Hotel is about a 25 minute walk out of town along the lake but the walk is truly wonderful as there is the lake and the mountains to gawk at along the way. The hotel is very modern and new. The rooms have big patios. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar is enticing as is the pool and heated pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in we had to request a room relocation from next to the elevator but after that everything was good. 20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities. The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. The scenery of Annecy did not shock me, but the scenery outside the hotel window was the best in Annecy!

This time, I didn't have a lake view room, but the interior was casually lovely, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were the same high-end ones used in the spa. There was even a coffee machine, Evian water, and cake, which was great.

The hotel is good for people who want to cook for themselves, supermarket is available in walking distance. The room is a little small for long stays, and if you stay during a heatwave, you'll have to borrow a fan. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

The apartment is fine, a bit far from the center. The covered parking is good, with an elevator to the room. The kitchenware is perfect and clean, and the beds are good. It would have been great if it had air conditioning. We couldn't stay in the apartment until 10 p.m. It was VERY HOT.

I booked this hotel in Annecy. The room size is OK, there are windows that can be opened, and there is an induction cooker in the room to heat food, but the facilities are a bit old, there is a smell in the room, and the hygiene is average. It is a bit far from the city center, the old town and the lake. I took Uber back and forth every day, but fortunately it is not too far, so I made do with it!...

Located within a short driving distance from town, but hardly anything from a short walking distance. Room size was OK, and everything was working. Like that there's a dispenser in the lobby where we can get aerated water. Ample parking fee for a reasonable daily cost.

It's a nice apartment hotel. The building is a bit older. The service is great, I arrived late night. Since they had no reception at the time I was arriving they sent me clear instructions how to enter, park the car and get the room keys. It was convenient and good value for money.

A wonderful 4 days stay at Les Trésoms. Initially only booked a traditional room as that was the only availability online, however we managed to get an upgraded room during check in - definitely recommend paying the extra for the stunning views over the lake. My wife and I just visited and had an amazing stay. The room we had was nicely decorated and of good size for European standards. We were there for professional meetings. Our room was on the 5th floor, number 511. The minibar was not stocked. The bed was poorly made. The bed linen was falling. We are really very disappointed. The explanations for linen of the bedding are not acceptable when you have a very bad night.

I felt a little odor when I entered the room, I told the waiter, and it felt fresher the next day! The location is very convenient, just near the train station/bus station, there is a train passing by around 6 o'clock in the morning, and there is a sound! The front desk service is very good, but the price is a bit high, and the cost performance is a bit low!

The most satisfactory hotel in this trip to France. Very close to the train station, good news for those arriving by train late at night. Although it is right next to the train station, there is no noise interference at all. The room is large and there is a drinking water machine for use.

Easy booking, wonderful room in a great, central location, it provided everything we needed, and they allowed us to bring our dog for an extra 11euro/day. Location was absolutely great for spending 3 days in Annecy. Bed was comfortable. There are some inconveniences with small elevators, but it is an old building, so too be expected. Location is unbeatable in the heart of the pedestrianised old town. Discount parking about 300m away at the town hall car park. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location right in the heart of the old city. Unfortunately, some aspects of the stay were disappointing. The elevator did not work properly, so we had to rely on a very narrow staircase. The location is far from the old town, and taxis are very expensive. I drove there, but the car rental company charged me 45 euros, probably because I entered a restricted area.

This is a lovely hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of Vieux Annecy. I’m sure they upgraded our room, it was excellent. We would stay there again without hesitation. Had a lovely stay at this hotel which is right by the main Annecy train and bus stations. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and even upgraded our room. I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Centre in Annecy. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the old town, the lake, and the train station. It made exploring the city really easy. 3-star hotel located along a canal at the entrance to the historic center of Annecy, just 100–200 meters from the pedestrian streets with shops and restaurants. We booked a Comfort room, which was fairly small but equipped with the necessary amenities and a small balcony overlooking the canal. Nice room and great idea to book the room as after dining in the restaurant it would have been difficult to drive an hour home. We had the signature room with a beautiful gas fireplace, jacuzzi, huge shower, and spacious deck. Stayed one night with the family. Free parking is a big plus. It's not far from the city center. There's a public transportation stop nearby. The breakfast was decent, too. We were satisfied.

I stayed three nights at ACE Hotel together with my family. The room was clean. Everything was great. The only missing things were a fridge and a safe in the room. Apart this, we were happy with the service we received. The hotel is not close to the Accecy downtown. However, this was not a problem for us at all since we were traveling with our car.

It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and opposite the old town. But it's not too far to walk along the river to the old town. Overall it's ok. It's simple, clean and convenient. Annecy is not big. If you don't go hiking, two days is enough.

There is a government-developed parking lot nearby. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk and is safer. Everything else is quite satisfactory. The only thing I hope to improve is to brighten the store sign at night, otherwise it will be really difficult to find it.

Little hotel in a great location (walking distance from the train station as well as from the lake and the old town), but a little outdated for a ****. Sure Hotel Annecy offers a convenient stay with ample parking space and an EV charging station, which is very helpful for travellers. The room was a bit small, though this seems to be quite standard for hotels in the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical base for a night in Annecy.

Good value but needs work Good price for a good location, staff is nice and helpful, bed is comfy, room is very dark. But soundproofing is very bad, AC is too low to cool room and there’s no remote, and you have to return the keys every time you leave which can get annoying.

Good location and good price My wife and I were there for 2 nights and everything was amazing. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, got an incredible room - very clean, all renewed and comfy. If I had one piece of advice to give I’d say change the bath towels for bigger ones. But again, everything was just great!
