Nice room and great idea to book the room as after dining in the restaurant it would have been difficult to drive an hour home. We had the signature room with a beautiful gas fireplace, jacuzzi, huge shower, and spacious deck. Good breakfast, very varied and in experience recommended to get an idea of ​​the philosophy of the restaurant if you don't have the opportunity to dine here.

Hotel is about a 25 minute walk out of town along the lake but the walk is truly wonderful as there is the lake and the mountains to gawk at along the way. The hotel is very modern and new. The rooms have big patios. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar is enticing as is the pool and heated pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in we had to request a room relocation from next to the elevator but after that everything was good. 20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities. The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. Good service standards provided by the hotel including valet parking which is very convenient. A very relaxing and upmarket hotel more than 4* standards

The scenery of Annecy did not shock me, but the scenery outside the hotel window was the best in Annecy!

This time, I didn't have a lake view room, but the interior was casually lovely, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were the same high-end ones used in the spa. There was even a coffee machine, Evian water, and cake, which was great.

There is free coffee at the hotel. The lobby is nice and cozy and it is located near to Annecy's attractions. However, the power in our room tripped early in the morning. We informed the front desk, but they were not able to solve the issue for the whole morning until we checked out.

Very centrally located. Just 15 minutes walk to the lake and we enjoyed our stay. Train station is just around the corner which we love it! The hotel design is modern and clean. Bathroom is rather cold, without a proper tower heater but it’s all good.

The bathrooms need maintenance. The bed was not very comfortable.

We were there for professional meetings. Our room was on the 5th floor, number 511. The minibar was not stocked. The bed was poorly made. The bed linen was falling. We are really very disappointed. The explanations for linen of the bedding are not acceptable when you have a very bad night.

I felt a little odor when I entered the room, I told the waiter, and it felt fresher the next day! The location is very convenient, just near the train station/bus station, there is a train passing by around 6 o'clock in the morning, and there is a sound! The front desk service is very good, but the price is a bit high, and the cost performance is a bit low!

A great hotel, very clean and spacious. The train station is only a minute away, but the windows have two layers so you won't be noisy.

The most satisfactory hotel in this trip to France. Very close to the train station, good news for those arriving by train late at night. Although it is right next to the train station, there is no noise interference at all. The room is large and there is a drinking water machine for use.

My wife and I just visited and had an amazing stay. The room we had was nicely decorated and of good size for European standards. They charge separately for using the spa, but it's fair and it ensures your privacy. They also have hydro message machines which were very relaxing. Our stay was a great experience. We stayed in August 2024. The room on the first floor was very nicely decorated. The bathroom was of good size as far as European dimensions are concerned. Little hotel in a great location (walking distance from the train station as well as from the lake and the old town), but a little outdated for a ****. Clean, nice and quiet. Next to everything. Luxorious huge bed with many pillows. We also had a nice little balcony. Can definately recommend this one!

Lovely hotel clean tidy, very central easy walking to old town good bars and restaurants. Idea under ground parking an extra though, €12 a nite bit narrow in and out but worth it. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Good location and good price My wife and I were there for 2 nights and everything was amazing. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, got an incredible room - very clean, all renewed and comfy. If I had one piece of advice to give I’d say change the bath towels for bigger ones. But again, everything was just great!

The location is far from the old town, and taxis are very expensive. I drove there, but the car rental company charged me 45 euros, probably because I entered a restricted area.
