Service is helpful but need attention on room cleaning. They only make up our bed. Location located at the center of the attraction, all was walking distance. Breakfast was good enough and staff were wonderful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Santa Claus Holiday Village in Rovaniemi, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a festive atmosphere that truly captured the spirit of Christmas.
The accommodation was cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Our cabin was spacious, featuring a private sauna—a perfect way to unwind after a chilly day outside. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities while still maintaining a charming, rustic feel.
The location is unbeatable, situated right in the Santa Claus Village. It was incredibly convenient to visit Santa’s office, cross the Arctic Circle, and enjoy the various winter activities like husky sledding and reindeer rides. Plus, the breathtaking snowy landscapes made for unforgettable moments.
The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold dishes, including traditional Finnish options. The on-site restaurants also provided delicious meals, with a cozy ambiance perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring guests had the best experience possible. Whether it was arranging activities or providing recommendations, their service was top-notch.

The location is very good indeed with spending in amount of US$590 for 2 nights . The front desk services is good too! However, the aluminium plating of shower cap is peel off that my finger is hurt. 4 pieces of towels are turned into grey colour and their edge are thrown. There is no connection with house keeping or front desk about your problem in room, you need go to front desk next morning and request to change the shower cap and all towels. So trouble! Honestly said, it is not worth living in with high prices.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for two days and it was a very good experience. At the right price the cabin offers a lot of space and a cozy atmosphere. Bed is super comfortable. Sofa-bed not quite but not bad also.
Fridge and microwave, helps to eat some meals in the cabin.
In the room you will also find a coffee maker (but not coffee) and a teapot.
Sauna es fantastic!

I stayed at Santa Claus Holiday Village a coupe od times. In the Winter we can feel a Christmas Magic: visit Santa Claus, had a beautiful meal in Three Elfs Restaurant and warm up in a comfortable room. The sauna in the room is just a nice perk to the stay! In Spring I explored the area of the Santa village, admiring the beautiful nature. Both apartaments and cottages are very spacious. In Spring or Summer it can be a nice stop over when traveling up North. The Staff are always very helpful.

Suggest coming during after 1 November. Before this date, most facilities are closed.

This place is magic. Everything was perfect and We enjoyed every moment. The cottage was big, clean and fantastic. The breakfast is excellent with lot of choices.

It's a magical place, childhood dream to meet Santa.The cottage were fully equipped with personal sauna. Evening lights make village a fairytale. Breakfast is very good and lots of food options for lunch & dinner. Three elvs is one of best. Moreover Rovaniemi in Finland, the enchanting Arctic wonderland where the nights were illuminated by the ethereal glow of the Northern Lights—nature’s most beautiful gift to the dreamers of this world.
