a pity that I only stayed for one night

There is no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers, so bring your own. Skiing is quite convenient, and the breakfast is delicious. But the check-in lobby is not easy to find. The navigation guide is uphill, and it is wrong to climb up and then climb down. I have to drag a board bag everywhere to find it... It's a bit tiring

I just spent 8 days there with 2 groups as tour leader and everything was awesome. Great front desk staff, always smiley and acommodating, hurra for them :) Awesome gym to work out just 4min walking from hotel with agreement to go for free(best I've ever been from a hotel). Perfect hotel, I am staying here often for a night, and the personal is always friendly and sampathic. Today we had some trouble with a lost baggage, and Rita, the woman at the reception helped us a lot and called us a taxi, so we could go to the airport again. And in the end she gave us chocolate, so we can smile again :). I feel really welcome there and will thanks Rita for her help and happiness...

Excellent Hotel/Resort located a 5 minute walk from the Levi skiing slopes. The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and tidy. We didn't stay at the hotel, but we heard it's possible to see the reindeer at their back yard, so we drove there. A group of 7 reindeer in a large enclosure at the back of the hotel is easily accessible. You can buy some lichen for them at the reception/bar area for 8€ and the reindeer will happily munch it off your hand. A great option to see these cute animals up close.

We keep coming back to Levi and the K5 Cabins, it’s just a great spot. We always go for the half board option the food is always of a great standard and plenty of it which is want you want after a busy day skiing. The cabins are very spacious and have everything you could want even a sauna. The town and ski area are only a few minutes walk away. Hopefully we will be back there again soon
