It is such an amazing building and we would like to book our groups here but breakfast is a non starter. You can have an option of a croissant/pain au raison with jam, with a choice of apple sauce or fromage blanc but not both. If you want an egg, you can only have it with bread and no croissant .No fruit offered. You are also served individually so it is a long wait if you happen to arrive like we did when they just started to serve a table of 6 and there were then 4 more people before us.We trialed with two rooms and we had 6 other rooms at another hotel, whilst the rooms at the other hotel may not be as full of character as these, they all got a good breakfast which is key for groups of walkers and cyclists.

Great place right next to the Arena and Forum. Not expensive by 2024 standards. Nice people working there. A dignified and very French breakfast served on site for 15€ each, just do it. Quirky, but modern art on the walls by 2Fak (look him up).
Room was nice, with a very modern bathroom. Need was good. Cleaners use a bit too much smelly product when cleaning, but hey, everyone has a different tolerance for smells. Mine is very low.
All in all, I'd definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful find and a good value! With an ideal location for all there is to see in Arles, we chose very well. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was extremely comfortable and the whole hotel's decor was like a work of art. We were so happy we chose to have the savory breakfast as it was plentiful, delicious, and nicely served. We will stay here again when we return to Arles.

Big spacious room with plenty of storage, good shower room, big comfy bed and linens, would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location in the heart of the city

This lovely old building is a delight, with its eclectic art and old-world service. The rooms have been beautifully and tastefully redone, preserving their centuries-old stone arches, but completely modernizing the bathrooms. The beds are firm and comfortable. The staff were thoughtful and responsive to all our needs; the service was impeccable. Two breakfast services are offered, both good, and thoroughly enjoyable to the background strains of Vivaldi. The location, near both the amphitheatre and the cloister of St.-Trophime, is ideal. We shall most certainly be returning here.

This was our second time staying here. They were out of the rooms we requested so we ended up in the most amazing room! Gorgeous panoramic views over Arles! Worth every step to get up there! The room itself is gorgeous, beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable! We will request this room for future visits! The staff is so kind and welcoming. Location is perfect. I highly, highly recommend and will do so to anyone I know visiting Arles.

Great location to all of Arles city center. Walk to everything. Beautiful old-world lobby with high beamed ceilings. The staff is amazing and eager to do all they can to please you. Our car to the airport was late and then got lost. The staff got on the phone with the driver several times to assure that he got to us as soon as possible. Breakfast was delicious in an elegant dining room. Definitely recommend this hotel. A great value.

I can’t share a positive experience about this place. Starting from a non email confirmation of the booking. The hotel never sent me a written confirmation whether I had successfully booked or not and the conditions for the booking. That said, they collect all the customer information, contact details and credit card to “secure” a room. To then not giving you any instructions on how to get to their place the day before arrival, and of course, they will charge you if they consider you are booked but you don’t even know it. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.
