Easy booking, wonderful room in a great, central location, it provided everything we needed, and they allowed us to bring our dog for an extra 11euro/day. Location was absolutely great for spending 3 days in Annecy. Bed was comfortable. There are some inconveniences with small elevators, but it is an old building, so too be expected. The Saint Claire parking was a good choice, not too far. However, the carpet was absolutely disgusting in the hotel room. The entire carpet was stained. If they fixed that, easy 5 star for the location and value.

Location is unbeatable in the heart of the pedestrianised old town. Discount parking about 300m away at the town hall car park. Easy to find.....it's over the bridge near le Palais de l'Isle....bright yellow and has it's name on the front (tho the entrance is down the side. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location right in the heart of the old city. Unfortunately, some aspects of the stay were disappointing. I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Centre in Annecy. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the old town, the lake, and the train station. It made exploring the city really easy. 3-star hotel located along a canal at the entrance to the historic center of Annecy, just 100–200 meters from the pedestrian streets with shops and restaurants. Stayed one night with the family. Free parking is a big plus. It's not far from the city center. There's a public transportation stop nearby. The breakfast was decent, too. We were satisfied.

I stayed three nights at ACE Hotel together with my family. The room was clean. Everything was great. The only missing things were a fridge and a safe in the room. Apart this, we were happy with the service we received. The hotel is not close to the Accecy downtown. However, this was not a problem for us at all since we were traveling with our car.

If you have a car this hotel is very close to Annecy. Clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good too. Plenty of free parking spaces.

It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and opposite the old town. But it's not too far to walk along the river to the old town. Overall it's ok. It's simple, clean and convenient. Annecy is not big. If you don't go hiking, two days is enough.

There is a government-developed parking lot nearby. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk and is safer. Everything else is quite satisfactory. The only thing I hope to improve is to brighten the store sign at night, otherwise it will be really difficult to find it.

Nice place to stay in and discover the beautiful city Annecy and Le lac .. heaven on earth. The lac is like a 20-min drive from the hotel.

Sure Hotel Annecy offers a convenient stay with ample parking space and an EV charging station, which is very helpful for travellers. The room was a bit small, though this seems to be quite standard for hotels in the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical base for a night in Annecy.

This is a great hotel just a 15-20min walk, around the lake, from the centre of Annecy. We didn't eat in the hotel because their were many other options nearby. There's a couple of really good bakery options for breakfast and several restaurants for dinner. The staff at the hotel were great and the room was clean and comfortable. The Hotel was in a good location to visit Annecy. The rooms were clean and well equipped.. The food in the Restaurant was very nice with a good choice. The only problem we encountered was although we had booked parking it had not been reserved. However, the staff moved their car so we could park in the side street by the Hotel. Location was perfect, safe & quite. Street parking is limited (impossible on weekends) but there is parking lot around the corner for €20 a day. Rooms were small but functional. Wall blow dryer was horrible. Breakfast was ok in selection. With all that in mind, I would stay here again.

Well if you are just interested in a short stay and a small al breakfast it is good. The location near the city makes it nice. The room prices are moderate from 70 till 130€ per night. It is important to make a reservation with discussing about the room price if you want to get an effort.

Rooms are clean and the breakfast is quite good and reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the shower tend to leak all over the floor and the water pressure is very low unless the shower head is placed at waist height.

We spent 3 nights here. The hotel has a lovely view of the lake. Our room was small but cosy with a view of the woods. We slept so well. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good with a wide choice. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Annecy so no need to drive once you have parked the car in the hotel car park.

Very nice hotel had a great view over the lake from my balcony. Very boutique feel to the room and the decor and probably the best shower I’ve encountered. They lady on the reception was very bubbly and helpful and answered all the questions I had. Free water in the room is a nice touch but I found the bar to be a bit expensive. The hotel is good for people who want to cook for themselves, supermarket is available in walking distance. The room is a little small for long stays, and if you stay during a heatwave, you'll have to borrow a fan. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.
