Artic Tree House Hotel is truly a magical place to stay, especially when there is snow around. This hotel was very nice. In a top spot near the river and the CBD, shopping mall etc. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The restaurant for breakfast was also quite good. I go to Rovaniemi every year for work. First time in this hotel. I got a room in the annex. Apparently refurbished but a long way from reception, including an 80m long poorly lit tunnel. Room was spartan with no desk which was frustrating. No business centre and nowhere to work. I'd specifically asked for a quiet room but got the one by the lifts, probably the noisiest. I knew I'd arrive too...

The hotel is in a great location with a lakeside view. The location has proximity to many restaurants and shops. The staff were pleasant and polite. The swimming pool was never crowded which was very nice for kids to practice.

We had an amazing experience at the Arctic Light hotel. Max at the front desk was so helpful and informative and extremely friendly. He made sure to go out of his way to make us comfortable and helped us figure out where to eat and what to see while in the area. Waldemere at the bar was entering and friendly! We had such a lovely time at Arctic Light. The staff was amazing (especially Max and Mark from reception) and so welcoming. Our rooms were beautiful and every detail was thought through for a comfortable stay. The hotel aesthetic was beautiful. We enjoyed our evenings at the lobby bar and everything was easy to walk to from the hotel. 10/10 stay for us!

The best holiday I've ever been on! A truly magical experience with memories such as the aurora that adds a tick to the bucket list. One criticism (being picky) There is no clear separation between traffic and pedestrians. Even the signed pedestrian areas have vehicles driving up and down and it feels at time like you are walking around a carpark.

They kept cleanliness. There aren’t any amenity. You don’t take bath towel. There are some kinds of tea and pot. We often use supermarket and we borrowed spoons . We could leave our own luggage in the luggage room both before check in and after that. But that room is easy to come in, so you must use your own key to protect your luggage. However this service is so helpful!

Me and my girlfriend had a very nice stay at Villa Virpi! It's a very cosy and warm place with nice people. And their dog is very cute! We recommend staying here if you travel to Rovaniemi - it is very close to Santa Claus Village (10 minute car ride) and less than 5 minutes walk to the supermarket. Rovaniemi town is only a 5 minute car ride also! Thanks Villa Virpi, we had a great time!

This little family run hotel has exceeded our expectations. Meticulously clean, our apartment offered plenty of space, all the kitchen amenities and a private sauna. Breakfast was fresh and generous (and catered for intolerances), staff - very helpful and friendly.

Came here for only one night before my flight south. Facilities are good (well equipped kitchen!) and the room was clean and tidy, though a bit cold at night. Reception wasn’t that useful for questions, and was strict about check-out time (10:00am).

A Very warm and cozzy hotel, I liked the rooms, the staff were very nice and handful and the food was okay too. Located exactly in the central area where local bars, casino, rastuarnts, several malls and a 24/7 market can be found, also close to the lake and a spacial view point where at night you can see the amazing northen lights (aurora) if you get lucky enough 🤞

It didn't feel like a 4 star hotel to us. The twin rooms were very small and the beds had really thin mattresses and pillows. The furniture felt flimsy.
