Excellent service and incredible food; fresh and surprising. All ingredients are sourced locally and typical from the region. Wines were disappointing but could be due to the type of pairing required (Light white wines, only one light red that was ok). What you would expect from a 3* Michelin with the added interest of discovering local products.

Worth every penny to get a balcony facing the lake. I stayed for 3 days for a “work staycation” and it was the perfect place to disappear for a few days. Would absolutely stay here again! Next time, I will try the Crystal Spa!

Visited the brasserie for dinner. Was greeted politely, English was good too. Food was expensive for the quality. We were expecting better. Very grand building, maybe we should have visited the more expensive restaurant within the building. It was extremely hot, after mentioning it and half an hour or so the temperature was reduced. No mention of Al a carte on the menu, fillet steak came with potatoes...

Hotel is about a 25 minute walk out of town along the lake but the walk is truly wonderful as there is the lake and the mountains to gawk at along the way. The hotel is very modern and new. The rooms have big patios. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar is enticing as is the pool and heated pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay. Large rooms, beautifully decorated. Colors, lights and decoration throughout the hotel very nicely chosen. Big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness with good material. Very good quality breakfast. We already recommanded the hotel to friends and will come back.

Little hotel in a great location (walking distance from the train station as well as from the lake and the old town), but a little outdated for a ****. Extra small (a a bit cramped) room and bathroom. Even the breakfast room is super tiny. Comfortable bed, and the staff is really nice and helpful. We were there for professional meetings. Our room was on the 5th floor, number 511. The minibar was not stocked. The bed was poorly made. The bed linen was falling. We are really very disappointed. The explanations for linen of the bedding are not acceptable when you have a very bad night.

I felt a little odor when I entered the room, I told the waiter, and it felt fresher the next day! The location is very convenient, just near the train station/bus station, there is a train passing by around 6 o'clock in the morning, and there is a sound! The front desk service is very good, but the price is a bit high, and the cost performance is a bit low!

A great hotel, very clean and spacious. The train station is only a minute away, but the windows have two layers so you won't be noisy.

The most satisfactory hotel in this trip to France. Very close to the train station, good news for those arriving by train late at night. Although it is right next to the train station, there is no noise interference at all. The room is large and there is a drinking water machine for use.

Our stay was a great experience. We stayed in August 2024. The room on the first floor was very nicely decorated. The bathroom was of good size as far as European dimensions are concerned. Modern, clean, central location.

Clean, nice and quiet. Next to everything. Luxorious huge bed with many pillows. We also had a nice little balcony. Can definately recommend this one!

Lovely hotel clean tidy, very central easy walking to old town good bars and restaurants. Idea under ground parking an extra though, €12 a nite bit narrow in and out but worth it. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Annecy’s hotels and pensions are mostly clustered around the train station (Quartier Centre Ville Gare), a run-of-the-mill noisy place with little character. Hotels in the old centre and around the lake are thin on the ground and so expensive beyond the reach of budget travellers. Room was fine, decent size with all you'd expect. The location is far from the old town, and taxis are very expensive. I drove there, but the car rental company charged me 45 euros, probably because I entered a restricted area.
