Charming old building near the Amphitheatre (as you'd expect). Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room on ground floor. Only problem was lack of storage: a short hanging rail but no drawers or cupboards, which would have been awkward if we'd been staying for longer than two nights. Good breakfast with particularly good coffee.

The hotel was a great location, but rooms smelled like mildew, don’t know if that’s because the building is so old or what. The bed was just ok and there was hardly any storage for clothes etc. we stayed in room 3 so maybe other rooms were better, but we had friends staying in another room and they also didn’t have much storage either. Loved Arles, but would stay somewhere else next time.

Reduced room size but that is the way rooms in the old city are here and all Europe.

Very pleasant stay! The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is set in a beautiful old building. A bit of a hike from the train station, but otherwise convenient. Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful.

LIKE: the bathroom was clean and large. The room was roomy and bright. It had a safe. The air conditioning worked well and there was a heater in the bathroom.
DISLIKED: it had two single beds instead of a double. The sounds from the street could be heard very clearly, especially when the hotel clerk stood under our window to smoke and speak loudly on his cell or to hold a lengthly conversation with another worker.
We slept well. The most important thing. We were in the extension across the street.

Excellent location and warm welcome!
A big thank you to Noel and the team for taking such good care of me on this trip! I felt welcomed, and cared for! I cannot say more about Arles in general as the people here have been exceptionally kind and genuine. So thank you! If I do come back to Arles in the future, I would most definitely stay here and in the very same room. Merci beacoup!

It is such an amazing building and we would like to book our groups here but breakfast is a non starter. You can have an option of a croissant/pain au raison with jam, with a choice of apple sauce or fromage blanc but not both. If you want an egg, you can only have it with bread and no croissant .No fruit offered. You are also served individually so it is a long wait if you happen to arrive like we did when they just started to serve a table of 6 and there were then 4 more people before us.We trialed with two rooms and we had 6 other rooms at another hotel, whilst the rooms at the other hotel may not be as full of character as these, they all got a good breakfast which is key for groups of walkers and cyclists.

Great place right next to the Arena and Forum. Not expensive by 2024 standards. Nice people working there. A dignified and very French breakfast served on site for 15€ each, just do it. Quirky, but modern art on the walls by 2Fak (look him up).
Room was nice, with a very modern bathroom. Need was good. Cleaners use a bit too much smelly product when cleaning, but hey, everyone has a different tolerance for smells. Mine is very low.
All in all, I'd definitely stay there again.
