A very nice Hotel for a reasonable price, in the center of Lahti. Parking was a bit tricky, because at the parking garage I was searching for the Sokos Logo on the signs, which are in fact very tiny on the bottom on the signs saying Seurahuone. But a lot of space in there!
The Hotel itself seems to be well maintained and rooms are good and pretty quiet. The Bathroom war very nice!
The breakfast has a large selection, so almost everybody will find something for a perfect start into a new day.
Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Great central location, pleasant rooms (all though they are a bit small) and very tasty breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my room had balcony! The bathrooms are impractical as there is no barrier between shower and the rest so you have to get the whole bathroom wet in order to take a shower.

Excellent hotel in a great location in Lahti. I stayed here several nights. Both check-in and check-out were easy. The bed was very comfortable and I had a view onto Alexander street. It was a very good stay and I could just recommend this hotel when you are planning to come to Lahti.

Excellent breakfast with wonderful breakfast staff, which does not distinguish this hotel in my experience. In fact, there is nothing exceptional about this hotel. The check-in staff are efficient yet need coaxing to problem-solve. The health center hours are short and inconveniently timed at the dinner hour. The rooms and overall cleanliness of the hotel are 2- to 3-star. Rooms on the 5th floor are separated mid-way by a 6-step flight of stairs, requiring heavy bags to be hauled up and down from my room to reach the elevator. This, for $1000 for four nights. A ordinary hotel which I do not recommend at any room rate.

Very good modern hotel in the centre of Lahti. Nice, cosy rooms, comfortable beds, complimentary sauna. Very good breakfast - many meals to choose.
One remark - for me unacceptable to have scrambled eggs made out of powder. Please consider to change it. It's so easy!

Great staff everywhere. The room felt very clean, and thank you for the advice to choose room indoors, not towards the street. Breakfast had a whole table with glutenfree! Should I say something to improve is it like most hotels, I missed a shoehorn in the room.

I have no idea why this hotel has such positive reviews. For what I paid for a "Solo Up" room vs. what I got was more than disappointing. Brown, ugly sofa, cheap looking prints on the wall, small tv (in comparison to the room size) that you can barely see subtitles from - looking from the bed, stuff meant for kids (some kind of plastic animal and awful towel racks that look like they're aimed for someone under 5 years old - no, I'm not 5 but a business traveller), weird curtain and just - well, disappointing. You can hear EVERYTHING from the street and also showering from the floor above (sauna premises?). For this price point, you could get something modern, stylish and clean decorated in most European metropolitans. But hey, we're in Lahti and guess taste doesn't matter. Never again.

Well kept hotel with relaxed atmosphre, friendly service, nice clean and spacey rooms. Excellent bar with superb beer selection. Vääksy on tap.

Nice Hotel in the middle of Lathi. The rooms are clean, quiet, not worn out and space was ok.
Breakfast is great with a good selection of nearly everything. Service personal polite and proactive.
Parking Garage is available.
No complaints, I will come back again :-)

Good for business travels.
The Service:
I arrived late and found the car parking was full, the service was kind of lacking as the reception didn't have any alternative for me and prior to arriving i asked specifically for a parking which they told me they couldn't reserve, but it is almost never full. I had to figure out where to park and leave the car in the street. (To other travelers i can recommend the market square parking, it's close and cost 16 euro a day and plenty of space).

Perfect location, right in the center. It's close to food options and right in the city center.
Sum up:
I was feeling a little let down by the receptionist and felt like she may have been a little rude. Otherwise its likely the best hotel in Lahti and a decent place overall with a good breakfast in Lahti. Good for business travels.
