Hotel is lovely and the room is spacious and very clean. It’s very close to Helsinki city centre, about 15 minutes and just across the river. Buffet breakfast is delicious and fresh with plenty of options. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and in particular, the lovely lady in the kitchen is always smiling, warm, cheerful and greets everyone good morning on arrival for breakfast. It really makes a difference to the start of the day. If you don’t have a lot of luggage and arrive by train from the airport, this hotel is a short 15 minutes from from Helsinki Central station. Otherwise there is a train stop underground just a little to the left of the hotel and tram stop right in front of the hotel which is currently under renovations.

Excellent location, Metro station right next door, buses and airport bus (Bus Line 600) just right in front, Hakaniemi Market Hall just cross the road. Very clean and spacious room. Delicious breakfast.

The hotel has a children's paying room and a sauna from 18-21.
Breakfast is amazing as usual.
I have stayed in better Scandic hotels, but this one is fine as well.

Stayed here on my first trip to Helsinki. I needed to call Australia to sort out a banking issue and they let me use the hotel phone for that call. Terrific care for their guests. Breakfast is unbelievably good for the price too. Thanks.

An ok hotel just north of Helsinki city center.
Rooms of ordinary quality. Overall the hotell is in need of a shape up.
Good breakfast in a somewhat small restaurant.
