Hotel is about a 25 minute walk out of town along the lake but the walk is truly wonderful as there is the lake and the mountains to gawk at along the way. The hotel is very modern and new. The rooms have big patios. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar is enticing as is the pool and heated pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay. Large rooms, beautifully decorated. Colors, lights and decoration throughout the hotel very nicely chosen. Big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness with good material. Very good quality breakfast. We already recommanded the hotel to friends and will come back.

We enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in we had to request a room relocation from next to the elevator but after that everything was good. A/C worked well, bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The room also had a lot of closet/storage space. The restaurant was pricey and had a very limited menu. I loved every moment from start to finish! All of the staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was incredible with a comfy bed, a nice balcony, a great bathroom and complimentary robe, slippers and towel for the spa. The reception is a bit slow or there should be at least three people at the desk. Two at peak time is to less. The bathroom was not in good conditions. Worth every penny to get a balcony facing the lake. I stayed for 3 days for a “work staycation” and it was the perfect place to disappear for a few days. Would absolutely stay here again! Next time, I will try the Crystal Spa!

Visited the brasserie for dinner. Was greeted politely, English was good too. Food was expensive for the quality. We were expecting better. Very grand building, maybe we should have visited the more expensive restaurant within the building. It was extremely hot, after mentioning it and half an hour or so the temperature was reduced. No mention of Al a carte on the menu, fillet steak came with potatoes...

Great hotel in a central location, but the internet was so slow it was impossible to use. I gave up trying to do work at the hotel.

Nice enough hotel right on the train station (which makes it easy for an early morning train). It seemed like the bar on the first floor would be fun if there were more people around. Easy walk down into the center of town. The room was spacious but there was a bit too much "room perfume" used for our taste, definitely smelt very "chemically". Recommended for what it is!

I am a UK travel agent with guests at this hotel right now. The hotel is in a perfect location and my customers have been very well looked after, particularly by Maxime, who has been friendly, efficient and helpful, both in person and when communicating via email prior to their visit. This is a gem, right in the centre of the tremendously beautiful Annecy. All the staff, without exception, were professional, helpful, friendly, and constructive. A thoroughly enjoyable family visit which we hope to repeat soon.

Visited IBIS, it is in a perfect location overlooking the river running from the lake. Two swans visible every day outside. On the door step of the old medieval town, which is beautiful. The IBIS team put on a fantastic Halloween party with an excellent band... I was really impressed with the dedication to customers. Rooms are comfortable.

First of all I would like to talk about Mr. Lorenzo, we came at 10:30 AM and I asked him to faster my check in because we were to much exhausted from flights and transit. Just in 10 minutes he we entered our room instead of checking in at 17:00. All the staff here are friendly and Lorenzo is a hero. My sincere gratitude to him and all the staff. Great location in the center of it all and far from the noise.. Delicious buffet breakfast that includes scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, sausages, a variety of breads, fruits, cheeses, and coffee. Walking distance to the lake, the bus and train stations, and a small supermarket. We would definitely stay here again.

it was a pretty good experience the staff where nice they could speak English the rom was not bad for the price the rooms where clean and so where the sheets the bathroom was a bit small but in all a great experience

Very friendly staff who helped with every request. The hotel was great value for a triple room and unlike other reviews on here the room was big. Bathroom clean but the room itself wasn’t as clean with a very dusty door and a piece of chewing gum on the carpet. The bed had an exposed spring in the mattress and ripped sheets. Welcoming reception, smiling every time we meet, felt like home! The room was very clean, toilet as well. I liked tv and lights, the view was ok from the window. If the room is bigger and the parking keys has remote control will definitely make it 5 starts. I enjoyed my stay, thanks a lot.

Nice big rooms with awesome views. We arrived late at night and they were able to provide late check in. Very near to the train station and is walking distance from the old town and the lake.

Gréât location, walking distance to the center and lake. Back room facing the church is a beautiful view but noisy at night from people hanging out in the park below the room. Great location, nice and clean and cozy room. Baby cribs and baby chaires during breakfast available! An average simple breakfast was ok. We did not appreciate crazy high and not comfortable bed.

Small apartment with basic kitchen but bed folds up to give larger living space. Ideal for a base to explore the area. We'll maintained and clean with friendly efficient staff.

Excellent service and incredible food; fresh and surprising. All ingredients are sourced locally and typical from the region. Wines were disappointing but could be due to the type of pairing required (Light white wines, only one light red that was ok). Hidden gem on the edge of the historic district! Marie and staff were beyond helpful and were warm and welcoming. Lovely little hotel in Annecy with private parking. The rooms are modern and very well-maintained however the standard rooms are quite small so best for short stays. Four stars because the pillows are hard as a rock. The city centre and train station are nearby but the hotel is quiet.

Location is less than 3 km from the City center. With driving, less than 10 min. The hotel restaurant was very good, and the scenery from the hotel room is good. Spa was a bit small, but it was relaxing.

Went to this hotel spa for the forth time (never stayed at the hotel) and this is good! The staff is better at massage than at treatments, but this is what I like about them. Good value for money given the place and quality. You have an amazing view from the pool (both inside and outside), be sure to come on a little bit in advance of your appointment to enjoy this. Excellent accommodations and service. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the location is perfect, and Sylvia, at the front desk, is friendly and helpful. Came here to attending the Annecy animation festival, I live here for a week, the hotel is clean and comfort, my room have a good view of Annecy Lake. The Miss in accommodation desk is very kind hearted.

The hotel is directly at the lake - nice view! The breakfast was good. The bed in our room was tiny; too small for two average sized adults. The bathroom was also small, not perfectly clean, and lacked ventilation. The bathroom has a sliding door which does not fulfill the requirements of room separation.

Great location! 5 minute walk from train station. 11 minutes walk to Les Jardins de l'Europe which is a nice place to walk along the lake with swans, ducks, and great views. Little hotel in a great location (walking distance from the train station as well as from the lake and the old town), but a little outdated for a ****. Extra small (a a bit cramped) room and bathroom. Even the breakfast room is super tiny. Comfortable bed, and the staff is really nice and helpful. We were with our dog and she got a welcome kit with sanitary bags, a ball and a small treat. Nice gesture...

Room no. 601 on the 6th floor is small (~9 sqm), but with balcony and an excellent view to lake and Montblanc, very small bathroom, free and secured parking place, acceptable quality wifi, elevator. Lovely hotel clean tidy, very central easy walking to old town good bars and restaurants. Idea under ground parking an extra though, €12 a nite bit narrow in and out but worth it. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I stayed there as part of a school trip so my experience is limited as i didn't interact with the staff and had limited access in the hotel. Standalone customers will be pleased to know that big groups such as schools are limited to their rooms and not to public spaces. While the room was small and had "popcorn walls" it was kept clean and well stocked (towels,soaps) lastly i found the food to be borderline...

Hotel located in quite location. It is well connected to bus station. With no 3 bus , you can reach Anncey lake in 10 mins. Rooms are quite small. Breakfast was not included in price (120 per night for family of 3), so we did not try. Kind staff ! Rooms are kept well!

The hotel is okay, the room was a bit small but we only spent the night here so it wasn't really a problem, the staff was pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was the elevator, I have never been on an elevator like this one before, I experienced terrible motion sickness every time we used it. We opted to take the stairs when we were leaving.
