Hotel is about a 25 minute walk out of town along the lake but the walk is truly wonderful as there is the lake and the mountains to gawk at along the way. The hotel is very modern and new. The rooms have big patios. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar is enticing as is the pool and heated pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay. Large rooms, beautifully decorated. Colors, lights and decoration throughout the hotel very nicely chosen. Big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness with good material. Very good quality breakfast. We already recommanded the hotel to friends and will come back.

We enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in we had to request a room relocation from next to the elevator but after that everything was good. I loved every moment from start to finish! All of the staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. The reception is a bit slow or there should be at least three people at the desk. Two at peak time is to less. The bathroom was not in good conditions. Worth every penny to get a balcony facing the lake. I stayed for 3 days for a “work staycation” and it was the perfect place to disappear for a few days. Would absolutely stay here again! Next time, I will try the Crystal Spa!

Visited the brasserie for dinner. Was greeted politely, English was good too. Food was expensive for the quality. We were expecting better. Very grand building, maybe we should have visited the more expensive restaurant within the building. It was extremely hot, after mentioning it and half an hour or so the temperature was reduced. No mention of Al a carte on the menu, fillet steak came with potatoes...

Very friendly staff who helped with every request. The hotel was great value for a triple room and unlike other reviews on here the room was big. Bathroom clean but the room itself wasn’t as clean with a very dusty door and a piece of chewing gum on the carpet. The bed had an exposed spring in the mattress and ripped sheets. This hotel is really great. I think it has reached the level of a five-star hotel. Although it does not have the facilities of a swimming pool and gym, the rooms are overall very good. Room was clean and comfortable and absolutely enough for family of four. Beds comfortable to sleep, and air condition in the room. There is no tea/coffee in the room, nor any kettle, but there is coffee machine in the lobby(it was out of order when we were there, but reception offered us coffee made in the breakfast area,) We did not have any breakfast but is available to add to your booking.

This was a nice hotel on the outskirts of Annecy away from the crazy city traffic. Parking here was easy and plentiful. There are shops nearby to easily walk to. As I've mentioned in my other reviews, no European hotels seem to include USB chargers in the rooms. I think these should be added to make things easier for international travellers.

Excellent accommodations and service. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the location is perfect, and Sylvia, at the front desk, is friendly and helpful. Great option as a base if you're exploring the area, clean hotel with gated parking off-street. Clean and tidy rooms and friendly staff that speak good English. Only about 20-25 minutes' walk to the heart of the town in addition.

It was very expensive, our rooms were little and and a bit dusty. But the staff was friendly and we could charge our E-Car! The breakfast was nice and big, but not many vegan options and no vegetables. It was near the beautiful lake and beautiful Annecy!

Came here to attending the Annecy animation festival, I live here for a week, the hotel is clean and comfort, my room have a good view of Annecy Lake. The Miss in accommodation desk is very kind hearted.

Room no. 601 on the 6th floor is small (~9 sqm), but with balcony and an excellent view to lake and Montblanc, very small bathroom, free and secured parking place, acceptable quality wifi, elevator. Hotel located in a very quiet location. If you are on foot, you can take the bus or walk about 30 minutes to the city. We were really well received (small touches) very smiling, kind hostess and the room was clean, comfortable bed...we will come back with pleasure sincerely.

The payment when booking the room includes breakfast, but when checking out, the hotel said that it needs to pay for breakfast, otherwise you can't leave. In the end, through coordination with Ctrip, the meal fee was refunded, thanks to Ctrip.

Last night tonite and staff have been amazing. First night the night staff he bent over backwards to help get a travel cot, and was so kind, all staff have been so helpful. I stayed there as part of a school trip so my experience is limited as i didn't interact with the staff and had limited access in the hotel. Standalone customers will be pleased to know that big groups such as schools are limited to their rooms and not to public spaces. Hotel located in quite location. It is well connected to bus station. With no 3 bus , you can reach Anncey lake in 10 mins. Rooms are quite small. Breakfast was not included in price (120 per night for family of 3), so we did not try. Kind staff ! Rooms are kept well!

We had a great stay at Le Flamboyant. The location is very good for traveling all around, with free parking. A curates egg of a place. The building has an unusual design with most rooms having view of the surrounding mountains. Rooms very comfortable with separate toilet (a feature all should have as aids sharing a room). Lacks a lift (or else we didn't find one!) yet has ramps up to some rooms near reception. Comfortable hotel at a 30m walk from the city center. Furthermore, there is a supermarket at a convenient 5m walk from the hotel, while the lake can be reached in approx. 10m. Ground floor is fully accessible by wheelchair / stroller and rooms are quote spacious (easily fitted out baby cot). Also, there is a dedicated load/unload parking spot and free parking space next to the hotel.

The lady in reception was absolute nice, she helped us alot throughout our stay im Annecy. The room is okay with all the tuorist need, my room has a view directly to the old town street. Location is the best where it's right next to the old town, or you can say it's in the old town, couple of minutes to the bus station, so everything is in your control. Great location, our room was super quiet (room #1) which surprised us as all the reviews said they’re noisy, it didn’t face the pub but faced the street instead. Older but working air conditioning for summer and clean.

Nice hotel but very noisy. We were given a room opposite a brewery and it is impossible to sleep. Guests slamming doors and shouting down the stairs. Difficult to rest.

I had an excellent stay at Hôtel des Alpes. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. My room even had a nice view onto the street below with the mountains in the distance. The only thing I would change was that the drain in the shower in my room was a bit slow moving, but not enough to cause any problems. I would highly recommend staying here during a trip to Annecy...

The rooms are nice and clean. There was a bit of a humid smell in there, but it was fine when we turned on the A/C. The beds are great and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, clean and spacious.

Quirky little hotel. Each room is unique. Close to the historic city. Not for people who need everything to be perfect. Viewing the room before deciding to stay is an important step. This is our second stay at Hotel Central and I would stay here again if we come back to Annecy.

We were there for professional meetings. Our room was on the 5th floor, number 511. The minibar was not stocked. The bed was poorly made. The bed linen was falling. We are really very disappointed. The explanations for linen of the bedding are not acceptable when you have a very bad night.

I felt a little odor when I entered the room, I told the waiter, and it felt fresher the next day! The location is very convenient, just near the train station/bus station, there is a train passing by around 6 o'clock in the morning, and there is a sound! The front desk service is very good, but the price is a bit high, and the cost performance is a bit low!

A great hotel, very clean and spacious. The train station is only a minute away, but the windows have two layers so you won't be noisy.

The most satisfactory hotel in this trip to France. Very close to the train station, good news for those arriving by train late at night. Although it is right next to the train station, there is no noise interference at all. The room is large and there is a drinking water machine for use.

The hotel is in a perfect location and my customers have been very well looked after, particularly by Maxime, who has been friendly, efficient and helpful, both in person and when communicating via email prior to their visit. Visited IBIS, it is in a perfect location overlooking the river running from the lake. Two swans visible every day outside. On the door step of the old medieval town, which is beautiful. The IBIS team put on a fantastic Halloween party with an excellent band... I was really impressed with the dedication to customers. Rooms are comfortable.

First of all I would like to talk about Mr. Lorenzo, we came at 10:30 AM and I asked him to faster my check in because we were to much exhausted from flights and transit. Just in 10 minutes he we entered our room instead of checking in at 17:00. All the staff here are friendly and Lorenzo is a hero. My sincere gratitude to him and all the staff. Great location in the center of it all and far from the noise.. Delicious buffet breakfast that includes scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, sausages, a variety of breads, fruits, cheeses, and coffee. Walking distance to the lake, the bus and train stations, and a small supermarket. We would definitely stay here again.
