In a glass Igloo – a modern analogue of the traditional huts of the herders, surrounded by fabulous beauty of Northern landscapes, you will be part of the amazing celebration of nature at any time of the year. Exciting and ever-changing scenes of nature appears right before your eyes. Through the transparent ceiling you can admire the Northern sky, decorated with clouds, stars and magical Northern lights.
Located 10 km from the ski resort of Levi, kittilä airport - 17 km, railway station Kolari — 88 km, 170 km from Rovaniemi airport observation site "Peak Lapland" - 2 km, skisport facilities 3 km away.
Consists of a one story Igloo.
The hotel has 18 rooms.
Daily Shuttle to Levi centre at 11.00, back at 16.00 (December to March).
The restaurant will open in December.

Golden Crown Levin Iglut is an absolute dream! We stayed in the glass igloos for one night, and it was a magical experience from start to finish. The igloos are cozy, well-designed, and offer an incredible view of the Northern Lights right from your bed. Watching the aurora dance across the sky while being tucked in a warm, glass bubble was an experience I’ll never forget.
The service was excellent, and the location feels like a winter wonderland—secluded, peaceful, and perfect for stargazing. The heated glass ensured clear views despite the cold temperatures outside, and the amenities were just what we needed for a comfortable stay.
If you’re looking for a unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience in the Arctic, I can’t recommend Golden Crown Levin Iglut enough! Definitely a bucket list item checked off in style. 🌌

Had an amazing experience , everything from igloos to food to service was awesome. It was a dream come true to see northern lights from the igloo .. mesmerising ✨

Golden Crown is located on the South East side of Oy Levi Ski Resort. It seemed possible to ski back down to your room after a long day on the mountain, but getting to a chair lift or T-Bar is a challenge without a vehicle. The rooms were fantastic. Friends stayed in the smaller iglu and the amenities were fairly basic, but we happened to have the Jacuzzi unit and they do provide you with extras such as snacks, drinks of your choice and various other luxuries while you relax and enjoy the sunset or sunrise through the comfort of your nearly 360 degree glass iglu.
On the night we stayed during the first week of April, we were lucky enough to see the lights dancing in the sky. It was amazing!

Very elegant place to stay. The nature surrounding this place is phenomenal. The igloo itself is simple and comfortable. Not much more to add. This place is self service though so don’t expect anyone to help with luggage. The restaurant is nice and comfort. Wait staff was very tentative there and the food was great!

The igloos are warm, clean, and comfortable.
The staff, headed by Karolina and Reeta, are so helpful, pleasant, and accommodating.
We spent here 4 nights and had a wonderful time.

Exquisite cuisine. Don't come here hungry. The food is exquisite, tasty, beautiful and good. The service is very attentive. Doses are small. Nice place with a small group. Time flies like wings. The wines are good. A good choice if you want luxury.

The ritual at Levi Igloo's house was an unforgettable experience. The whole wedding package was more than perfect! The staff, the food, the decor, the atmosphere - everything is absolutely amazing! On the wedding night, everything was crowned with northern lights.

The view from the iglus are fantastic and is the perfect place to relax after a number of strenuous activities throughout the day close by at Levi.
