Marty Hotel Bordeaux, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Bordeaux, 153 Rue Georges Bonnac 🧭 Map
The staff at Marty Hotel Bordeaux are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about local attractions and events. Location was about a 20 minute walk to downtown city. Amenities was standard but the hotel does not provide toothbrush so remember to bring your own.
Great reception area, friendly staff, everything spotlessly clean.
The room is not actually small, but the bed is relatively large, which makes the overall layout a bit cramped. Two suitcases cannot be opened at the same time... There are still some dead corners for hygiene...
The breakfast is OK, my friend thinks there are not enough vegetables... But the attitude of the waiters is very good~
The design is very online and very quiet. The staff are very friendly and willing to help.
Beautiful and trendy hotel. Located about 20 mins walk from the city centre. The lady at the reception for my check in was wonderful and super helpful.
Asked for breakfast room service and it was such a great spread and can feed a whole army! Thank you for looking after me.
Great service by friendly staff and convenient location! Would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

The room was ok. A little small.
The room was nice, with all the facilities you need, plenty of hot water, clean, tidy and quiet. The hotel is not far from the tram station and there is a good restaurant behind the hotel.
There are many hotels around the hotel. The room is relatively large, clean and comfortable. The parking lot is large. There is a good French restaurant next to it. The pork knuckle and sausage are delicious.
It's a little less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest tram station, so it's a bit difficult to walk with a suitcase. The hotel building itself is old, but it seems to have been renovated in 2023, and the interior was very nice and clean. The front desk staff were also polite.
The environment outside is very good, there is a restaurant, you can also walk to the lake, quiet. The room is a little small, but the bed is very comfortable. It is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is very good. The disadvantage is that there are mosquitoes. It is a bit far from the airport and the city, which is not convenient. It is difficult to get a taxi. The hotel front desk helped...

ibis budget Bordeaux Centre Mériadeck
Bordeaux, 37 Cours Du Marechal Juin 🧭 Map
The room is narrow, but clean, modern plumbing, comfortable bed. Excellent location. One or two nights will be ideal for those who want to save money and live practically in the center of Bordeaux.
1. The location is right for a tourist - quite far from the train station - and very close to the center, there is a tram stop nearby, which can replace all transport in Bordeaux. I took a 72-hour transport card - it was advantageous, because with a suitcase to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station on foot is 25-30 minutes, and just around the city you can always go 1-2 stops without worrying...
Very good location.
Comfortable bed.
The worst thing is that the rooms are too small.
The location is good, the room is small
Never again. The distance from the bed to the wall is 30 cm, the distance from the bed to the table is 30 cm, the distance from the bed to the TV is 30 cm - you walk around the bed sideways, despite the fact that I am very slim. Something like a tiny nightstand. There is no hook for a jacket - you can throw it on the floor. 2 hangers for clothes (two!) that are not removed! A sink is 10x15 cm - probably...
The hotel is located very well at the intersection of transport lines and close to the center. From the airport it's about half an hour by tram. There are several bus stops to the station. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. For breakfast they serve sausage and two types of cheese, yogurt, muesli, compote, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, bread and more. But a double room is very cramped even for...

Ibis Styles Bordeaux Gare Saint Jean
Bordeaux, 68-78 Rue de Tauzia, 68 🧭 Map
The Ibis Styles Gare is a very good hotel, near the train station where I arrived. The hotel is reasonably priced, reasonably modern, reasonably accommodating, and reasonably close to the tram lines. To review more particularly, first of all there were three Hotel Ibis signs that one can see from the train station; so it is very difficult to determine which one is the right one. When facing away...
This hotel is what I classify as posh budget. My number one thing I look for is a good atmosphere at a hotel. This certainly had it as the staff were all very happy and welcoming and happy to help. The hotel was nice and clean. Our bathroom had a large walk in shower with rainfall shower head (plus standard). We were lucky to be upgraded to a family room so had loads of space and a sofa(bed). The...
We arrived at the hotel about 10.15am to ask if we could leave our bags. Ladoslav actually found us a room ready to check in. He was very friendly, helpful and instantly built agreat rapport with him, discusing the rain etc. He gave us an umbrella as he couldn't do anything about the rain lol. Just wanted to acknowledge the great customer service we were given by Ladoslav
Clean and “good enough” rooms.
A bit noisy with the proximity of the tram / train station and many people in the area - could use a bit more of sound insulation.
The breakfast was very good for us (no salty options though if you prefer that)!
Easy access to main railway station and trams
Great place, clean friendly and close to all amenities

Bordeaux, 28 Rue Charles Domercq 🧭 Map
Hotel opposite the station so convenient but room not very clean and no hygiene kit
The location is right in front of Saint-Jean Station, so it is very accessible. However, there are not many shops or restaurants in front of the station, and it is not very safe at night, so it is better to use it for different purposes. The price is cheap in Bordeaux, so it is quite good if you only plan to sleep. There is no refrigerator or kettle, but I think the functionality is good as a business...
The location is very convenient, just opposite the train station and the rail station. You can sit outside and there is a place to eat downstairs.
Service was good. I like the location. The view from lobby looking outside of the hotel is good.

Location is excellent, close to tram stops and shops etc. Nicholas on reception was very friendly and helpful.
Amazing locations close to town, restaurants and attractions. Room was a good size, perfect space to fit luggage and still feel comfortable. Staff were very lovely and helpful.
Nice view from the window was a bonus.
The hotel is located downtown Bordeaux in a pedestrian street. All places of interest are at a walking distance. Rooms are small and clean. The elevator is not super convenient.
Great location.Very friendly and efficient. Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms starting to look a little tired in need of some love but were clean. Staff/management very accommodating with date moves . Recommended!
Well placed and near a tram stop. Moderately priced and comfortable.

The hotel was excellent -the rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast was excellent. All the staff were friendly and very helpful especially Isabella who checked me in and gave lots of good recommendations. The Bordeaux City Pass wes useful to get free access to museums and free travel on the extensive public transport network
Lovely hotel with service minded staff. Nice breakfast with everything you need. Very comfortable beds.
The staff was amazing and made everything to make us feel comfortable we traveled with a toddler and in this hotel we felt like we were home. They arranged a beautiful wine tour and made restaurant reservations for us. Always received us with a smile. Breakfast could improve but overall an amazing and beautiful experience.
This hotel is wonderful. We were wonderfully greeted by Isabelle and checked in promptly. We were given recommendations for local eateries and a map with the offer to secure a reservation if required. Although early, our room was ready and she escorted us to our room and talked us through the facilities. The room was large, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The Aircon managed the 38C heatwave...
Located in a quiet residential area, this hotel is within easy walking distance of downtown -- or a quick tram ride away from anywhere else if you don't feel like walking. There are also some very nice shops and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. The hotel lobby and outside patio area are elegant, our room was large with a beautiful view out over the city, and we didn't bother with the breakfast...
We had 3 wonderful evenings here at La Maison. The staff was so warm & welcoming here, and very helpful during our stay with great restaurant suggestions. No frills but fine!
The room was clean and functional. The staff refused to make up the second bed I'm the room though which was very strange. Even when I asked about it I was told to do it myself. Other than that it was fine.
In general it is a good place! But the only two issues:
The morning I was leaving, the bathroom ran out of water. Fortunely it was my checkout day.
The other one is regarding a gym that is next to the hotel. In the case of my bedroom (121), I could hear the gym music late at night and in the early morning.
Good value
Great location to walk into Bordeaux Centre. Very clean, friendly staff and good value. The only piece of advice is the parking, you pay on exit, i spent ages trying to work the machine at the top of the lift which didnt accept my cards.
Great stay, for the price it’s good, but problems with the room amenities, the room opens with the code, which takes around 5-10 min to get it correct (or am i just dumb?), and toilet is weirdly positioned, not convenient
Good enough for the price. Staff is very helpful.
Hotel Review
The hotel in a good location and close to the tram which takes you into the heart of Bordeaux. You can collect the tram from the airport and it stops about 150 metres from the hotel. The tram is a bonus and costs on 1 euro 80cents for the Journey.
The rooms are in good condition and clean.

Concierge and staff were incredible. Room is is quite small but bigger bathroom. It is a nice boutique hotel. No lift so if traveling heavy keep that in mind. We’d stay again if passing through
There is no elevator for this property. This was not an issue for us, and the gentleman who checked us in carried our bags up the stairs without being asked.
The location is excellent for visiting the old part of the city.
The staff at Hotel de France were extremely kind and helpful. We lucked out with what was likely one of the largest rooms in the hotel, although we paid the standard rate. It was a lovely stay in the heart of Bordeaux. Note: At this time it would be best to book your stay on a weekend as there is construction going on across the street currently and can be quite loud. Also, be sure to book any wine...
The hotel is exceptionally well located and the staff are wonderful. They have gone above and beyond in helping us. We had the breakfast each day which had a good variety of healthy food. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms exceptionally clean.
Decent hotel
Hotel is in a great location, the only downfall was the strange layout of the bathroom, which required us to step up into a bathroom. I think it might have to do with some plumbing reconfiguration, but we had to be extremely mindful to not slip or fall down the stairs as the toilet was right on the edge. Location was great with lots of good hotels.

Awesome experience at Vatel Bordeaux. From staff to accommodations to the breakfast that was included, all top rate. Thank you!
This hotel was a great choice for a stay in Bordeaux. Luca at the front desk was amazing!! He helped get reservations at local restaurants and was eager to please. The breakfast was well attended with great varieties of tea and coffee. The location was great as well as we were headed out on a river cruise and walked to our ship. Highly recommend staying here.
We had a very nice stay at the Vatel. The staff and rooms were very nice as was the breakfast that was included. Thank you!
EDIT: Appreciate the apology from the hotel, although I hope that the hotel does take my drain fly sighting seriously. Maybe I experienced bad timing but seeing one is still not a good sign.

Hôtel was in a great location. Had lots to do in that area and staff was friendly. We had a great room with a big bathroom which was nice after 10 days of travelling.
Great location. Comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast. AC worked and was quiet. Kind and helpful staff.
Beautiful hotel. Modern, well appointed rooms. Double windows blocked street noise. AC was effective and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location was great for sight seeing, shopping and dining. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. We will return.
Hôtel Normandie was a great hotel! It offered comfortable accommodations with warm and helpful staff. The best part: its location. unpleasant odor in the hallway.

This particular hotel La Tour Intendance checked all of the boxes for me. In an ancient building, 9 min walk from the train station (from airport) and located in the heart of the old section of downtown bordeaux. And it was reasonable. It was perfect.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Lovely little hotel. Disappointed in the breakfast- would not recommend buying it. Otherwise I real gem in Bordeaux!
Location with charm & character
I was in Bordeaux for 2 nights with my 15 year old son and picked the hotel for its location. This hotel is all about its charm
and character - rooms set in beautiful old stone buildings, with features such as the bathroom built out in naturally finished wood. It’s a far cry from the modern, stereotype square block 3 star hotel but we loved it. The location was fantastic...
Nice, but choose room carefully with good bed
The hotel was very cute, beautiful old feel, however there was some kind of strange plasticy sheet under our bed sheet which made us very hot and uncomfortable, the bed was also a small double, overall didn’t sleep great. We didn’t eat the breakfast, however it looked nice when we walked past
Perfectly located in the city center, stylish modern comfort in ancient building
We have been here 3 times and this time it felt not too great
