The reason why I have chosen this hotel is because of the location and proximity to Michelin office.
The front desk team are so friendly and helpful. They’re always try to do their best to make feel home.
I had an early morning flight and they prepared me the breakfast 4:45 !
The room is not so spacious, but it’s still clean and neat.
The small bar-fridge wasn’t cooling.
The breakfast variety was pretty much 👍🏻👍🏻
Parking is available if needed.
They arranged the taxi to the airport. He arrived on time.

The Aiden is a wonderful hotel in Clermont-Ferrand. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. Great customer service and care. Special thanks to Lila (restaurant hostess), Charly and Emmy (in the front desk). They made my wife and I stay a wonderful experience. Aiden is lucky to have such a wonderful staff at this property In Clermont-Ferrand.

Great hotel, highly recommended! Very helpful staff, very elegant decor, which is not up to the hotel standards. Breakfast is top notch, very fresh and varied. Special mention to the bed linen, very good quality, 3 very good nights spent in this establishment. Bravo to the team for this debut, will be happy to return!

Great stay in this hotel next to the tram. Small coffee offered on arrival because they were waiting for the room. Clean and quite colorful hotel. Hearty breakfast. I recommend 😉

Very pleasant and business-friendly staff: having made a mistake with the booking date, the hostess found a solution for us so that we could enjoy our stay, which we greatly appreciated. A small downside concerning the restaurant menu, where not all the dishes were available, which reduced us to choosing between 2 starters, 3 main courses and 2 desserts. However, it was a great taste discovery and a pleasant moment all the same.

Magnifique! The hotel is decorated with attention to the detail. The personal is very friendly and professional. The SPA is clean and cozy. The massage with Alice was a trip to heaven. She feels each the points of tension and works them out. Here massage techniques are really good.

It is a great hotel, clean, cozy with very comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast and good service. There is a outdoor parking that is best reserved for cars taller than 1.90 meters, but there is also parking on the ground floor for small cars.

A great hotel - we stayed for one night en route from Roscoff to Nice. Lovely staff who speak great English. Rooms were large and comfy with a lovely bathroom & great shower. Dinner was nice, not a large menu but enough. Breakfast was an excellent choice - cooked, cold, pastrys, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, teas, coffees.
All very secure. Car park is good although quite tight. A great place to stay.

The hotel is lovely. Very neat and has a relaxing and soothing ambience. It is also in a good location, which is close to the tram station and our company headquarters. The food is also very good. However, the soaps and lotions in the bathroom should be eplenished regularly. My team and I had a not so good experience with an employee who was very rude to us and demanded in an ordering tone that we move to another location within the restaurant. This was a sore point in an otherwise excellent stay at the Aiden.
