4 star hotels in Annecy

Hotel is about a 25 minute walk out of town along the lake but the walk is truly wonderful as there is the lake and the mountains to gawk at along the way. The hotel is very modern and new. The rooms have big patios. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar is enticing as is the pool and heated pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay. Large rooms, beautifully decorated. Colors, lights and decoration throughout the hotel very nicely chosen. Big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness with good material. Very good quality breakfast. We already recommanded the hotel to friends and will come back.

We enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in we had to request a room relocation from next to the elevator but after that everything was good. A/C worked well, bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The room also had a lot of closet/storage space. The restaurant was pricey and had a very limited menu. I loved every moment from start to finish! All of the staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was incredible with a comfy bed, a nice balcony, a great bathroom and complimentary robe, slippers and towel for the spa. The aquatic area, complete with pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and Scandinavian cold bath was so relaxing. I even had it to myself for a while on one morning around ...

The reception is a bit slow or there should be at least three people at the desk. Two at peak time is to less. The bathroom was not in good conditions. The shower ceiling paint was already pealing off. The bathroom was not very clean. Hair in the shower. All the edges are yellow and the sink does not seem much maintained. The bed was ok but some written information about the hotel in the room would...

Worth every penny to get a balcony facing the lake. I stayed for 3 days for a “work staycation” and it was the perfect place to disappear for a few days. Would absolutely stay here again! Next time, I will try the Crystal Spa!

A very nice and unique hotel! Right in front of the marvelous lake of Annecy! Nice and traditional building with a long history on hospitality. Its going to satisfy all of your demands. The Gastronomic restaurant its very good I recommend it!

Best hotel in Anncey, very friendly staff and supportive. I’ve spent 3 nights and it was remarkable. Highly recommended

Visited the brasserie for dinner. Was greeted politely, English was good too. Food was expensive for the quality. We were expecting better. Very grand building, maybe we should have visited the more expensive restaurant within the building. It was extremely hot, after mentioning it and half an hour or so the temperature was reduced. No mention of Al a carte on the menu, fillet steak came with potatoes...

Great hotel in a central location, but the internet was so slow it was impossible to use. I gave up trying to do work at the hotel.

Nice enough hotel right on the train station (which makes it easy for an early morning train). It seemed like the bar on the first floor would be fun if there were more people around. Easy walk down into the center of town. The room was spacious but there was a bit too much "room perfume" used for our taste, definitely smelt very "chemically". Recommended for what it is!

Good location with indoor parking. Rooms a good size and comfortable. Some rooms with good views. Food in restaurant was tasty, both breakfast and dinner. Staff well trained and friendly.

Welcoming reception, smiling every time we meet, felt like home! The room was very clean, toilet as well. I liked tv and lights, the view was ok from the window. If the room is bigger and the parking keys has remote control will definitely make it 5 starts. I enjoyed my stay, thanks a lot.

Nice big rooms with awesome views. We arrived late at night and they were able to provide late check in. Very near to the train station and is walking distance from the old town and the lake.

The hotel is very nice and we were very pleased with all accommodations. The hotel location next to the train station is a big plus.. and we would definitely stay there again.

The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. Our room had a very nice view of the mountains and the lake. However our room was at the roof which was a bit disturbing. We had to carry our luggage one floor through the stairs as the elevator can't go to the third floor. The sealing was very close on the room's edges which was very annoying. Location is less than 3 km from the City center. With driving, less than 10 min. The hotel restaurant was very good, and the scenery from the hotel room is good. Spa was a bit small, but it was relaxing.

Went to this hotel spa for the forth time (never stayed at the hotel) and this is good! The staff is better at massage than at treatments, but this is what I like about them. Good value for money given the place and quality. You have an amazing view from the pool (both inside and outside), be sure to come on a little bit in advance of your appointment to enjoy this. Room was small, clean but old. Staff friendly but not helpful. Drive way to the parking slots was hard to find.

Great location! 5 minute walk from train station. 11 minutes walk to Les Jardins de l'Europe which is a nice place to walk along the lake with swans, ducks, and great views. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. Little hotel in a great location (walking distance from the train station as well as from the lake and the old town), but a little outdated for a ****. Extra small (a a bit cramped) room and bathroom. Even the breakfast room is super tiny. Comfortable bed, and the staff is really nice and helpful. We were with our dog and she got a welcome kit with sanitary bags, a ball and a small treat. Nice gesture...

Clean, nice and quiet. Next to everything. Luxorious huge bed with many pillows. We also had a nice little balcony. Can definately recommend this one!

Lovely hotel clean tidy, very central easy walking to old town good bars and restaurants. Idea under ground parking an extra though, €12 a nite bit narrow in and out but worth it. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Annecy’s hotels and pensions are mostly clustered around the train station (Quartier Centre Ville Gare), a run-of-the-mill noisy place with little character. Hotels in the old centre and around the lake are thin on the ground and so expensive beyond the reach of budget travellers. Out of the hotels in the train station area, d’Alery is an acceptable option. Located just 5 minutes east of Place Stalingrad...

This is one of the best restaurants (***) in the Annecy region. Simply « très très bon » and sophisticated!

Excellent service and incredible food; fresh and surprising. All ingredients are sourced locally and typical from the region. Wines were disappointing but could be due to the type of pairing required (Light white wines, only one light red that was ok). What you would expect from a 3* Michelin with the added interest of discovering local products.
