it was a pretty good experience the staff where nice they could speak English the rom was not bad for the price the rooms where clean and so where the sheets the bathroom was a bit small but in all a great experience

Stayed one night with the family. Free parking is a big plus. It's not far from the city center. There's a public transportation stop nearby. The breakfast was decent, too. We were satisfied.

I stayed three nights at ACE Hotel together with my family. The room was clean. Everything was great. The only missing things were a fridge and a safe in the room. Apart this, we were happy with the service we received. The hotel is not close to the Accecy downtown. However, this was not a problem for us at all since we were traveling with our car.

Great option as a base if you're exploring the area, clean hotel with gated parking off-street. Clean and tidy rooms and friendly staff that speak good English. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and more than enough seating. Just a couple of minutes from the Lake Annecy waterfront which is brilliant. Only about 20-25 minutes' walk to the heart of the town in addition.

It was very expensive, our rooms were little and and a bit dusty. But the staff was friendly and we could charge our E-Car! The breakfast was nice and big, but not many vegan options and no vegetables. It was near the beautiful lake and beautiful Annecy!

Comfortable hotel at a 30m walk from the city center. Furthermore, there is a supermarket at a convenient 5m walk from the hotel, while the lake can be reached in approx. 10m. Ground floor is fully accessible by wheelchair / stroller and rooms are quote spacious (easily fitted out baby cot). Also, there is a dedicated load/unload parking spot and free parking space next to the hotel.

The hotel is good for people who want to cook for themselves, supermarket is available in walking distance. The room is a little small for long stays, and if you stay during a heatwave, you'll have to borrow a fan. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

Located within a short driving distance from town, but hardly anything from a short walking distance. Room size was OK, and everything was working. Like that there's a dispenser in the lobby where we can get aerated water. Ample parking fee for a reasonable daily cost.

This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!

It should not be considered a hotel, but more like an apartment, with the facilities also similar to those of an apartment (except for the laundry and drying facilities which are paid for and shared). The room is really small, and the bathroom is also very small, suitable for a single person (there is not much space for a suitcase). There are not many things in the room, no toothbrush or slippers....

The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!

This property is in a perfect location for accessing all of le Vieux Annecy! The breakfast is good and offers assorted breads, cheeses, salami, eggs, dried fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and cereal. The parking is a little tight, and I recommend reserving a place in advance if your stay. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will stay here again, for sure!

Hotel is about a 25 minute walk out of town along the lake but the walk is truly wonderful as there is the lake and the mountains to gawk at along the way. The hotel is very modern and new. 20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities. The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. There is free coffee at the hotel. The lobby is nice and cozy and it is located near to Annecy's attractions. However, the power in our room tripped early in the morning. We informed the front desk, but they were not able to solve the issue for the whole morning until we checked out.
