5 star hotels in Annecy

Hotel is about a 25 minute walk out of town along the lake but the walk is truly wonderful as there is the lake and the mountains to gawk at along the way. The hotel is very modern and new. The rooms have big patios. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar is enticing as is the pool and heated pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay. Large rooms, beautifully decorated. Colors, lights and decoration throughout the hotel very nicely chosen. Big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness with good material. Very good quality breakfast. We already recommanded the hotel to friends and will come back.

We enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in we had to request a room relocation from next to the elevator but after that everything was good. A/C worked well, bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The room also had a lot of closet/storage space. The restaurant was pricey and had a very limited menu. I loved every moment from start to finish! All of the staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was incredible with a comfy bed, a nice balcony, a great bathroom and complimentary robe, slippers and towel for the spa. 20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities. The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. Good service standards provided by the hotel including valet parking which is very convenient. A very relaxing and upmarket hotel more than 4* standards

The scenery of Annecy did not shock me, but the scenery outside the hotel window was the best in Annecy!

Great friendly service and a quiet room with an amazing view over the park and lake. A 20 minute walk to the old town. The spa is popular so be sure to reserve your space during a quiet time. We will be back!

This time, I didn't have a lake view room, but the interior was casually lovely, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were the same high-end ones used in the spa. There was even a coffee machine, Evian water, and cake, which was great.

Good hotel right at the centre of Annecy. Lake on walking distance. Yannick welcomed us warmly. Room is good and finally TV with more possibilities. Breakfast is expensive (€22/p).

We stayed during a weekend trip from Geneva to Annecy. Carlos at reception was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional—unlike some of his colleagues, who were rude and unhelpful. Very nice and comfortable rooms. The beds were very comfortable, I had a great rest, as I was here on business and good sleep meant a lot to me. Delicious and varied breakfast. The hotel is located near the old city center.

This hotel is really great. I think it has reached the level of a five-star hotel. Although it does not have the facilities of a swimming pool and gym, the rooms are overall very good. Other service attitudes are also very good. The location is great. I forgot to take a photo of the hotel, so I’ll attach a beautiful photo. This hotel is right next to the lake.

The hotel is new and clean, but the service attitude is very good. The location is very good. It is very convenient to eat, go shopping and go to the old town. Parking is OK. If you have a large car, you can park it in the nearby public parking lot.

There is free coffee at the hotel. The lobby is nice and cozy and it is located near to Annecy's attractions. However, the power in our room tripped early in the morning. We informed the front desk, but they were not able to solve the issue for the whole morning until we checked out.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The location is excellent—super convenient for walking around and exploring the town.

Very centrally located. Just 15 minutes walk to the lake and we enjoyed our stay. Train station is just around the corner which we love it! The hotel design is modern and clean. Bathroom is rather cold, without a proper tower heater but it’s all good.
