Considering this is a budget, not high end hotel, I had to give it a five star. Our room was larger than I expected. Very clean. Thank you housekeeping. Friendly staff. First of all I would like to talk about Mr. Lorenzo, we came at 10:30 AM and I asked him to faster my check in because we were to much exhausted from flights and transit. Just in 10 minutes he we entered our room instead of checking in at 17:00. All the staff here are friendly and Lorenzo is a hero. My sincere gratitude to him and all the staff. Hotel location is great 👍🏻

Great location in the center of it all and far from the noise.. Delicious buffet breakfast that includes scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, sausages, a variety of breads, fruits, cheeses, and coffee. Walking distance to the lake, the bus and train stations, and a small supermarket. We would definitely stay here again.

If you're travelling by car, the location is unbeatable: It's located above a large packing garage, which offers decent multi-day rates, but at the same time is seconds away from the Rue St. Claire and some of the town's most beautiful spots. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The stay was for 2 days and had comfortable stay. Hotel is very near to all places and room with a view of canal is relaxing. The breakfast is very filling and tasty. Room is a bit small but if whole day spending out this won't matter much. Covid norms are practised well here and cleanings are good as well.

The room was a little odd, this hotel like the Campanile in Lyon, needs to take a finer cone to their cleaning. Service was wonderful and it was in the perfect location to see the old city as well as make my train in the morning. Would have liked a room not in the rafters on the 4th floor.

Great location in the city centre. Missed vegan and gluten-free options for breakfast, but wrote staff ahead, and they bought soy milk for breakfast. Very service minded. The morning coffee was strong and bitter. We had to rooms, and got a free upgrade on one of the rooms. So great 👌🏻

We spent two nights here in November. It is a nice hotel with great staff. Location is convenient to everything in Annecy. We enjoyed our stay and I recommend this lovely hotel.

it was a pretty good experience the staff where nice they could speak English the rom was not bad for the price the rooms where clean and so where the sheets the bathroom was a bit small but in all a great experience

Very friendly staff who helped with every request. The hotel was great value for a triple room and unlike other reviews on here the room was big. Bathroom clean but the room itself wasn’t as clean with a very dusty door and a piece of chewing gum on the carpet. The bed had an exposed spring in the mattress and ripped sheets. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel to avoid noise from the busy road...

A rather disappointing stay! The welcome was good. Our room was small and there was no fridge (this will be a question asked before booking any hotel in future!) The air conditioning unit was blowing cold air and we were told that it would change to warm air during October. However, we were given a heater and the system was changed to warm after a couple of days. The bar was only open once during...

What a great hotel in Annecy - Hotel les Terrasses was perfect for our stay. The rooms are of a good size, with good beds, bedding and immaculately clean. Breakfast is worth the €12 cost with fresh fruit, eggs, cold meats, cheese and plenty of good coffee. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, friendly and kind. Great garden, very clean and fairly spacious hotel with parking in a great location. Nice staff and quiet place just by the city center. Breakfast isn't large and various but it's ok. Shower could be better but other than that, it was a good stay!

Our room in the 3rd floor is wonderful, clean and spacious. Great stay and free parking. Will come back again for sure.

Friendly Staff and good location

You can't beat this confortable, spacious and secure hotel and suites. 2 minutes walking from the board walk. Loved it.

Came here to attending the Annecy animation festival, I live here for a week, the hotel is clean and comfort, my room have a good view of Annecy Lake. The Miss in accommodation desk is very kind hearted.

The hotel is directly at the lake - nice view! The breakfast was good. The bed in our room was tiny; too small for two average sized adults. The bathroom was also small, not perfectly clean, and lacked ventilation. The bathroom has a sliding door which does not fulfill the requirements of room separation.

Cute boutique hotel in a central location. Well-designed with modern colors and furnishings. Beware, it may get loud along the busy pedestrian street below.

There was a bit of a refit going on. But not too much inconvenience. Pleasant staff and a nice place to stay. Breakfast worth the slightly high price. Would stay again.

Great location. The lady at the breakfast is amazingly nice! But as if the whole town shuts down at about 9 pm no one at the front desk of the hotel passed that time. I'd go there again! Overall very nice place! Great staff

We had a great stay at Le Flamboyant. The location is very good for traveling all around, with free parking. The room is spacious and clean, breakfast was good, although we missed some tommatos, which would be great if it was included :-) The staff was kind and helpful, we will recomend our friends to stay in this hotel .

A curates egg of a place. The building has an unusual design with most rooms having view of the surrounding mountains. Rooms very comfortable with separate toilet (a feature all should have as aids sharing a room). Lacks a lift (or else we didn't find one!) yet has ramps up to some rooms near reception. Breakfasts are excellent. Plenty of everything and nice area to sit outside. Quirky boiled egg machine...

Comfortable hotel at a 30m walk from the city center. Furthermore, there is a supermarket at a convenient 5m walk from the hotel, while the lake can be reached in approx. 10m. Ground floor is fully accessible by wheelchair / stroller and rooms are quote spacious (easily fitted out baby cot). Also, there is a dedicated load/unload parking spot and free parking space next to the hotel.

Very nice and very clean. Staffs are nice and kind. Good and comfortable bed mattress. Yes, it's kind of far from the center but there is a bus stop just across the street. I highly recommend this hotel.

The reception was very welcoming and helpful . The room was comfortable and warm and with good supplies of tea, coffee, mini bar and a good selection of toiletries. Breakfast contained a variety of cereals, fruit, pastries, eggs etc and there were numerous hot beverages available. Last night tonite and staff have been amazing. First night the night staff he bent over backwards to help get a travel cot, and was so kind, all staff have been so helpful. I stayed there as part of a school trip so my experience is limited as i didn't interact with the staff and had limited access in the hotel. Standalone customers will be pleased to know that big groups such as schools are limited to their rooms and not to public spaces. While the room was small and had "popcorn walls" it was kept clean and well stocked (towels,soaps) lastly i found the food to be borderline...

Hotel located in quite location. It is well connected to bus station. With no 3 bus , you can reach Anncey lake in 10 mins. Rooms are quite small. Breakfast was not included in price (120 per night for family of 3), so we did not try. Kind staff ! Rooms are kept well!

A great hotel for its price

The hotel is okay, the room was a bit small but we only spent the night here so it wasn't really a problem, the staff was pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was the elevator, I have never been on an elevator like this one before, I experienced terrible motion sickness every time we used it. We opted to take the stairs when we were leaving.

Great hotel, in a very good location next to the lake, rooms are modern and very well soundproofed. We enjoyed our stay as well as our delicious lunch in the restaurant!

They were really kind: they helped me to print some documents because I was in a hurry. Leaving my luggage with them a few extra hours wasn't a problem either. On top of it the location is good and it was very clean.

Nice little hotel in annecy next to the lake. 20min walk from the old town but you can take the bus which is just next to the hotel.

We loved the fact that the hotel is situated just a few minutes from the beach and maybe 15 minutes walk from the old town. The staff are very very friendly and speak very good English. The rooms themselves have everything you need - super comfortable bed and fluffy pillows, clean bathroom and toilet. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend...

Location was perfect, safe & quite. Street parking is limited (impossible on weekends) but there is parking lot around the corner for €20 a day. Rooms were small but functional. Wall blow dryer was horrible. Breakfast was ok in selection. With all that in mind, I would stay here again.

Hotel is alrighty. Location is nice. My only complaint is that the room was extremely cold and lacked oxygen (which was annoying because I had to open the window to prevent myself from suffocating, making the room even colder). All in all, it's okay if you're travelling by car.

Excellent accommodations and service. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the location is perfect, and Sylvia, at the front desk, is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best that we have had so far (two weeks in to our travels in France) and Splendid Hotel has been our favorite place to stay. Thank you for the hospitality! We will return!

Perfect location! Easy to find, and easy to park at the "parking de l'Hotel de Ville" across the street. Modern, comfortable rooms, and a great view of the canals from our window.

Does the trick, cheaper accomodation outside the city center. Plenty of parking around which is useful if you have a car.

Great hotel, great Lakeview, great customer service. The rooms are quaint but clean and well presented. Be prepared to walk uphill because the hotel is situated right at the top, it's easier to come by car if possible.

This was the perfect place for us. A short 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk and you are in old town Annecy. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. We fell in love with Annecy and hopefully will return. If and when we do we'll definitely stay here again.
