This hotel has a good location, beautiful view, nice breakfast, small but comfortable rooms and friendly service. We loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. Would give five stars but I left my blouse in the bathroom and when I contacted the hotel they said they didn't find it. My fault for leaving it, but I really hoped to get it back because it was an expensive top with sentimental value.

A quick night through Cassis. We got in late and checked out early as it was just a hotel to get us near the Calanques. It was a nice hotel and a great location. The room was pretty basic but t he bathroom was clean and modern! The bed was comfy. The breakfast was pretty big and very good! The Pool looked lovely even though we didn't have time to enjoy, would have liked to have another night here....

This summer I had the opportunity to visit this wonderful property. Very well locate, with Parking space (vital in summer, by the way!) beautiful view to the main spot of Cassis, warm pool and a very friendly environment. I definably recommend this hotel for your future vacation in France. Maybe a relax after the Olympic Games?

I rated this 4 because of the location, as it’s walkable to the waterfront. The rooms are small and there’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it’s difficult. They have limited parking, which we were lucky enough to get. They have a nice heated pool.

Very quiet property. Amazing helpful staff. Our accommodations were very small and cramped. Mini fridge and hot pot in room. The bathroom was small and lacked privacy or ventilation. Close to Old Town and Port and only a few minutes from train station. Towels and bedding are tired looking

We had 2 different rooms, both were unique and nice, not your standard room. One has a sky light, one has a private patio with lounge chairs. Great location to the harbor!

Also known as Eden Cassis, this was a great relaxation for us. Away from the hubbub of the wonderful town but only a few minutes walk, the apartment was well equipped and only steps out to the beautiful pool area. So lucky to have found this and the lovely people. Book direct to get free car parking.

Great stay, cute rooms and grounds, but sauna and spa cost 15 Euros per hour extra, however, they do provide complimentary access to bathrooms and showers the day of checkout. There is a convenient bakery, grocery, and pizza stand just up the street for a quick meal in a pinch!

What a lovely spot just up from town center. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at Royal Cottage again.

Very close to the old town. Very nice staff. Parking is great given there is very little close by.

I found the Royal Cottage to be clean and have a convenient location. They had a nice pool that closed early and served breakfast that required a 24h notice if you were to order. It seems as if the staff were to be more convenienced than the guests. For what the hotel had to offer compared to its price point, I found it to be overrated! It felt more like a 2 star than a 3.

The property is older building but well maintained. The staff are great and it adds a family feel to the entire experience. Excellent location in an amazing town.

Our stay at Jardin d'Emile was delightful. Very quaint and well-appointed boutique hotel. The staff was attentive and helpful. Our room had amazing sea views and was just across the street from one of the beaches. The town of Cassis is beautiful. Although the hotel is not in the main part of town it is a short 10 minute walk.

The room had a large deck overlooking the sea. Wonderful property. We highly recommend. Great location and great room.

We stayed here past 2 nights. Really quaint and nice hotel. Comfortable and clean room with a lot of character. Breakfast was simple but of good quality and nice. More coffee could have been offered though. Service was very friendly and the hotel location is excellent, just across from the beach.

Cassis is nestled into the cliffs! The Jardin d’Emile is an Amazing location, beautiful views, lovely breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable and spacious overlooking the Mediterranean. You could walk to the water front and enjoy delicious food, drinks, local shopping, and village life.

The hotel is not far from the town, there is free parking, the breakfast is average, the room has some odor, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, and the hotel also provides dinner service.

The room is very small, open two suitcases can not open, parking at the door is convenient, but no car wash faucet, a lot of sand and dust, it is difficult to get a seat back at night, remote, only a couple of restaurants nearby, closed very early, not very convenient

The service I received here was outstanding. The staff never made you were a burden for requesting anything, on the contrary they seemed genuinely happy and excited to help. The place was clean and calm and the perfect relaxing retreat- I wish we had stayed for longer!

I stayed there spontaneously, good rooms , nice place but the bathroom need some renovation or better cleaning may be good parking for a fair price of 8 euro per night nice garden and a shopping center right at the other side of the street

I would rate the hotel with 4 stars. For me as an architect it definitely deserves 5 stars. It’s such an exceptional experience to get to stay there for two nights. I found myself just looking around and smiling at how clever the whole place is. We stayed at this hotel because we love the building. We had deluxe double room with sea view. The room and the bathroom are very big. The price is high for what you get in terms of the room (old and dated) but the building and the access to the roof are wonderful. At first, Everyone should keep in mind when you stay here that this is historical place from 1952. so some points maybe unusual compared with our current experience for hotel. Especially noise. Your noise is easily to across a wall even you always care to minimize noise because of aged floor and doors(at least my room was). You need time consideration when you do something in room. but if it's possible...

I stayed at Le Drip's for only two days with my daughter during a (very) short trip to France. The hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was perfect - spacious and cool, with great decor. I would definitely recommend a meal in the restaurant too, the food was delicious and the setting was lovely.

Supermarket across the street, breakfast in the morning's, rooms are nice, not really any English TV channels.

We were very well received at Kyriad. It’s a cozy 3*. The staff is thoughtful and although not everyone spoke English they were always making the effort for the best communication and to make you feel welcome. Good price-quality relationship. We recommend it.

Good facilities and great service ! My daughter has special needs and a wheelchair. And the bathroom was very convenient for her/us. There is the possibility to eat in the evening which is very useful when you get back from busy day. Also a pmr place in front of the hotel

Very noisy stay. The noise was mainly coming from outside and the above room. Everything in the bathroom was rusty. The bed was comfy; the staff was friendly and helpful. The price was fair considering the rugby game that night. But overall a disappointing experience.

We were in Room 212. The shower room extractor fan did not work, and there was a lot of mould on the tiles. Clearly there are problems with cleaning the rooms which is a worry. Havng paid over €700 for three nights (it was the rugby World Cup) I expect at least to have a room that has been properly cleaned.

Food at restaurant was amazing and excellent value for money. Customer service was also exceptional, and all staff should be recognised for that!! Would certainlt stay here again!!

I have been in this hotel for business in two days. The desk personnel was polite and fast, during the check-in. The room was enough spaces for one guest, as well as the bathroom, where the shower was a real shower, and not a typical French one, with the tube. Both spaces were quite cleaned. I have stayed at IBIS many times and the location is very convenient. The space planning of the facilities also meets our needs, and the service staff are also very professional and enthusiastically answer our questions. Many experiences have made me willing to choose and trust this brand again.

I would be very careful before booking this hotel during the summertime. They say there is AC but it's extremely weak, perhaps 10% strength, we tested out four different rooms. In the end I had to sleep with a wet towel. Thankfully they allowed me to leave the next day with a refund, all of the staff claimed a taxi would be €15 Euros but actually it was €30+. Other than that, the hotel seemed good...

No searches at the entrance although the security guard welcomed us very pleasantly. No signposted route for the visit. Nauseous smell at the entrance. The room reserved for the film is very good except that people get up, pass and pass in front of you.... The visit lacks brilliance in my opinion. Otherwise the explanations given with the QR codes are very good. It makes me want to see the frescoes...

Stayed for two nights, room 501. The hotel is clean and functional with a proper buffet breakfast, you get all the essentials. Small room and shower but does the job. Very decent at this price point. Good location, mtr station 2 mns away. Reception is helpful.

Great Location Great location. Metro station just a short walk away which takes you straight to train station. Bus takes you straight to beach and Olympic site in other direction. Great restaurants nearby; we used Namaste; Wasabi; Le Caucase and all were great. Small convenience shop right opposite the hotel and big market just around corner. Staff friendly and helpful. Very convenient location for public transport to the football stadium.

Less than 5 minutes from metro station. Only a couple of metro stops to the velodrome stadium. Staff are friendly and decent Parisian breakfast. Pretty good for free breakfast deal and under $100

This was the worst Ibis styles hotel, where I have been. Definitly not 3* hotel. Staff - very average, not communicative and chaotic, breakfast - this was absolutely not equal to three star hotel,this was hostel style breakfast. Bathroom - Water pressure in the shower very poor. Room was clean and thumbs up for windows black out. There are better Ibis Styles hotels in Marseille.

A great hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with good transport links and easy access to the city centre and the football stadium. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we received a great service. The hotel also has a lovely cafe which is great place for recovering after a long, hot day.

The hotel is excellently located within strolling distance of the main tourist area, with good metro and tram connections. There are two cafes within walking distance if you want a change from the hotel breakfast. The rooms were adequate and good value for money, but the wifi was patchy. The staff were helpful. Only disappointment on arrival was to discover that the bar did not stock any wine or other...

The slamming of doors is infernal. In the evening or morning, you can't expect to be quiet. Also, overall, it's expensive for the size of the rooms. The staff is excellent.

The room is simpler than the average ibis. There is no sofa or wardrobe, only a movable table and a small chair. It is located in the city and has easy access to the port. Parking costs 15 euros which is quite cheap. However, parking is an elevator-type way to enter the parking lot, so be very careful when driving.

Great value for money with easy access to the best touristic areas of Marseille (the Old Port, the historic town, the best churches, ..), but granting walking distance to the museum, the shopping area, etc). Friends staff, warm rooms, .. quite area with all the comfort at an affordable price. I recommend this hotel to visit the city!

Nicely decorated quiet rooms, comfortable beds, well located, kind staff. Stayed here for one night with my daughter during a quick trip to Marseille. Special mention for bagage check which kept our stuff safe and sound while we went the next day, at no extra charge.

The desk staff were most welcoming, friendly, and helpful which set a very comfortable tone for our two night stay. As we were very tired upon arrival, we chose to eat dinner in the main section of the hotel complex and we’re very happy we did as the food was delicious.

Trés utilisateur de la marque ACCOR et de tous ses hôtels en France et dans le monde ... Audit tourisme ... Je suis de retour après 2 ou 3 ans environ dans cet hôtel IBIS 3*** et, hélas, rien n'a changé ! En terme de sécurité -problèmes de courant de tension électrique, de catégories de chambres du pire au meilleur et SURTOUT un ascenseur qui ne devrait plus être utilisé ... Dommage car le personnel...

Nous avons été très bien reçu dans cet hôtel du centre-ville près du vieux port. Les chambres sont en bon état, tout le personnel est très poli. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très bon !! L’établissement est bien situé sur le vieux port, proche des restaurants et animations. Merci.

I liked the location of the hotel, although the hotel is located practically at the train station, there was no noise. It is convenient to explore neighboring towns being 3 minutes walk from the railway tracks. Within walking distance are the Longchamp Palace with free museums and the city center. The location is very good, not far from the train station. The breakfast is OK. The two bartenders at the first floor bar are very friendly. I asked an older man for hot water to make cold medicine, and he gave me a big cup. The young handsome guy is also very nice. Thank you very much 🙏 The dinner in the restaurant is also OK.

It is near to the train station. However if we want to go back to the hotel from the old city area, we need to walk long stair. Also, the environment outside the hotel is little smelly which is like urine smell but maybe this is the smell of Marseilles
