The buffet breakfast is pretty average, funnily enough the metal containers are warmer than the contents (think lukewarm pancakes under a hot lid).
Besides those issues, the staff was nice, the sitting area in the lobby looked cozy, and there's public transport just around the corner.
Verdict: A bit overpriced for its quality, but I guess it's the proximity to the city center driving up the price.
Rooms were clean and welcoming, but kind of lacking a final inspiring touch in terms of decorating - Dull, per say, when comparing to other scandic hotels. However, the long balcony compensated well :)
Breakfast was okay and they had vegan options as well. Great pancakes. Pretty standard scandic-level breakfast.
The bathtub drain emptied out too slow, so that’s a minus…
The only disappointment was breakfast. Nice selection, but many items had ran out and there wasn't much staff to ask (had to wait for milk about 15minutes). Also, I would expect 4* hotels to have cappuccino and other coffee selections as well.
But overall I had a vey nice stay there :)
There is a circus theme at the hotell.
My room was very nice, a big round-corner with large windows and balcony/terass. It was nice that I was asked if I want a bath-tub or a shower. There was no mini-fridge on my room, which is a minus.
At he breakfast I felt sorry for the staff member who worked alone with a bandage on her hand. She didn't have an uniform and this gave an unprofessional feeling. The Juice machine was broken and I had to ask for water since there was no cold drinks at all.
