The hotel was in a very good location. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the water was always lukewarm to cold. Even the lukewarm water wasn’t enough to rinse off properly.

The owner is one of the most kind people I have ever met in hotels. He is helpful and they were keeping the hotel extremely clean. Old building but really clean and peaceful. We had a sink in our room which I liked it. There were also coffee maker, electronic kettle, fridge, microwave oven and some plates and glasses also. I liked our balcony.

The property is walking distance from city centre. Airport is only 10 mins in a taxi. I am grateful for other residents, staff and the owner who opened my room when I'm locked out. Met wonderful people. I had a great time. I would definitely recommend this property.

The guest house is located at a walk-able distance from Rovaniemi main bus station and the city centre. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. There's a common kitchen for use by the residents. The Arktikum museum and garden also close by so you can easily walk searching for aurora in winter. Above all, the owner and his team was quite helpful.

We were staying in this apartment, in a residential neighborhood ... kitchen with everything you need, very good bathroom, comfortable beds and a very pleasant temperature. The owner always ready to help and pending The area is very quiet and a walk from the center. There were toys, sleds and a garden although the snow took up everything!

A very cosy and personal experience. The host is very kind and she does everything to make you feel like home. We could also relax in the garden, surrounded by forest and singing birds. And all this very close to the centre. Just great!

A great apartment. Easy location to the city and about 15 mins taxi to SCV. The woods and the snow area around the hotel made it for us. Our little boy loved playing in the snow and there is so much scope to do so around the hotel grounds.

We liked the flexibility of having an apartment. Super clean and felt roomy enough for a family of four. Great sauna and the property was nice and warm - sound proofing not great, you can hear your near neighbours. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the town centre and all all attractions. Supermarket about a 10-min walk away.

Service is helpful but need attention on room cleaning. They only make up our bed. Location located at the center of the attraction, all was walking distance. Breakfast was good enough and staff were wonderful.

The location is very good indeed with spending in amount of US$590 for 2 nights . The front desk services is good too! However, the aluminium plating of shower cap is peel off that my finger is hurt. 4 pieces of towels are turned into grey colour and their edge are thrown. There is no connection with house keeping or front desk about your problem in room, you need go to front desk next morning...

We stayed at this lovely hotel for two days and it was a very good experience. At the right price the cabin offers a lot of space and a cozy atmosphere. Bed is super comfortable. Sofa-bed not quite but not bad also. Fridge and microwave, helps to eat some meals in the cabin. In the room you will also find a coffee maker (but not coffee) and a teapot. Sauna es fantastic!

It was a small, clean hostel in Rovaniemi. The owner, a woman, was very kind and could use LINE to give directions and introduce her friends who are aurora hunters, which was very helpful. I went to a park in the middle of the night to take pictures of the aurora, and I think I was able to take some good pictures of the Northern Lights with my iPhone. Lovely hostel at a beautiful location. It's value for money.

The hostel is small but very cozy and clean. I arrived before the check in time because I needed to leave my baggage and I didn't know about the self check in. I wrote to them through booking and they called me right away! :) The Kitchen is well stocked and clean. Big bathroom and shower! They try to save water as much as possible, very appreciated :)

It was quite easy to find the hostel. I got thorough information from the hostel by WhatsApp. The parking costs 5 euro pr day but I got to park for free since it was an available spot. :-) So, the service is good. This is not about the hostel but had a neighbour who had a really bad smell, just a stinky neighbour. He could not use key box for some reason even though it was very simple (LOL). Luckily he checked out so everyone could breathe again.
