The staff at night at the front desk when we arrived were fantastic. They were so kind.
The hotel was fine and I got a great workout climbing the stairs four floors which was my choice. They do have an elevator but i enjoyed the stairs. The location of the hotel is great. You’re close to everything. My only regret was the bathroom shower. If you have any disabilities make sure you request a shower that is easier to get into. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and i definitely recommend the hotel for its location and the friendly staff.

Very nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Good location and comfortable rooms. Pleasant ambiance with several spaces to enjoy a coffee or a drink. Well managed.

Amazing service and very clean. This has been the best hotel I've stayed at for this price point during my trip through Europe. The interior decor is nice as well and when they realized how heavy my luggage was, they switched me to a room that did not require stairs without me having to ask. The blanket in my room was VERY soft (I wanted to steal it because I loved it so much, but I didn't). The breakfast buffet is good but not amazing, I would recommend going to a nearby cafe instead. Its beside the elephant fountain which is in the central area for downtown shopping. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Chambéry again.

We were in Chambery for one day after a hiking trek and found a room here. The room was clean and quiet. The front desk was very helpful and the location of the hotel was on a nice block convenient to everything we wanted to walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, helpful and friendly reception but basic room a 4 star hotel. Room was small, with small towels and bizarrely paper thin cardboard cups that disintegrated if you Frito use them! Love the aspect

We stayed in Chambery during June in the Family room at this hotel. It was perfect for a family of 5. It’s one room with enough beds for all of us and our luggage. Service was excellent and they stored a few refrigerated items for us as there is no fridge in the room. The location is very central and perfect for exploring the town. Great suggestions for food and places to go from the staff. Beds were comfortable. Train and car rental is in close walking distance.

Loved this hotel. Super clean and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good choice with a lovely pot of tea. The staff here were lovely, helpful and friendly. Would recommend without hesitation.

Cozy little hotel in the middle of the city. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is very good with a great variety of options. The staff is friendly and helpful, however a little surprising that not everyone (at the front desk) speaks English at a hotel.

A beautiful hotel, excellently located in the centre of the town. Friendly, professional staff (many of whom spoke fantastic English). Rooms were spotless & finished to a high standard, very comfortable bedding. Lots of nice touches, water in the rooms, tea & coffee available 24/7 a nice range of Room Service light meals. Lots of character & charm throughout the property. I enjoyed my stay so much I returned a few days later.
