Considering this is a budget, not high end hotel, I had to give it a five star. Our room was larger than I expected. Very clean. Thank you housekeeping. Friendly staff. First of all I would like to talk about Mr. Lorenzo, we came at 10:30 AM and I asked him to faster my check in because we were to much exhausted from flights and transit. Just in 10 minutes he we entered our room instead of checking in at 17:00. All the staff here are friendly and Lorenzo is a hero. My sincere gratitude to him and all the staff. Hotel location is great 👍🏻

Great location in the center of it all and far from the noise.. Delicious buffet breakfast that includes scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, sausages, a variety of breads, fruits, cheeses, and coffee. Walking distance to the lake, the bus and train stations, and a small supermarket. We would definitely stay here again.

If you're travelling by car, the location is unbeatable: It's located above a large packing garage, which offers decent multi-day rates, but at the same time is seconds away from the Rue St. Claire and some of the town's most beautiful spots. This means you can leave your car and go exploring, and enjoy an evening in the local restaurants, but you'll still have a quiet night's sleep, which isn't always...

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The stay was for 2 days and had comfortable stay. Hotel is very near to all places and room with a view of canal is relaxing. The breakfast is very filling and tasty. Room is a bit small but if whole day spending out this won't matter much. Covid norms are practised well here and cleanings are good as well.

The room was a little odd, this hotel like the Campanile in Lyon, needs to take a finer cone to their cleaning. Service was wonderful and it was in the perfect location to see the old city as well as make my train in the morning. Would have liked a room not in the rafters on the 4th floor.

Great location in the city centre. Missed vegan and gluten-free options for breakfast, but wrote staff ahead, and they bought soy milk for breakfast. Very service minded. The morning coffee was strong and bitter. We had to rooms, and got a free upgrade on one of the rooms. So great 👌🏻

We spent two nights here in November. It is a nice hotel with great staff. Location is convenient to everything in Annecy. We enjoyed our stay and I recommend this lovely hotel.

Excellent service and incredible food; fresh and surprising. All ingredients are sourced locally and typical from the region. Wines were disappointing but could be due to the type of pairing required (Light white wines, only one light red that was ok). What you would expect from a 3* Michelin with the added interest of discovering local products.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay. Large rooms, beautifully decorated. Colors, lights and decoration throughout the hotel very nicely chosen. Big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness with good material. Very good quality breakfast. We already recommanded the hotel to friends and will come back.

I stayed for 5 nights, and thought that for that period I may have been given one of the rooms overlooking the front of the Hotel, which was better than looking straight into the Gym, from my bed. We enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in we had to request a room relocation from next to the elevator but after that everything was good. A/C worked well, bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The room also had a lot of closet/storage space. The restaurant was pricey and had a very limited menu. I loved every moment from start to finish! All of the staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was incredible with a comfy bed, a nice balcony, a great bathroom and complimentary robe, slippers and towel for the spa. The reception is a bit slow or there should be at least three people at the desk. Two at peak time is to less. The bathroom was not in good conditions. The shower ceiling paint was already pealing off. The bathroom was not very clean. Hair in the shower. All the edges are yellow and the sink does not seem much maintained. We visited Rivage hotel as a family with two teenagers and a dog - we were all made to feel very welcome! Our rooms were spacious and comfortable each with a large balcony. The hotel's pool area is large and very relaxing with several jacuzzi and sauna facilities. Worth every penny to get a balcony facing the lake. I stayed for 3 days for a “work staycation” and it was the perfect place to disappear for a few days. Would absolutely stay here again! Next time, I will try the Crystal Spa!

Visited the brasserie for dinner. Was greeted politely, English was good too. Food was expensive for the quality. We were expecting better. Very grand building, maybe we should have visited the more expensive restaurant within the building. It was extremely hot, after mentioning it and half an hour or so the temperature was reduced. No mention of Al a carte on the menu, fillet steak came with potatoes...

Welcoming reception, smiling every time we meet, felt like home! The room was very clean, toilet as well. I liked tv and lights, the view was ok from the window. If the room is bigger and the parking keys has remote control will definitely make it 5 starts. I enjoyed my stay, thanks a lot.

Lovely hotel clean tidy, very central easy walking to old town good bars and restaurants. Idea under ground parking an extra though, €12 a nite bit narrow in and out but worth it. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Very friendly staff who helped with every request. The hotel was great value for a triple room and unlike other reviews on here the room was big. Bathroom clean but the room itself wasn’t as clean with a very dusty door and a piece of chewing gum on the carpet. The bed had an exposed spring in the mattress and ripped sheets. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel to avoid noise from the busy road...

A rather disappointing stay! The welcome was good. Our room was small and there was no fridge (this will be a question asked before booking any hotel in future!) The air conditioning unit was blowing cold air and we were told that it would change to warm air during October. However, we were given a heater and the system was changed to warm after a couple of days. The bar was only open once during...

What a great hotel in Annecy - Hotel les Terrasses was perfect for our stay. The rooms are of a good size, with good beds, bedding and immaculately clean. Breakfast is worth the €12 cost with fresh fruit, eggs, cold meats, cheese and plenty of good coffee. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, friendly and kind. Great garden, very clean and fairly spacious hotel with parking in a great location. Nice staff and quiet place just by the city center. Breakfast isn't large and various but it's ok. Shower could be better but other than that, it was a good stay!

Our room in the 3rd floor is wonderful, clean and spacious. Great stay and free parking. Will come back again for sure.

Great hotel in a central location, but the internet was so slow it was impossible to use. I gave up trying to do work at the hotel.

Nice enough hotel right on the train station (which makes it easy for an early morning train). It seemed like the bar on the first floor would be fun if there were more people around. Easy walk down into the center of town. The room was spacious but there was a bit too much "room perfume" used for our taste, definitely smelt very "chemically". Recommended for what it is!

The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. Our room had a very nice view of the mountains and the lake. However our room was at the roof which was a bit disturbing. We had to carry our luggage one floor through the stairs as the elevator can't go to the third floor. The sealing was very close on the room's edges which was very annoying. I would also recommend finding another hotel if you don't have...

Location is less than 3 km from the City center. With driving, less than 10 min. The hotel restaurant was very good, and the scenery from the hotel room is good. Spa was a bit small, but it was relaxing.

Came here to attending the Annecy animation festival, I live here for a week, the hotel is clean and comfort, my room have a good view of Annecy Lake. The Miss in accommodation desk is very kind hearted.

If you are an egg-lover, only boiled egg is present in their breakfast menu. Croissant was good though, quite tasty :)

The hotel is directly at the lake - nice view! The breakfast was good. The bed in our room was tiny; too small for two average sized adults. The bathroom was also small, not perfectly clean, and lacked ventilation. The bathroom has a sliding door which does not fulfill the requirements of room separation.

Cute boutique hotel in a central location. Well-designed with modern colors and furnishings. Beware, it may get loud along the busy pedestrian street below.

There was a bit of a refit going on. But not too much inconvenience. Pleasant staff and a nice place to stay. Breakfast worth the slightly high price. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at Le Flamboyant. The location is very good for traveling all around, with free parking. The room is spacious and clean, breakfast was good, although we missed some tommatos, which would be great if it was included :-) The staff was kind and helpful, we will recomend our friends to stay in this hotel .

A curates egg of a place. The building has an unusual design with most rooms having view of the surrounding mountains. Rooms very comfortable with separate toilet (a feature all should have as aids sharing a room). Lacks a lift (or else we didn't find one!) yet has ramps up to some rooms near reception. Breakfasts are excellent. Plenty of everything and nice area to sit outside. Quirky boiled egg machine...

Comfortable hotel at a 30m walk from the city center. Furthermore, there is a supermarket at a convenient 5m walk from the hotel, while the lake can be reached in approx. 10m. Ground floor is fully accessible by wheelchair / stroller and rooms are quote spacious (easily fitted out baby cot). Also, there is a dedicated load/unload parking spot and free parking space next to the hotel.

Very nice and very clean. Staffs are nice and kind. Good and comfortable bed mattress. Yes, it's kind of far from the center but there is a bus stop just across the street. I highly recommend this hotel.

The reception was very welcoming and helpful . The room was comfortable and warm and with good supplies of tea, coffee, mini bar and a good selection of toiletries. Last night tonite and staff have been amazing. First night the night staff he bent over backwards to help get a travel cot, and was so kind, all staff have been so helpful. I stayed there as part of a school trip so my experience is limited as i didn't interact with the staff and had limited access in the hotel. Standalone customers will be pleased to know that big groups such as schools are limited to their rooms and not to public spaces. While the room was small and had "popcorn walls" it was kept clean and well stocked (towels,soaps) lastly i found the food to be borderline...

Hotel located in quite location. It is well connected to bus station. With no 3 bus , you can reach Anncey lake in 10 mins. Rooms are quite small. Breakfast was not included in price (120 per night for family of 3), so we did not try. Kind staff ! Rooms are kept well!

A great hotel for its price

The hotel is okay, the room was a bit small but we only spent the night here so it wasn't really a problem, the staff was pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was the elevator, I have never been on an elevator like this one before, I experienced terrible motion sickness every time we used it. We opted to take the stairs when we were leaving.

Annecy’s hotels and pensions are mostly clustered around the train station (Quartier Centre Ville Gare), a run-of-the-mill noisy place with little character. Hotels in the old centre and around the lake are thin on the ground and so expensive beyond the reach of budget travellers.
