Hotel is about a 25 minute walk out of town along the lake but the walk is truly wonderful as there is the lake and the mountains to gawk at along the way. The hotel is very modern and new. The rooms have big patios. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar is enticing as is the pool and heated pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in we had to request a room relocation from next to the elevator but after that everything was good. 20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities. The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. This time, I didn't have a lake view room, but the interior was casually lovely, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were the same high-end ones used in the spa. There was even a coffee machine, Evian water, and cake, which was great.

Wonderful location in the middle of the town, while facing the lake. The place was clean and comfortable. It was rainy during our stay and the hotel provided umbrellas, which was very helpful.

Great option as a base if you're exploring the area, clean hotel with gated parking off-street. Clean and tidy rooms and friendly staff that speak good English. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and more than enough seating. Just a couple of minutes from the Lake Annecy waterfront which is brilliant. Only about 20-25 minutes' walk to the heart of the town in addition.

It was very expensive, our rooms were little and and a bit dusty. But the staff was friendly and we could charge our E-Car! The breakfast was nice and big, but not many vegan options and no vegetables. It was near the beautiful lake and beautiful Annecy!

Comfortable hotel at a 30m walk from the city center. Furthermore, there is a supermarket at a convenient 5m walk from the hotel, while the lake can be reached in approx. 10m. Ground floor is fully accessible by wheelchair / stroller and rooms are quote spacious (easily fitted out baby cot). The lady in reception was absolute nice, she helped us alot throughout our stay im Annecy. The room is okay with all the tuorist need, my room has a view directly to the old town street. Location is the best where it's right next to the old town, or you can say it's in the old town, couple of minutes to the bus station, so everything is in your control. Great on-budget option The staff is extremely nice, and I was surprised to find a Spanish speaker at the reception. Keep in mind that this is not a 5-star hotel. You get what you pay for. You need to use the stairs to get to the reception on the first floor, but it is cozy, right in the city center and within walking distance of an awesome lake.

A classic old European hotel, it has everything you would expect and some things you wouldn't normally have. For example, there are no slippers and mineral water. I suggest you bring some shampoo. The front desk is very welcoming. Just leave your keys at the front desk when you go out. The pizza across from the hotel is delicious

Quirky little hotel. Each room is unique. Close to the historic city. Not for people who need everything to be perfect. Viewing the room before deciding to stay is an important step. This is our second stay at Hotel Central and I would stay here again if we come back to Annecy.

The hotel is good for people who want to cook for themselves, supermarket is available in walking distance. The room is a little small for long stays, and if you stay during a heatwave, you'll have to borrow a fan. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

Located within a short driving distance from town, but hardly anything from a short walking distance. Room size was OK, and everything was working. Like that there's a dispenser in the lobby where we can get aerated water. Ample parking fee for a reasonable daily cost.

It's a nice apartment hotel. The building is a bit older. The service is great, I arrived late night. Since they had no reception at the time I was arriving they sent me clear instructions how to enter, park the car and get the room keys. It was convenient and good value for money.

There is free coffee at the hotel. The lobby is nice and cozy and it is located near to Annecy's attractions. However, the power in our room tripped early in the morning. We informed the front desk, but they were not able to solve the issue for the whole morning until we checked out.

We were there for professional meetings. Our room was on the 5th floor, number 511. The minibar was not stocked. The bed was poorly made. The bed linen was falling. We are really very disappointed. The explanations for linen of the bedding are not acceptable when you have a very bad night.

I felt a little odor when I entered the room, I told the waiter, and it felt fresher the next day! The location is very convenient, just near the train station/bus station, there is a train passing by around 6 o'clock in the morning, and there is a sound! The front desk service is very good, but the price is a bit high, and the cost performance is a bit low!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Centre in Annecy. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the old town, the lake, and the train station. It made exploring the city really easy.
