An "exclusive" hidden gem in the heart of the old town of Chambery in Savoie. Everything was great from start to finish. Great attention to detail, comfort, a touch of luxury and service with a smile.

A truly perfect hotel. From the moment you arrive, the highly attentive staff are making sure you have a perfect stay. Large, well equipped bedrooms, luxuriously styled, a lovely ambience throughout the hotel and an absolute focus on customer service. A real gem.

A very nice, cosy and well-located hotel in the heart of the old town of Chambery.
Warm welcome from the staff, even I personally have found our host lacking some authenticity and interest in the people staying at the hotel.
Excellent quality of the service, great amenities, our room was well designed and equipped.
This hotel is obviously pricy (E.g.: SPA access at €45 per person!), but if you want to give your stay in Chambery a special feeling, I will highly recommend this place.
We stayed 2 nights, doing hiking in the near Massif des Bauges, so the SPA time, despite the lack of intimacy (!), was really welcome after long and climbing walks.
Located right next the Château des ‘Ducs de Savoie’, at the heart of the old Chambery, you will get in no time to the near busy pedestrian streets, packed with very nice and local shops.

Can’t recommend highly enough. My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and absolutely loved the place. Run by Charlotte and Jerome - a delightful and incredibly hard working husband/wife duo - the place focuses on every detail. The room was impeccably presented and impeccably well kept throughout our stay. The hotel that they’ve designed as they’ve acquired more and more of the building is well-envisioned and executed and presents a calming and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic and the bar…the best one we’ve encountered in France yet. High recommend!
