Great front desk staff, always smiley and acommodating, hurra for them :)
Awesome gym to work out just 4min walking from hotel with agreement to go for free(best I've ever been from a hotel).
And amazing breakfast, lots of variety
Today we had some trouble with a lost baggage, and Rita, the woman at the reception helped us a lot and called us a taxi, so we could go to the airport again.
And in the end she gave us chocolate, so we can smile again :).
I feel really welcome there and will thanks Rita for her help and happiness.

I got an amazing room, with both bath tub and a balcony on the 4th floor, just as I'd wished for 👍🏼
The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Also the staff is just really friendly and provides great service/help 😊
Location is perfect! For me, though, it was a little too down town (I like to enjoy the silence of Lapland), but for most it's perfect and right down town in the middle of everything you might need! 😍
The only thing I have to "complain" about was that the bath tub wasn't quite "tight", so water drained out slowly while in there. But that's a small thing compared to all the great things about the hotel - I'm definitely not against coming back 💕😊👍🏼
