For an ideal Levi getaway, this hotel delivers on location, service, and comfort. Its central location makes exploring on foot a breeze. The staff's exceptional friendliness and helpfulness are a definite plus. The room itself was a highlight: spacious, quiet, and featuring a private sauna, balcony with snowy views, and a unique mezzanine sleeping area. Practical amenities included a microwave, fridge, kettle, and clothes dryer. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes.

had an incredible stay at this hotel!! room was spacious with a balcony, breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food and drink. service was particularly outstanding, really friendly staff that let us keep our stuff when we arrived early and wanted to leave late. also let us shower after skiing even though we had already checked out. can’t fault this hotel, thank you!!

Excellent Hotel/Resort located a 5 minute walk from the Levi skiing slopes. The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and tidy. The spas and pool were great to relax in after hitting the ski slopes, and the gym is one of the best gyms I've experienced in a hotel. The included breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

The location is quite convenient—just a 10-minute walk to the town center, where you’ll find cozy restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores, and ski equipment rentals.

Hotel & Facilities:
The hotel itself is spacious and welcoming. Upon entering, you’re greeted by a large, airy lobby with a café that serves a variety of beverages, from coffee and soft drinks to beer. They also offer light bites, including finger food, sandwiches, cookies and hot dogs.

A small convenience corner in the cafe sells snacks like chips, ice cream, and candies—a thoughtful touch for guests looking for a quick treat. The lobby ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee.

Room & Comfort:
Our room was cozy and comfortable, ideal for a one-night stopover before continuing our journey.

Wellness & Relaxation:
The hotel offers a sauna and jacuzzi pool, perfect for warming up in the winter.

The sauna is gender-segregated and comes with lockers and changing rooms.
The jacuzzi is mixed-gender, so be sure to bring your swimwear.
Downside: Guests must bring their own towels from the room, as towels are not provided at the sauna/jacuzzi facility.
The jacuzzi pool is quite small, fitting a maximum of 5 people. During our visit, we had to wait in the sauna until the previous group left.
Minor Drawbacks:
Motion-Sensor Lighting: The stairway lobby and corridors leading to the rooms are quite dark due to delayed sensor lights, which sometimes fail to activate immediately. This can feel a bit unsettling, especially for elderly guests.
Service:
The service was lovely, with café staff being particularly warm and helpful.

The hotel also comes with a well equipped gym for a great workout too!

Overall Verdict:
A good place to stay with great amenities and a cozy atmosphere, though minor improvements (like lighting and towel availability) could enhance the experience further.

This room is far from the main building, and it is very troublesome to move your luggage there in winter.

My family of 4 adults had a nice 2 nights stayed in this beautiful hotel. So nice and everything is excellent. My prefer hotel if u ever have a chance to go Levi again
