Absolutely wonderful manager (Melissa) who assisted us with so many little, but important things while we stayed there. The room was super clean, view to the port and our puppy was so thankful for the extra care.:) Thank you lovely B&B team you are incredible! Much love from Estonian travellers :)

The hotel to visit Le Bassin des Lumieres, few free parking, undergroung parking with special price for the residents, comfortable spring bed (quality of B&B chain)

Price. Take that in to account and all is well.
No its not the best or classiest or what ever.
Its no frills place for you to sleep and shower and have a deccent breakfast in the morning. That is it.

Mathilde was a fantastic host, made us very welcome and discussed Bordeaux with us.
The hotel was fantastic - significant improvement to the Rouen which we stayed in the night previously.
The parking was excellent - next door.
Hotel is in a great location.

Very friendly and sustainable hotel! Minimal but super comfortable rooms with new bathroom facilities - the shower was amazing!!
Extremely easy to check in and no need to waste time for checking out - I had to leave the card with the room code in a box on the reception desk.
Added value: my room on the 7th floor had a breathtaking view of the Bordeaux port from which I saw beautiful sunrise.
Best quality-price relationship!!!

The room would be decent if it weren't for the bathroom, which is ridiculously small and you can hear the noise everywhere; it's poorly insulated.

I spent a few days in Bordeaux in this hotel. It was affordable, clean, a good bed, free parking space next to the hotel. Location is a bit outside of the city center, but the city has excellent electrical bike rental services. You are within minutes in the center. Also, breakfast is 6.85 Eur, so very affordable.

The guy who checked us in was very friendly, the rest not so much.
Bed was very hard, pillows to low. At 3 am the firealarm went of... we still do not know why and didn't get any excuus for this brutal wake up call. On our last day and night there was no hot water, they said they would fix it within the hour, next morning still no hot water. Also for this no excuus or anything. Don't expact to much even though they are not the cheapest in town...

A very pleasant surprise, it's a new hotel it all commodities including AC..
The breakfast it's nice with a variety of products.

After 1200 km drive with the car it was very difficult to find the hotel because it is in a strange location.
Then there was no parking space and I had to park further away.
At the check-in I am told with a laugh that both elevators are broken and that I have room 805 on the 8th floor. That wasnt funny and i was very angry about that.
I was not offered any help to carry up my suitcase and I was also not offered another room on a lower floor.
The price was not reduced either.
You have to imagine that you have to run up 8 floors with your suitcase.
That was really an imposition.
The room and the wifi were okay.
Normally I would have canceled the booking immediately but since I was so exhausted I stayed but ran away quickly the next day

A new building. The room was a good size. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
